We contacted many dealerships and used car salesmen in our search for a used car, and Mike Allen from Steven Todd Leasing and Sales was by far the most professional and helpful salesperson that we worked with. He always responded immediately and in detail. He helped us find the perfect vehicle for our needs and he was extremely fair about the price. It was probably the most enjoyable car buying experience that I have ever experienced and we are very satisfied with our vehicle. Now that a few months have passed since the purchase, no hidden surprises have materialized. I can highly recommend their services.

I had spent a lot of time searching and negotiating with car dealerships all over my state (Kentucky). I wanted a 2013-2014 Hyundai Tucson. I knew exactly what I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. In Kentucky no one wanted to work with me. I decided to broaden my search and basically included the eastern half of the United States, it was then that I happened upon a listing from Steven Todd leasing on Auto Trader. They had a 2013 Tucson that I was very interested in. I sent Mike Allen an email making him an offer on the car and he responded within an hour stating I think we can do that. No muss, no fuss basically when do you want to pick it up! Mind you the Tucson was all the way in Illinois but at that point I was so dead set on the car and the price that it didn t matter how far I had to go.Mike offered to have the Tucson delivered to my driveway but I wanted a test drive first and Mike was like, whatever works best for you. Mike was very professional during the sale process and made everything easy. He met my mom and I at Steven Todd Leasing at 7:00 am on a Saturday morning. We test drove the Tucson and it was in better shape than anything I d test driven in my search thus far. I immediately agreed to make the purchase and Mike made the entire process super easy and pain free. It was such a nice ride back home. That was five months ago and the Tucson is still driving like new. I am a customer for life! I am also recommending Steven Todd Sales and Leasing to anyone in the market for a car. Great Experience!!!

Great guys to do business with.My experience started with an Inquiry on a fantastic, online car price that I discovered. I called, made an appointment and met with both Sandy and Mike. They worked with me on financing and took my old car in for trade in. I was pleasantly surprised when the numbers came through on financing. These guys under promised and over delivered. I got a great rate and payment that I could more than live with. I will certainly do business here again when I'm looking for another car. A+++

We just purchased the Lexus ES from Steven Todd Leasing today. I looked at the Google reviews first before visiting them and all of them were pretty much on point. Mike did an excellent job in providing us the information about the vehicle. He was patient answering any questions/concerns and responds quickly to my emails--even on a Sunday! He is definitely honest and you won't feel any pressure at all. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. I would definitely do business with him again.

I purchased a 2012 Audi A5 Convertible through Mike Allen and I absolutely love my car. Mike made my buying experience excellent. He has gone above and beyond to help me. I was searching for a specific car and Steven Todd Leasing & Sales happened to have one in stock. After reading all of the positive reviews here I decided to give them a call. Mike Allen was the best salesperson I have ever worked with. The transaction was fair and unbelievably easy. I highly recommend to all, and I will buy from here again.

The experience of purchasing a car through Mike and the team at Steven Todd Leasing was easy, quick and comfortable. It helped that Mike had a nearly flawless example of the car I was looking for, and that the price was more than reasonable.I would definitely reach out to Mike and Sandy for any future car buying (and maybe even selling!) needs that I might have.

I recently purchased a used Audi A4 from Steven Todd. Mike made the process very easy from the first phone call, to the test drive, trade in, financing, and final sale. He was very honest and no pressure at all. He was also very resourceful in guiding me with questions on servicing the car. I had a great experience and would definitely do business here again.

I just bought a 2013 Honda Odyssey EX the other day from Mike Allen. They had the best price by far advertised and he happily helped me get it down even a little more to fit the budget I needed to keep. He was calm, professional and I can't believe I'm saying this, but I had a really nice time working with him to buy the car (I mean, who enjoys buying a car?!). We don't live near his location, but I am so glad I made the drive and if I ever need another car, I will absolutely go back. After a day of dealing with huge city dealerships, this was truly a breath of fresh air. And the cherry on the top was him helping me get the old car parked at the Metra station so my husband could get it later that day. Great price. Great service. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Steven Todd Leasing and Sales with the help of Mike Allen. The process was quick and simple. I was able to go in, test drive the vehicle and have all the paperwork done by the next day. Mike also helped with the application and loan process which was less than a ten minute process on my end. In the future I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend anyone buying a car to head straight there.

I bought a car from Mike at ST Leasing over the weekend. We were buying a relatively high mileage used vehicle for our kids and Mike was very forthcoming with information about the car we were considering. It was a no-pressure environment without the games typically played at dealerships. Mike and ST Leasing shoiuld be the model for the car buying experience. I would highly recommend doing business with them.

My business has leased 4 or 5 cars from Mike Allen at Steven Todd Leasing. What a fantastic experience! No more haggling with sales people at the dealership. They do it for you and get you the best price. Do yourself a favor and talk to them the next time you would like to buy a lease a car. You will not be disappointed.

Went to Steven Todd Leasing and Sales to check out a 2000 Honda S2000. Michael Allen was great in providing me all the necessary information regarding the vehicle. He was very helpful during the entire sales process and connected me with a reputable financial institution that can provide loans for older vehicles. I love the vehicle and the entire experience was great. Would do business with again in the future.

Mike Allen is by far the best car salesman I've ever had the pleasure to work with. When my Nissan Leaf was totaled in a car accident and needed to be replaced, I first went back to the Autobarn Evanston where I bought the original. Much like my previous experience, I was extremely disappointed, frustrated and downright annoying dealing with them in every aspect, I sat on hold forever when I called, I waited in the lot and had to hound salesman down when I visited, and everyone's attitude was so rude I was angry at the thought of giving them my money. Then I found a used Leaf at Steven Todd and contacted Mike. What a world of difference! He answered the phone on the first call, politely and clearly answered my questions, returned calls promptly, negotiated on the price so that both of us were happy and went out of his way to make the whole experience a delight. Not only did I give Mike a hug at the end for getting me an even better car than I would've received at Autobarn (plus he's so nice) but my husband went back a month later and bought his next car from them. We financed the second car and that also was fast, efficient and cost-competitive. Cannot say enough nice things about these guys! Do yourself a favor and start here for your next car. They don't have a giant inventory, but they only carry high quality cars and they truly care about their customers.

Bought a used VW GTI from Mike. He was immensely helpful in getting me all the information about the vehicle that I needed. I came all the way up from St. Louis to purchase the vehicle, and the condition was exactly as described. The guy was pleasure to deal with, he even was so kind as to pick us up at Union Station when we came into town. Fair price, great car, friendly and straightforward guy. No reason to go anywhere else. They will be my first stop when I am looking for my next vehicle.

We bought two used SUVs. We have only had them for about a week but all is good. Price was cheaper than dealer. Mike replaced tires and battery on each car. Mike was easy to work with; got great financing.

Steven Todd leasing and sales was a great experience to have when shopping for a car. The place was laid back but it was always straight forward and professional. I enjoyed the fact that when I called I got all the information I needed and was not surprises with any unexpected prices or rates. If you would ever need to buy a car without all the stress I would definitely recommend buying/leasing from them.

I have used Steven Todd Leasing for my cars for years. Simple reason: I trust them. A few weeks ago, my radio stopped working. I took it to a mechanic who said I needed a new one. I took it to Steven Todd. All they did was disconnect and reconnect the battery, and it worked fine. These guys are great.

Very dishonest dealer. I received a response a week later from adifferent dealer in another town an hour away from thislocation. With a different vehicle than what i askedabout. Sent a text message like they asked in their post& they didn't respond to that. Message was sent duringbusiness hours & it's been a week now.I still have the unanswered texts saved on my phone aswell as the email notification from CarGurus if there isany doubt to my rating.
