Great service! They are quick. The A-1 driver s are professional, friendly, and took great care to ensure any cars aren t damaged during the tow. The price was also very reasonable. Such great service. Manny was there within 15 minutes which was great since it was the worst cold of the year and I had no heat. So prompt, so helpful, and so professional. I would use them over any other tow company in the area.

This is a rude disrespectful company. Moe have bad customer service. They picked up my vehicle and didn't know which tow truck had my vehicle. He hung up in my face. He didn't ask any details about my vehicle but just call a tow man. Then the tow man was rude talking about he been calling me whole time he never had my vehicle. I will not be using them again.

A-1 towing was extremely fast! The tow truck driver Manny communicated very well, and he was very professional!! He dropped my car off at my mechanic after hours. He followed all my directions and turned a stressful situation into a pleasant one! Thank you, Manny and A-1 Towing!!

My car broke down literally 8 mins away from my work place. My insurarance contacted A-1Towing. Moe, was the tow truck driver. He had great costumer service. Towed my car to a shop near by and went out of the way not to leave me stranded on a rainy day. In addition to that, I did not have anyone able to pick me up, he went above and beyond and drove me to that shop. I really appreciate the service. I will certainly recommend A-1Towing service. And now they are on my contacts! THANK YOU!

My engine stalled and I was stranded in a bad neighborhood. Contacted my warranty company and they directed me to A1. Although we got disconnected, I called back and my vehicle was towed to the dealership. Thank you for the prompt true EMERGENCY response. I appreciate the long hours and hard work these drivers do not get praised for. Its not an easy job. So please be sure to always thank those that come to our rescue!
