If I could give ZERO stars I would. This dealership absolutely is a disgrace. Kathy the so called manager is a joke. First of all don t expect ANYONE to answer the phones in the service department cause they never do. I had to make an appointment for service which took a week and that was fine however once my vehicle was there the unprofessional service advisor texted me and said he d have an update by the end of the day. Never happened. I called myself the next day no one answered the phone all day. Now mind you I have no car .i had to get a ride to check the status of my vehicle myself 3rd day service advisor says they re still working on it. Later that day ANOTHER text saying I should have an answer in a few hours. NOTHING. Now my car is there for 4 days with no update from them. I m already upset I don t know what s going on I go there AGAIN cause no one answers the phones in the service department! NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN I need a new engine!!! These people are the biggest scam artists ever! DO NOT GO HERE! I took my car elsewhere and when I told them I wanted to get take my vehicle out of their shop they left my engine in the back seat! Oh yea this is how they operate. Kathy tried to charge us $700 to DIAGNOSE my car! I REFUSED to pay that amount . Berman Dodge your a joke! Buyer BEWARE

Scheduled an appointment for a tune up and received a quote for less than $600. Upon arrival was told that I was scheduled for a oil change..never received updates as promised and the price went up by $300 and then she tried to quote me another price over $1k and even though my check engine light was on, it still might not fix the problem. I will never use this service department or dealership again and never recommend to anyone.

horrible horrible horrible experience! i had made an appointment about 2 weeks ago to get my car serviced for a check engine light which i took in on tuesday when i got there the service advisor who took my car in marilina garcia said that it has to be dropped off for a check engine light and will call as soon as there's an update i waited the whole day didn't hear anything until i called the next morning and was told i will be notified as soon as there's an update i waited until noon and kept getting the run around i wasn't even offered a rental nor a loaner vehicle nor a ride home i had to ask for a ride home and so i spoke to the manager kathy who took over said that everything was fine with my vehicle and that i could pick it up and that there would be no charge when i got the cashier at the dealership she said there's a charge for $197 for my car and there was nothing in the notes saying no charge this is ridiculous! if i could give 0 stars i would but how could you tell a customer that there will be no charge and then come to find out there is?

Tried to charge me more than 5k because I had a coolant leak. Multiple parts thrown onto repair list with no explanation.Took it to another mechanic and it only had a bad water pump. Ridiculous

My sales rep name is OV, and every time I have come to this place, OV has demonstrated much professionalism, comfort, and sincerity. He s not trying to just sale a car, he really cares about what s best for you! I ve been here about 3 times for purchase including 2023. Still a great car buying experience, along with his trainee Sam! They are great to work with!

Had my Durango RT just serviced at their shop. I did not buy the Durango from them but was treated like I did. The service writer stayed in contact with me and worked with my extended warranty company to get everything covered. Came in for an oil change and replace front spats and they found all the other issues and got it taken care of. Will be returning to this shop for future repairs and services.

*Emailed as requested and didn t received a reply.I don t trust the service department but my hands are tied.I came in for an issue that was confirmed on the service department s diagnostic computer.I was told that another problem had arisen during the repair (problems that I didn t have before, like an oil leak), this was strangebecause I take care of my vehicle and saw no signs of the issue.When I brought the vehicle home, NOW there s the leak issue. We park on a paved driveway with NO signs of an oil leak but after the service at Bermans Dodge, I have one. What a coincidence.

So far horrible, I ve been trying to call and text them for two days regarding the status of my vehicle, no one answers the phones at all.I ve called 8 times in two days the one single time someone did answer they couldn t find anyone to help with my issue . Also The staff here seems to not care about the job or customer service they act inconvenienced when asked for help, and it seems the communication within their team is non existent I ve had to re-explain my entire issue to everyone I ve talked to. I live about 40 minutes away from this dealer so phone calls are the only form of contact I have with them. ADDITIONALLY their message on the answering machine sounds like a person answering the phone then it cuts to leave a message so far 0/10. Once I get my vehicle back I will update this review, I m not expecting good things based off of other reviews. So far This place should only be regarded as a DESPERATE LAST OPTION.Service: Engine repair

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! DONT WASTE TE OR MONEY!! If i can give them 0 stars i would! My truck sat there for over a week just get a diagnostic test! They don't answer the phone! And on top of it they stole ALL of my change out my cup holder(WELL OVER 10 DOLLARS IN QUARTERS ALONE) and tossed my belongings around which I didn't understand since you only needed to be under the hood or under the vehicle! They tossed things from my door compartments, my middle console, and BOTH sun visors.WHY??! I call to complain to manager but ther cashier working that day said he was busy so I left my number and never gotten a callback. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY!!Service: Vehicle Inspection

Back in July 2021 I paid to have all spark plugs, wires replaced and also replace water pump and thermostat. Drove my vehicle out of town over a month ago and now I need to pay $10,000 to have the motor replaced because coolant leaked into the engine. Spoke to the service manager and he tells me there is nothing that they can do because it wasn t nothing they did to cause the problem which is not what I was told from the Jeep Service department in Minnesota. So over this service department from the beginning. Should have taken my chances with an alley mechanic .Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

They worked on my car for a week and then I got it back. After a week the check engine light is back on and we can't call them even though its during business hours.

You're better off buying a car off the street. Calling them on the phone is like a gamble, either they answer rudely or not at all. Tried to replace a flat tire there but they had none of tires I need which is ridiculous and then they told me to get the tire myself out of my own pocket.

I've been to many dealerships throughout my my lifetime. I can honestly say I'm in awe of how kind the gentleman here at the service department are. There's currently a stike going on and the way they are handling the situation is quite impressive. I live on the north side of Chicago, but will be taking my business here from now on. The Mancaris team on 95th is awesome...... Jason and Tim you guys rock.... Your work ethic is appreciated.

This place has the worst customer service. I was just trying to make up an appointment over the phone for oil change and I was on hold for 15 minutes and then it hung up on me. I went inside the location and I was standing in a line and an older lady didn t even know how to schedule an appointment for me. I m totally dissatisfied with this business

I called for service 2 weeks before it was time for my car to be serviced left a message and never received a call back. I called back just a week ago and had to request to speak to a manager to get a service appointment. Now Im still waiting to have my car serviced and by that time I will be over my service mileage. So upset with them.
