Monty was a great service technician. I think the interface of scheduling service online needs work. I got reminder emails all week, I would ve expected to get a call the day before telling me a narrower time window for when my technician would be at my location. Instead, he called me 15 minutes before he was arriving at my location. And that s because he said he didn t know where he was going until he had finished his first service call. I would think he would want your service technicians to know their entire schedule for the day. That way they could contact the people requesting the service and give them a better window as to when they will be arriving.

Horrible service. Scheduled a cleaning of a washer/dryer. Nothing was done except vacuum the lint trap, tech was there less than half hour. Never cleaned the rubber boot on washer, empty the catch or clean the catch nor was the dryer motor ever cleaned as advertised on the website. For almost $200, i went back over his work n did a better job. Called customer service for a refund but they ended up pushing the whole cost through. Then changed their customer service line to all online chats that led me in circles with no answers; even having to sign up n pay for online communication service "just answers". Ridiculous. I would NEVER recommend sears home services in southwest wi area to anyone. Awful deserving of zero stars.

Technician was polite, friendly and knowledgeable.Problem I was experiencing would not reoccur when Technician arrived.He assured me he would look into it anyway and found two bad rollers.They were promptly replaced, and problem solved.I very much appreciate the tenacity of Jakob and his desire to solve my problem.

The technician was fantastic but the scheduling process is a complere nightmare. They did not show up on the day they were supposed to with no communication after I waited all day. And, there is simply no way to speak with a human regarding the appointment!

He was professional in every way. Showed up when he said, explained everything fully, completed the work in a timely fashion, and gave me some tips for maintenance. I m very pleased.

Jakob correctly diagnosed the problem with my washer. Ordered the part & rescheduled my appointment. The part was shipped quickly. Jakob was on time. He also showed me the old part so I could compare it to the new.Service: Washing machine repairService: Washing machine repair

Arturo was very professional and did a great job in servicing our furnace and hot water heater. He answered all my questions, and gave me a number of good tips on how to insure everything keeps running smoothly.

Not a great experience. The wrong part was ordered and the repairman chipped the fan in the icemaker which was already on the fritz. The home warranty denied the claim after that so now we are stuck. No good.

Finally received competent service to repair freezer (compressor) after 4 appointments, 4 different technicians over a month a month!!!It took over 3 hours for The final technicians to complete my request.

Service man Gani was very unpleasant, seems like he had an attitude with client.Also , labor was very expensive, the job took less than 15 minutes and was charge $300 for labor only.

Miserable experience scheduling. Didn't come on the day they were supposed to, and have spent 2 hours just trying to talk to someone. no worries though as they've already charged me $550. I expect more.
