This was my first time st this location and they exceeded my expectation. Ken was great, he was very helpful in giving me a loaner called and ye Ted when my car was ready and made all the process smooth. My technician Darrin was amazing, he sent me a video explaining what was wrong with my car and what part he changed. I thought this is great!! I am convinced that this place will be my go to place for many more years to come. I highly recommend it!!!

Great service with a smile. My representative was nice and went above and beyond. He took the time to explain my policy options for my insurance policy. I appreciated one of the ladies let me know that I could go next door to grab some courtesy lunch. It was good. Thank you for making me feel welcome.

Best experience. Quick and easy process from walk in to driving home in our new car. It was worth driving an hour to buy a car. Paperwork was explained thoroughly and no one was pushing us to make decisions. Our sales person (Joe) is very personable and was always able to answer our questions.

Tommy and Mark provided excellent communication regarding the service of my vehicle. The mechanic provided a video narrating the steps taken to repair the vehicle and showing the old parts. Thanks again to Fields and the Team!!

My experience this time was Very expensive. Seem less experience but very costly, in fact way too costly for my budget.Great loaner vehicle experience but do check the tire pressure during cold weather before loaning the vehicle because all four tires were very low and I had to take time and get air in each tire.Also, when returning the vehicle, the customer service was excellent. I actually found a key in the snow where someone returned a vehicle. I gave to the service manager and he was very my grateful . I appreciated this.Great customer service again but parts are just way too expensive. Good quality work, though.~Traci Powell

Jaguar Northfield does an exceptional job of servicing my car. The customer service team is super friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with the detailed maintenance report which includes short videos taken by the technicians to show me the condition of my car.

Brought my car into get serviced. Was charged a $330 fee for them to look at it. Then was quoted over 6k for the work. I declined the service and took it to a local shop by my house. They fixed the issue, it cost about $1200. To Jaguars credit they sent me a follow up service request and I explained to them how they were trying to charge me $5k for the service and how the $330 fee was pretty unethical when you re over quoting people. Mark Shapiro called me and said they will reverse the fee and disciples the technician who overquoted me. I wouldn t trust these people something is seriously wrong with them when you are overquoting by $5000. I should have probably reported them to the better business bureau. Maybe they are more ethical in their sales of automobiles but I doubt it, there s other places to shop. They don t deserve anyone s business.

I ve finally come around to writing this two years later but my experience as a first time car buyer was amazing! Joe Fuentes was professional, knowledgeable and trusting. From setting up an appointment to view the vehicle, finding a lender and even helping with setting up insurance, Joe was patient and walked me through the whole process of purchasing a vehicle. Would definitely recommend meeting with Joe!

Initially, I was concerned my service issues would not be completely addressed. However, my concerns were escalated to a service manager and in the end, the Northfield Jaguar service team repaired my vehicle to my satisfaction.A clean new Land Rover loaner was provided and they provide timely updates of service repairs and notified as soon as my vehicle was ready.

My wife and I have been customers at Fields for several cars. Most recently her Jaguar experienced an unexpected sidewall damage which required rapid repair and tire replacement. This was all accomplished within a single day. Our experience with Fields has been consistently high-quality, and we are very happy with them.

Absolutely horrendous!!! Took our car for 3 months didn t even diagnose the issue, the only solution was selling the car which we did. Would not recommend worst car experience!!!

It was a pleasure working with Joe Fuentes. I made the purchase remotely and have not been to the dealership. That said, Joe went over the top to accommodate me , especially his timely responses to any of my email or text messages. Joe and the dealership were very proactive during the transaction including making the shipping arrangement. My car actually arrived two days before I was expecting to see it. The car matched their description exactly. Great purchase and would buy from them again.Mark Schwartz

Took great care scheduled in advance at my convenience provided luxury complimentary loaner car to use while waiting for completion. Gave me three choices on replacement tires reviewed the benefits of each and checked in after completion that everything was good. Have bought many cars from Fields and they take phenomenal care of us but I want to commend Tommy for not only his attention to detail but his empathy and follow through no matter how minor the issue. Strong active listening skills are a real asset to anyone in customer service and Tommy would be a great trainer.

Man, what a horrible experience with the service department. It seems these folks are great when you're buying a car (see all the positive reviews!) but a mess when it comes to servicing them. And when buying a Jaguar, let's be honest--that's what counts.I bought a certified Jaguar (2 yrs old) a few months back, still well under factory warranty. Needless to say, the check engine light has since come on, also a new weird clicking sound, and also the parking sensors had stopped working.So I take the car into this dealership to fix it. [Facepalm]1) I was told that to fix the parking sensors, despite the car being under factory warranty, I would need to pay $2,000. Um, what? "The parking system" isn't covered by the factory warranty? Cool, I just spent $55K on a car and now I'll drive it for the next X years without the parking assist.2) They tell me to come in Saturday morning to do the work--but when I get there, the part still hadn't arrived. I'm told "well the parts don't come til 11:30 or 12:30 or so. So..........why send me first thing Saturday morning? Come on folks, get it together--you've literally cost me my day off.3) Btw the "fix" failed, the car still makes the clicking sound. [Facepalm again.]These aren't Japanese cars folks, they break. And when your Jaguar breaks, save yourselves--you'll need to go someplace else to get em fixed.

Shop the Hinsdale location! I started my journey here at Northfield on Christmas Eve. Wanted a 2023 Jag truck for 0 down with a co-signer && a trade in .I was denied that request literally while I m sitting at the Hinsdale location signing off (no co-signer, no money down) on my 2020 Jag truck 16k miles! Hinsdale was attentive and determined! Explained that my co-signer from the trade in was actually disqualifying me, and that although I had recently been a student, my current income was enough to qualify me alone. My overall buying experience at Land Rover Northfield was one of if not the best I ve ever had. Dennis, my Sales Guide was great to work with. Dennis and his Team worked hard to accommodate my interests as well as my schedule. I have shared my experience with multiple friends and family members and plan to revisit this dealership and Dennis for our next purchase.

Every time I bring my vehicle in they are unable to replicate the further and do nothing to take a further look in the vehicle. I ve been having the same problem with my vehicle for months now and they can never figure out what it is.
