Alex got me in right away and showed me the issues with the exhaust system, he told me all of my options and gave me a fair price much lower than quoted elsewhere! Got the work done quickly and they did a great job w repair. Friendly and knowledgeable crew! Highly recommend.

I went to get my exhaust leak repaired, the technicians at the shop were very professional and gentle, they explained with details and transparency what exactly happened on my vehicle and what could have gotten done to it in order to avoid the problem that they fix it within 30 minutes.I highly recommend they services, they offer quality of labor! I m definitely recommending to my pals and family members

Of course I had to leave my guys 5 stars! They take care of me every time no matter what I need. I come here for all of my vehicles and I ve been coming here for years! I had a Mercedes previously and brought it here for everything! I bring my moms Toyota here and I also bring my Audi truck here. They are great with oil changes as well as any other repairs needed! They are honest affordable and knowledgeable. If you are in need of repairs this is the place to go!

Called everywhere around oak Forrest and everyone was booked or busy, called this place and they got me in the same day. I had a rental from Michigan, rental messed up while getting off the highway and they got it fixed within an hour. Great service, and very fast. 10/10 would recommend!

Had a lot work done for a fair price. Alex explained what needed to be done and the staff was friendly. Everything was done the same day. Had a good experience. Will be coming back

Had a wonderful experience main person I interacted with was Alex and he was very kind and informative. I may not know much about cars, but he did show me the under side of the car so I could see the work they did and verify with my own eyes. He also explained what they did to my car to fix it and made recommendations of other things that may need to be fixed in the future. Wonderful experience, will be back! (:Also there s a year warranty on the work they did as long as I bring the receipt back.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto tire replacement

Very Unprofessional, stay as far away as possible from these PROFESSIONAL crooks, a job that should have taken 30-40min turned into a day of wasted money and job not even done. I was quoted 400+ for a catalytic converter job that should have been very straight forward. 4 plus hours later, they notified me that the job I brought my car in for could not be done but that they would still be charging me $400. After further investigation, I find out that the reason why I was still being charged 400 is because they sawed my converter in half to take it off and they were charging me to weld it back together and put it back on and also for my car being in their bay for 4 plus hours. You would think it would be common sense to notify someone before you just go sawing things off their car. How can you charge someone $400 for a job that was never completed, says a lot about their character or lack there of. It s funny how they took 4 plus hours to take my car apart but somehow put everything back in under 1 hour. Hopefully this review can save someone from being robbed. Stay far away from these criminals.

My husband dropped off his car to this shop 5 months ago to get the run around by every mechanic that worked there! He was even on a payment plan to have the work done. The money was taken out faithfully but no work was done. He got excuse after excuse until finally they started avoiding his calls. And when they did answer he was told the part was on order or they couldn't find the part. My husband was patient until enough was enough . Finally they said we can't fix it. But when we got the car back it was missing a mirror the car was damaged and now no one will answer to take responsibility! I would never again take a vehicle there for any type of service. My husband's poor little red Toyota was mistreated

Got an oil change done. The guys was efficient and had no problem taking me as a walk in.Update: well I hate to say it but I have to take my great review back. I asked for an oil change and at the end when it was time to pay I had to remind the guy to put coolant. He sent a worker out and the guy spilled coolant under my entire hood. I came back to check it will still empty and I had to stand there and watch him put it in. Nevertheless I asked can they install my headlight the guy says yes but never told me a price. Well he ended up throwing a number $40 for headlights installment crazy. They have the potential to be good but I SHOULDN T HAVE TO STAND AND WATCH YOU DO YOUR JOB.

This company is really for the people.They work with you with pricing and they re very fast on labor. I definitely recommend this place!!!!Update: I changed my review because they really are scammers they charged me 3500 for a new engine and installed all old sensors to my new engine assembly. Then when I went to another shop to get the engine looked at they told me that this place did a horrible job with installation. Don t recommend going to this place at all.

I needed repair work to pass the emissions test and yes I can say I passed. They fixed my exhaust, tuned my car and she s quiet as a mouse. I am very please with the work and courtesy of the workers. Thanks Alex and your workers.

The staff here are absolutely phenomenal, very friendly and professional. I ve been to quite a few mechanic shops regarding my car and they always charged me an arm and a leg for even minor work. But when dealing with Alex and Maria they have always taken great care of me. I highly suggest their shop for your mechanical needs!

Came in to install exhaust vents for a job that should have taken 30 minutes max really wanted it done that day and unfortunately had to settle for a 100 dollars the next day these guys are crooks

Great customer service upon arrival I was greeted by the lady at the register. I came in for an oil change & I didn t have to wait!!! Alex was very professional & explain to me about my tire sensor. I don't agree with all the bad reviews under me ! Because they guys and employees here are actually good people been coming here for years and I've never ever had an issue, on the other side they always help me out ! When something doesn't go some people's way, of course they're going to throw dirt SMH
