I had the best tire buying experience of my life here. After a frustrating experience at a dealership, Jen had me in, out, and on the road with new tires in 30 minutes. It was easy, painless and professional. Highly recommend.

Poor service!Unprofessional, disorganized, careless.Was trying to save money. Next time I would rather pay a tire installation fee at Discount tire.

I have been to this location several times now. Not once have I had a good experience. I've always felt like they've talked down to me. After purchasing tires every time I return for air before they got the new machines I felt disrespected when I'd ask for the air to be checked and they didn't want to because the tire sensor light was not on. I still buy my tires and have them serviced at Costco but now I buy them from the Bloomingdale location they make you feel respected. I highly recommend if you're going to buy tires from Costco buying from the Bloomingdale location you'll get a much better experience.

It was good. Everything was as expected.Calling ahead to make sure they have the right set of tires is key. In addition you should always remember that not every store will have every single tire. Much of Costco will have Michelin or Bridgestone tires so you will have to pay a bit more but I'm not complaining those brands are trustworthy especially for Chicago weather

Great service. I didn't have an appointment so I "walked in". They accommodated me and I was in and out of there in 45 mins.Do remember - If you get new tires installed, they will recommend a wheel alignment. And unfortunately, they do not do that there. You will have to take your car somewhere else to get the alignment done. That's another $120 - $150, depending on where you go. That's a cost in addition to the cost of the tires. Just something to plan for.

After my 20k maintenance the dealer found a nail in the original stock tire. They put a temp patch on it because a storm was coming and said I can take it wherever for a full repair. When I called to make the appointment I explained the tire was patched AND said it was not a Costco purchased tire. She said that it was fine I would just have to pay for the repair. Then when I dropped the car off I AGAIN said it was temp repaired by the dealer and that they were not Costco tires. I paid the $ for the repair and went to get my groceriesAfter driving 20 mins to get there and waiting about 15 mins I get a call saying they can t repair it because the dealer had previously patched it. When I asked for a refund, they said no because it was for the inspection not the repairs even though the receipt clearly says tire repair. On top of that the employee I spoke to was rude.A manager got involved and eventually we got the refund but she said that because it s not a Costco tire they couldn t repair it anyways (even though I ve had Costco repair my non Costco tires before). So why didn t anyone say that in all the other interactions?!?We love Costco and always buy new tires there when current ones need to be replaced. We are Costco advocates on every level so this was so disappointing. Terrible service. Never going back there again for our new tires.

Worst place ever. I called on a Saturday at 10 am that I want a tire rotation. My car tire was making noises. They close at 6 pm and I asked them I will be there at 5:20 PM after i get off work at 5. They said ok. I went there and they declined my service. They said NO. There were 4 guys doing nothing with no cars worked on. One of the guy was lauging as the manager was talking to me. I love Costco shopping but not the tire center. I drove for 10 minutes and felt like the car was about to go to the floor so I stopped. The tire knobs were loose. I could have lost my life on that day for the stupid employee that are slacking off. If they even lifted the car and saw it, but no. They did not even look at the car and they were all laughing. I have a back problem but i pulled aside and tighten the knobs.

Ordered tires for truck, good deal on Michelins, returned to Cosco a few days later for install.They were done before I could finish shopping in store! Decent warranty.

Ended up going somewhere else. Kept telling me I had original tires. Took 2/3 days to get tires in. Didn't like the communication. I guess I am not alone after reading reviews.

Not to happy with the young kid at the counter need more work on customer service skills and they did not fill my tires after I had asked them left with needing air on my tires.But young lady had great customer service skills

Prices are very competitive. Mile warranty on tires... DO ALL EXPECTED ROTATIONS AND BALANCING AS SPECIFIED. Have documentation of ROTATIONS and balancing as species or you will get no help.
