This is an initial review. A more thorough review will come when all work is completed.I would like to recognize the positives of this dealership.I worked with James as my salesman and he helped me online before I ever came in to start the financing process. I fell in love with a Hyundai Veloster they had on their lot and he helped me make that possible for me.When we came in to buy the car it had a few issues that happened that morning. The main touch screen went out. The dealership has the part on order and I will be receiving that soon. Other issues that popped up they have resolved fairly quickly and are documenting anything that has been coming forward. Some door trim had broken and flown off the first day when driving home and they immediately had me come back in and fix it.Jim who worked with us through financing was extremely helpful and just a very nice person all around.I needed to come in to fix a headlight within the first few days and they accommodated me quickly. I will definitely have an updated review for when the electrical issues are resolved.

I loved my experience. Great communication via email and text prior to visiting. I drove from Aurora and James M was great. He knew what I came for and he was pleasant to work with. I got my vehicle faster than expected. I love my new Ford Escape! Great service, definitely recommend..

I ve had the pleasure to purchase a 2015 Chevy Tahoe. Absolutely great staff. Basil was top notch. Very knowledgeable. Not pushy in his behaviour and a standup guy. The team works exceptionally hard to get you the rates that you want in regards to financing your vehicle. I highly recommend this place for any car buying. Ask for Basil and Jim. They are a great team.

If I could rate this location 0 to a NEGATIVE star rating I would. I had an interest in purchasing the 2021 Ford Mustang GT Premium that was listed for sale through the "Cars" app. I wanted to test drive the vehicle before beginning any paperwork after learning the vehicle had minor to extensive damage through the carfax, but was denied by the "manager" because I wasn't purchasing the vehicle right then and there.The vehicle has been listed for sale for almost a year April 28, 2023 with 48,148 miles. Today, Monday, April 8, 2024 the vehicle now has almost 10,000 more unaccounted for miles at 57,138. Is an employee using it as a work vehicle or play toy? Is that why the vehicle can't be test driven?The vehicle also has aftermarket work done (straight piped exhaust). Possibly other parts as well.With that being said, I wouldn't recommend anyone purchase a vehicle here with that kind of practice. Seems like shady business to me. Thanks for the terrible experience guys.*In continuationSeeing as the "owner" who I didn't speak to felt the need to respond, I went off the miles listed on the carfax given to me by an enployee of theirs by the name of Bahaa. Unfortunately, not being able to test drive and enter the vehicle, I was unable to visibly see the odometer for the "correct" milage. Plenty of vehicle shoppers go and inspect/test drive a vehicle to make sure it's to their liking. Your employee was incorrect with my timeline of making a vehicle purchase, I stated within the month, not a month out. But thanks.

I have recently purchased a Buick Enclave from DRIVEN AUTO Oak Forest Illinois. Highly "professional"staff. Treated me most cordial, and I feel quite comfortable that I have gained a life-time of a friendship relationship with James and Munir through and within the sales staff including the sales manager. From the time I walked in, to the time I walked out with new keys was roughly 2 hours. My trade in was less than ideal but I still received a KBB fair price for trade in value. James is a easy guy to work with, he even made my coffee for me.

James was honest and open to negotiation and didn't let stubbornness get in the way of a fair deal for everyone. I ordered my car to ship so I didn't see it in person and he did a great job explaining any minor flaws, and gather specific information I asked for since it was a used EV. Him and his team even worked late at night to ensure everything was done as quick as possible. Much better experience than I've had recently with several new dealer lots. Thanks again James and team!

Had a great experience buying my new to me 4Runner with all the help I needed from James. I drove 2 hours to get the right vehicle and deal... Careful with this place.80% of their cars have accident or structural issues and they want full price.STAY CLEAR OF THIS DEALER!! Make sure you get a Carfax report and you will see for yourself.

I purchased a 2017 Infiniti Q50 Red Sport from this dealership through the USAA online auto-purchasing service in December 2019 and it was a very mixed experience.In fairness, I will start with the positive items that were pleasing and that I appreciated. The dealership 1) was very responsive to my questions, 2) agreed to pay to ship the car from their dealership to a nearby business where I live, 3) they made the online purchasing experience easy via multiple email exchanges, 4) after much persistence on my part, they finally agreed to pay for a missing FOB and to have it programmed at a local dealership, 5) they replaced the rear brakes, or so they claimed, and 6) the purchase price seemed reasonable.Unfortunately, there were also significant negatives associated with the vehicle's condition, which I discovered subsequent to receiving the car. This was especially disappointing given that I was purchasing the car online and, therefore, I had repeatedly queried the sales person as to the condition of the vehicle and I was strongly reassured that he was "100% comfortable" with every aspect of the vehicle's condition.However, I learned after the car's delivery that, 1) the leather interior was heavily stained, particularly in the rear seats, 2) the passenger-front rim was cracked, which caused the tire to leak air rapidly, 3) the rear brakes squeak loudly, leading me to believe that they were not replaced as the dealer had claimed, and, most disappointing, 4) there is mild to moderate hail damage on all horizontal surfaces of the car.I have no idea how much it will cost to have the leather cleaned or if the stains can even be removed, nor do I yet know what it will cost to replace the brakes. I purchased a used rim for $400 to replace the rim that was cracked (the price of a new rim from Infiniti is $1,100), and, should I decide to get the hail damage repaired, I am quite certain that the repairs will cost several thousand dollars.My initial impression that the purchase price was reasonable was clearly completely unfounded given the repairs that the vehicle requires. Further, my opinion of this dealership's trustworthiness and honesty is very low as a result of this experience. The lesson that I learned is that the customer's interest in purchasing a good vehicle at a fair price is not consistent with this dealership's interest in selling vehicles for a reasonable profit.At least in the case of my purchase, the latter interest was much more heavily weighted by this dealership. Consequently, I will end up paying thousands of dollars out of my own pocket to get the vehicle into a comparable condition as what I expected it to be in when I initially purchased it.Should you purchase a vehicle from this dealership, I highly recommend that you do not do it online. Rather, you should inspect the vehicle's condition in person or, at minimum, have an independent person who you know is trustworthy inspect the vehicle on your behalf.Otherwise, like me, you may be at risk of purchasing a vehicle that is less than what it is claimed to be and you will be disappointed, at minimum. Even worse, you could be facing expenses in the thousands of dollars.Response to dealership feedback:1. At no time did the salesman mention any stains on the interior leather. I can send you a copy of our text messages on the topic of the car's condition.2. The rear brakes may have been replaced, but the reason they are still squeaking remains to be determined.3. The hail damage was most definitely present prior to the purchase of the vehicle. The car was delivered on 2 December 2019 after 9:00 p.m. so the damage was not visible in the dark. The picture that I posted showing exemplar hail damage was taken on 15 December 2019. There was no hail in Ohio between 2 and 15 December.4. I can provide an invoice showing the cost of the replacement rim.5. I do not have routine access to my cell phone during business hours but can be reached by appointment, or after hours via email or text.

Jim at Driven in Oak Forest in part made it the best experience I have had in along time with buying a car from a Dealer. Drove from St.Louis just for this deal! No pressure, had all the information I requested. Would defiantly buy from again! Class act business!
