Stopped by to make an appointment to fix my subs and get a remote start and he fixed my subs right then and there! Installed my remote start the next business day! Great price too and everything works perfectly! I will be back with any stereo needs for sure!

Brought my vehicle to other shops throughout Chicago, and no shop was able to fix my remote start/headlights/light bars. The owner, Thom, is very knowledgeable, straightforward, and reasonable. I recommend this place over any other shop in the area and probably even the state! The tech AL is insanely fast, professional, and knowledgeable as well! He fixed things I didn't even ask him to fix while he was going through everything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!Update: i just brought my 3rd & brand new vehicle to them for a front & rear dash camera install. Fantastic work as usual!

Tom hooked me up and did 5 hours of work and only charged me 3 hours of work went to 3 other shops he gave me the best price and did the best work and made my subs look oem and hid all the wires GET YOUR SUBS DONE HERE!!!!

I am so impressed and thankful for Thomas he's an expert! Not only was he professional, but he gave me a fair price, and he installed the equipment PROPERLY. There's no wires sticking out, its tuned the right way, etc etc. My BMW had no bass whatsoever and Thomas really came thru for me and installed a massive subwoofer, amp, and bass knob for me. The whole car shakes like an earthquake, you can hear my car down the block. It's amazing and I haven't been this happy in a long time. Thank you Thomas! <3 <3 <3

Tom always does great work for me, along with my friends and family. There are certain projects that I wouldn t trust anyone but Tom doing because I know that he treats every vehicle he works on like it s his own, no matter how big or small the job may be; and he has the patience and experience to handle a very wide array of custom jobs that are not just exclusive to audio.This time around he installed a new carbon fiber splitter to my front bumper after disassembling and removing the old damaged one that was poorly installed by a different shop. He custom-fit new threading and used heavy duty stainless steel bolts and I couldn t be happier with the fitment and sturdiness after installation.

Pretty pleased with Audiodriven. Took my 2017 Jaguar xe for a quote for a subwoofer upgrade. Tom was very attentitive and worked with us to find exactly what we were looking for. They went above and beyond to get me my car back the same day. The system sounds great and has clean wiring.We have some things we want to have done to my GF's rogue. We will be back soon.

Had them install a custom sound system on my Harley 3 years ago. Recently had a connection problem, tried troubleshooting it myself, called them with a question and Tom said to throw it back together and bring it in. Arrived 10 min before closing, Alan checked it and found the problem. Put everything back together the next day, secured all the wiring, and I was on my way less than 24 hrs later. Even gave me a ride home when I dropped it off. These guys do excellent work and stand behind their products. HIGHLY recommend Audio Driven for any vehicle, but especially for bikes that have no faring and need custom systems. My son also had his bike done there and is very happy with it.

I had the privilege of meeting Thomas and he was very helpful to me in dealing with my key fob. Very quick and thorough work. Will go back for stereo. Great service

Quality is meh. Had to replace wiring that was butchered and spliced in numerous places. Output was cutting in and out. They could not diagnose or repair. Also, communication is poor.11-12-21 In reply to Audiodriven response. They were originally requested to place amp under rear seat but failed to follow instructions. Therefore it was a comeback to correct the condition. In doing so they cut and soldered wires in multiple places and caused conditions mentioned prior. Now providing misleading follow up comments.

Tom is amazing. Top end all the way. If you want your job done right and with sound engineers that know their business this is the place. After my first install from Tom, I would never go anywhere else for my audio needs. On top of that, he is one of the nicest individuals you would ever want to work with. Came into the business looking for guidance on an remote start another company put into my daughter's truck. Owner went over the truck and discovered the other company forgot to attach this and that connector. Reset both keys and only changed me an hour of labor. Talked to owner on personal level and he told me how his father got him interested in the work. Would recommend to anyone having an electric issue with their vehicle.

My car stereo went out and I thought I needed a new one so I decided to stop by AudioDriven to confirm. When I arrived Thomas was very busy but still came outside to take a look at my radio. After looking at my radio and not even 5 mins later my problem was solved. And did I mention he didn't even CHARGE me one penny!! Great customer service and I will be back for the installation of my automatic starter.Thank You

BEST AUDIO EVERYTHING PLACE!! I had a connection issue with my battery and Thomas took care of everything. Made sure everything looked good and was fast too. 10/10. Would 200% recommend Audiodriven to anyone who needs any type of audio work done.

Tried installing my car stereo myself and of course screwed it up, took it over to Audiodriven and Thomas got it working for me in no time. Highly recommend!!

Horrible service! They had my car for 2 weeks wouldn't get a call for updates I had to be calling Thomas for updates and all I would get from him was I'll call you back, we working on it tomorrow and etc. Long story short I would never go back and to top it off they charged me 600.00 dollars to fix a shorted relay a 5.00 relay! This place SUCKS!!!!! I gave them 1 star because I had to in order to leave my comment they don't deserve that!

I had a great experience with autodriven. I had a bad installation from a former store, I called auto driven for them to fix it. Thomas worked with me with urgency while also educating me on where things went wrong and how he was going about to fix it. I had a great quality experience!

Tom and his team did an amazingly fast installation job on my car. I had an alarm installed by them, it works great! I had an issue with my headlights that same day, which was completely unrelated to the installation of the alarm. I brought my car back to Tom and his team and they fixed it, spending two extra hours of thier time after closing. They did an awesome job of diagnosing my problem as well as provided me with a free relay and a fuse.Thanks Audiodriven!

I got the Alpine Ilx-507 radio installed here. One of the best experiences. Price is right, the equipment is top tier. Also, the owner is honest on everything he does. Definitely recommend this shop if you re thinking about getting a new radio or speakers.

I came in within 15 mins of closing looking for just a bass knob for my amp. Thomas hooked me up with not only a bass knob but with installation AND even volunteer to fix my hanging license plates. what an amazing Guy Thomas is! I highly recommend coming To Audiodriven for ANY sound work that you may need or even questions that can be answered with a throughly detailed response! if 10/5 recommendations was able to be given you would receive it, Sir!

Can t say enough great things about this place. I ve had my truck and trailer in there multiple times, from simple things like installing a bass knob or running a new RCA wire to my subs, to installing new radios, brake bars, and fixing other electronic/wiring issues. Anything electrical or sound related take it to Tom and he ll take care of you. They do great work and are very affordable.

I had a great experience at this place. I felt bad coming in so late but I came in because I was having problems with my pioneer radio. Thomas fixed the wiring mess I had and got my radio working with 15 minutes. I had been struggling with the problem for a while and he knocked it out like it was nothing. Overall very happy with the service and will definitely be returning in the future.

First class experience from start to finish. Tom presented all options that were available to me, and never pressured me into purchasing something I did not need. He did suggest one brand over another.......and I wish I would have listened. They removed the monitor I asked for, and replaced it a better model he suggested. He gave me a good price, and saved me some money, and for that I am extremely grateful.Both he and his tech crew explained everything involved concerning the install they performed in my car. I was given a 9:00 appointment, and my car was being worked on at 9:05.Tom takes his time to make the customer feel educated and comfortable with their purchase. I would (and will) refer Audio Driven to everyone I know who desires first class work on their audio or video systems for their car.

If you need speakers, you need to make your way over to AUDIODRIVEN. This place is clean and Thomas explains things so that a novice or expert can comprehend. Thomas takes the time beyond what you can imagine to listen to you and answer your questions without making you feel rushed. I complained about my seats not adjusting with my key fob after taking my car to the GMC dealership and Thomas fixed the problem (no charge). If you have had issues in the past with companies not living up to your expectations or down right disappointing you; you should give AUDIODRIVEN a chance. By far Thomas and his team are knowledgeable, competent and all around good/honest people that you can depend on (you will not regret it!). And I love the sound of my speakers Thanks THOMAS.

Had speakers replaced, added an Amp and subwoofer. Did an amazing job for very reasonable price. Tom was very patient and helped us get what we were looking for. Highly recommend!!

AUDIODRIVEN restores one's faith in the pride that the small business owner takes in their delivery of Customer Satisfaction!!!This establishment went above & beyond to repair my door lock issue. Their employees, under the leadership of THOMAS, pardon the pun, just perform like a "well oiled machine".Thank you for all your hard work on my car. The locking system is perfect, no issues!! These guys know their stuff! I've been going here forever. They have lots of work, so you will need to be patient. Buy they are worth it. If you are really into your sounds, this is the place.
