I recently went here and financed a new vehicle. I must say I have never EVER purchased a vehicle this fast. The service was great and the staff was amazing. Everyone answered any questions I had and assisted with completing all documents needed for my purchase. I will definitely recommend to anyone looking to get a new car or truck.

Yesterday I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe for my wife from B&M Auto Sales. Chuck took good care of me, and my wife is happy with the new car! Three years ago I purchased a 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe from Chuck at B&M Auto Sales, and since I never had a single problem with the car, I decided not to trade it in. I will use it for my running around car while my wife enjoys the 2017 Santa Fe with the sun roof and many other features the 2012 does not have. One thing I like about B&M Auto is when you test drive a car they just give you the keys and let you take the car for a spin yourself, and really take your time to test drive it with your family. Other car dealers will send the salesman with you and tell you what route to take wile testing the car. I don't like being supervised like that when you have a copy of my license, especially if I have purchased from you in the past. I plan to continue to do business with B&M Auto. I regularly check out their website or swing by from time to time to see what they have on the lot. They always have vintage muscle cars on display, which I love to look at and dream about owning one day.

There are not enough words to fully thank B&M for their amazing service and care. We sadly had a horrible experience with Family Hyundai in Tinley Park last year and they put us in a pretty unfortunate situation. We truly thought we were upside down and had no hope to get out of the predicament they put us in. We even tried another Hyundai dealer and calling corporate, but no dice. B&M was truly a "what the heck" moment - and I am so incredibly thankful we took a chance on them and walked into their building. From the minute we entered the lot, we were treated with CARE and COMPASSION, like we were family - it was truly like a weight was lifted off our shoulders.Special shout-outs to Dominic & Chuck because they were so thorough and HONEST and made us feel validated that what we went through with Hyundai was something no one should have to go through after buying a vehicle. They explained our situation was slightly tough but not impossible to fix which was so comforting because we truly thought we couldn't move forward or have a clean slate but that is exactly what we did! We walked in yesterday on 9/17 at 1:45pm and we were out by 4:00pm with our new vehicle, a 2018 Nissan Rogue and we are over the moon excited.B&M has definitely nabbed themselves a repeat customer, and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone who is looking for a used vehicle. Not only are they are competitive in their pricing but the way they treat their customers goes above and beyond! 5 stars across the board. Thank you B&M!

I had a great experience purchasing from B&M Auto Sales down in Oak Forest , IL. I worked with sales manager John Ott and finance manager Chuck Lindsey and they were both fantastic to work with and made the process easy. They were very fair on pricing and went the extra mile to have the car ready and cleaned for a test drive when I got there after a 2.5 hour drive from Wisconsin to come down to look at the vehicle. I was also impressed with their service facility, the cars they had for sale on-site and cannot say enough good things about the way I was treated. This is an honest and hard working group of people at B&M. No B.S.- Just a good deal on a great car with really low mileage and a squeaky clean CarFax. Thanks guys,,,looking forward to picking up my "new" 2014 Focus ST on Saturday! A++++

Went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. My computer kept causing an issue with the payment and shipping address and the Team Member who helped me was super patient and we did the transaction 5 times before it went through correctly. Then I needed them to hold my engine for a few extra days and they did. Best experience I have ever had ordering used car parts online, would 100% recommend them.

Everyone I dealt with was very polite and helpful. Dominic gave me options in my price range and really worked to help me as I was a nervous wreck. I will be going back when I need another car . I can not say enough about how great it is to have a shop I can trust. I love my Jeep Grand Cherokee which I purchased from them and I try to keep it in tip top running condition. I only bring it to BM Auto.They do their best to accommodate my schedule and are very fair on price. Great people to work.

Had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone. Dominic and Chuck were a delight to works with. My wife and I always been looked at twice and then judged. This did not happen at all. We felt appreciated and respected. The best part to me it all happened in less that 3 hours. We love our car and we are glad we went there. Peace.

Bill and his team were exceptional in finding the perfect vehicle for our new family. Not only did he find all the features I was looking for he ensured that the vehicle would be safe and efficient for my wife and soon to be born child. The pricing is great and definitely a go to place before you try to go to corporate dealerships. They take the time to fit you in the vehicle you want in a price range that fits for you. First time working with B&M, bought a Yukon today and must say was the BEST car buying experience EVER! Such a great and professional staff. Jon is a wonderful sales associate...professional, personable and attentive. Chuck worked the perfect deal and the process was exceptionally fast (may have been there 2 hours and thats pushing it). Will buy here again!

My husband and I were looking for a car and found one we were interested in at B & M Auto. When my husband originally test drove the car he felt the brakes were a bit wavy. He mentioned it to John the sales manager and when my husband came back with me to test drive the car, there were brand new pads and rotors installed. The car drove great! It showed us that they really care about the quality of their cars and about satisfying the customer. We knew then, this was the place we were going to buy our car. B&M also helped us out on their financing and gave us a great rate. When we need a car again we will make sure to come here first!

A Class Act! John is respectful, honest, an active listener, and treated us like the most important people he'd met! Not in an annoying way, in a sincere, willing to help way. He took every opportunity to take our buying experience to the most positive level possible. Chuck completed the financing process so smoothly it was amazing! His expertise was apparent and his personable demeanor appreciated. B&M Auto is the first place I will recommend to anyone within driving distance to look for their next used vehicle; any make/model or price range! All others in the industry should take note of this way of doing business!

I had a really great experience here. Everyone was kind and not pushy. When I first went to look at cars they let me walk around on my own and didn't bombard me as soon as I walked on the lot. John hooked me up with a great 2016 Jeep Compass with a great interest rate. Definitely worth checking out.

Bought a van and a sedan from B$M. Both vehicles have lasted 9+ years with no issues. I have taken 4 vehicles in for service and had 2 friends bring there cars in for service. They always check around for best prices on parts and never try to pad the bill. Any auto company that wants my money has to be a great value while providing the best customer service. It's the kind of company you feel good about writing a review for., James G.

I love this place, I was treated like family by John and Chuck. They had a few vehicles to choose from, and I got to test drive all of them. They even let me take it to lunch so my wife could see it. I bought the extended warranty with the vehicle and hope to never use it but it was a great deal and added only about 30 bucks a month to the price of the car. I truly look forward to going back. John Ott was nothing but a pleasure to deal with.

I bought a car a few weeks ago and I so happy I bought one from this guys! It wasn't just buying and selling of a car, I actually felt at home! And I felt like I was safe and in very good hands! From the moment i called in to inquire about the car, CHUCK was incredibly helpful (given my situation) and friendly from the start. We HIGHLY recommend going to B & M Auto for all your car purchasing/service needs! We worked with John Ott in purchasing a new vehicle and right from the very beginning until the end we felt welcomed and were treated wonderfully. They have a great selection of vehicles and their establishment is immaculate. We walked out with a new truck and we couldn t be happier! I would like to thank Dominic and Chuck from B&M for resolving my problem. What started out as a bad day quickly turned into a GREAT day thanks to them! They worked with me and were very understanding, courteous and so much more! Both went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. Good men who truely care. This team has literally done everything to make me and my husband happy customers! Every question or concern was immediately taken care of by kind and respectful staff. The concept of buying a used car is a scary process, especially when you don't know who you're buying it from and if your buying someone else's problems. I was searching Car Guru for a vehicle large enough for my large family and came across a 2004 Chevy Suburban. I inquired about the vehicle and put that I was looking for to finance this vehicle with a certain amount down. The next day Dominic and Chuck reached out to me saying that I was approved, when could I stop in. Being a truck driver sometimes I have late nights so I asked if I was able to send my girlfriend in with the paperwork needed to finance and then when I got back from my delivery I would come into finalize everything. They agreed to this and because of this I was in and out in 30 minutes. There were no hidden gimmicks and they have stood behind their words from the moment I was told I was approved. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I come across looking to get a vehicle. As long as you are upfront and honest with them, they will be upfront and honest with you!

My dad and I had a great experience here. I recommend getting help from John. He was very attentive and made the whole process smooth. Very friendly atmosphere, they were not pushy whatsoever, which is usually what you get at other car dealerships. Will bring my business here again!

Hey I Mike bought a Chevy Tahoe here not so long ago it looked like new until I bought it battery failure? Took it to my mechanic it needed all new brakes hubs differential needed new gears we traced it back to Texas it was in a flood thanks B&M
