I purchased a car that had to be shipped out of state and Kevin and his team handled every part of the transaction and kept me aware of everything that I needed at every point got it all done in 2 days. My rep Raj is an extremely knowledgeable and professional sales associate. It was a true pleasure working with him and he and the Fields team made the process easy and with little to no heartburn. I highly recommend Raj if you are in the market for a Volvo. He s an asset.

We worked with Kevin at this Volvo dealership and have nothing but high praises for him. The pricing was direct and straight forward, no hidden fees, and he even helped us get a $500 rebate. He was very honest and helpful when helping us pick out the perfect used vehicle. This is an awesome dealership that pre-certified (they cover the certification cost) of qualifying vehicles unlike other Volvo dealerships in the area.

Excellent customer service. Very responsive. I came in for a check battery light. They tested the battery and it was still good. I appreciate not being sold items, that aren t needed. So there was no charge for the visit + they added air to my tires and gave me a car wash. Honest dealership always.

Had most of the experience over text with salesman. George was quick to reply and sent info on the car when he said. In person, he was available to test the car on both days when I needed to do so. He allowed me plenty of time to both make a decision and get the funds available. Overall it was a very good experience with everyone we met at Fields Volvo. Would highly recommend them for either a new Volvo or a pre-owned car.

My first visit brought me here for vehicle service since that visit I decided I will ALWAYS drive here (from the south side of downtown Chicago) because they are just great and that thorough. Kind, professional and efficient staff (extra thanks to Dave!) make it easy and comfortable to wait. Facilities are well staffed, stocked and comfortable with lots of different areas (quiet room, work areas, lounge ) and my car was cleaned and vacuumed nicely to boot! Thanks Fields Volvo

Steven at Fields Volvo Northfield Service department did a fantastic job with our Volvo S90 for a starter that needed service and stood behind the previous repair and warranty. Steven and his colleague Dave have taken such great care of our family and we recommend Fields because of them.

George was very helpful and let me test drive two cars on my own, which is a bonus and let's you drive how you want. My wife wasn't with me when I first arrived, so he let me take the car home for the afternoon to let my wife see it and test drive it close to home. I returned it that night and bought it on the spot. Very easy experience with the folks at Fields.

This was the best customer service experience that I ve ever had at a car dealership. Process was very organized, kept me informed of what was needed. Mechanic working on my car sent me a video showing what needed to be done. Provided me a loaner vehicle for the day. This was exceptional customer service at another level!

After reliability issues with our previous car, we were forced into this precarious car market and ended up purchasing from Fields Volvo about a month ago. We had a nice experience, and Roger made us feel comfortable. He was open and honest with integrity. His love of Volvos is contagious. We feel we got a good deal and love the new car.

We are thrilled to share our outstanding experience buying an XC40 from Zoar at Fields Volvo. The team at Fields Volvo went above and beyond to assist us, demonstrating extraordinary patience as we made multiple visits before making a decision. They made us feel valued as customers, and we cannot recommend them highly enough.Unfortunately, the paperwork process is a downside beyond the dealer's control. However, we found the Fields Volvo team incredibly helpful and informative throughout the process. Despite the delays that come with any car purchase in Illinois, they did everything they could to make the experience as smooth as possible.

My experience at Fields Volvo of Northfield was truly exceptional. I brought my car in for its annual maintenance. Each person that I came in contact with was very helpful. Crystal, my service advisor, was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable, not only during our phone conversation but in person as well. It was a pleasure dealing with her. Her kindness was truly appreciated.Another positive was that my car was ready when promised. Finally, whoever washed and cleaned my car did a great job. My XC60 looks fabulous! I am very impressed with the service that I received.

Fields Volvo is the best! We bought a new 2024 XC90 from Roger. Roger did a great job and was very knowledgeable and responsive! We also serviced our 2018 XC60 at the same time. David was great to work with and helped get some work covered under warranty! I highly recommended Fields Volvo!

Fields service was awful.They told me they weren t busy. I brought car in at 10am to have them put on 4 new tires. They did not finish until 5pm. After driving away my tire air pressure light came on. Apparently the forgot to reprogram. I couldn tHelp thinking when a car goes into the pit to replace tires in a car race it takes seconds to change them. Fields service you can do better

So bad. I can t believe this place has 5 stars. The sales guys are a unique mix of pushy and lazy, and the GM is a joke who tried to step in last minute to save the deal . Gimme a break. lolI had better luck at the Volvo in the west burbs. At least they seem to have business acumen.

We recently purchased a new car from Fields, working with Raj, and it was one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences I have had. Raj is knowledgeable and very personable, he worked with us to determine our needs and took time to try and find the configuration vehicle we were looking for. The process was quick and smooth, and most importantly for such a big purchase, it felt transparent. The dealership is large, well appointed, and spotlessly clean. They offer a range of value add services post purchase that really leaves you feel looked after. Can t recommend Raj and the Fields group enough.

Service appointment: I wasn't able to get an appointment online earlier than over a week out, but when I called I was able to come in 2 days later. The service person (Steven) was great and very helpful. He wanted to check with the service team to make sure they could take me sooner before promising me that. He called back promptly to give me the news and schedule my appointment. I had to call him back because I missed the call. The other person who answered wasn't as helpful telling me they were booked up even though Steven had checked and said he could work something out.I arrived at my appointment time and was taken right away. The waiting area is very comfortable and the coffee and snacks are a nice treat. I used the charging station for my ipad.I asked about the phone charging pad in the car. It wasn't working for me and Crystal was very helpful and showed me that the phone just as to be seated properly on the pad.The reason for the 3 stars is because the service offered for one of my tires. I had an air leak and they found a nail. They offered to replace the tire for $390. I would have liked to have been offered to fix the tire (the tires are under a year old). The nail was about an inch and a 1/2 away from the sidewall. They said it couldn't be done. I went home and my husband plugged the hole with a tire plug kit that cost about $8.00.Not everyone is capable of using a plug kit, so I was lucky. I felt taken advantage of though and thought Volvo was better than that.

Recently picked up a used Volvo V60 R-Design at Fields Volvo this month. Wanted to send my regards to Roger at Fields Volvo for the stellar customer service during my car shopping experience. Conducted a thorough test drive and walked me through all the features of the vehicle, even after completing the purchase of the car. No pressure car buying experience, easy in and out car shopping that you'd expect from all brands you shop at in the Fields org. Better yet, was able to find a good deal for my parents whom went to Roger a week later to pick up a used Lexus RX350 from him.Thanks again Roger and the Fields Volvo team. Have a great holiday!

I had a stellar experience here with salesperson Roger Martinez. It was so seamless and straightforward. He exuded utmost professionalism from beginning to end. Pricing was straightforward and the vehicle (V90 CC) is my favorite Volvo yet. Lots of room without the bulk of an SUV. Roger was courteous and let me determine the pace. What's more is he is an expert on Volvo and could answer my many questions about Volvo oncall, remote entry, and even how to remove yourself from the snow (a function I didn't know existed), and anything else in the upgraded computer system.We have purchased all of our Volvos at Howard Orloff, and after some questionable dealings there, I wasn't sure I wanted to buy another Volvo and went with Audi for a few years. It's clearly an inferior car, all around.I'm glad at back with Volvo, but even happier that I bought it from Fields/Roger. When I came back to take delivery, the vehicle was ready to go and I was able to do all of my paperwork remotely. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!

Recently purchased a used 2018 Volvo S90 for Fields Volvo. Amazing experience! Work with George Fan from sales, Janki the sales manager, and Amber in Finance. George definitely made the sales experience solid. Very easy going, not pushy, answer questions and overal made the buy experience great! Amber in finance did a wonderful job handling the closing and paperwork. I highly recommend purchasing from Field Volvo! I walked out happy and smiling. I went to almost every dealership in Chicagoland to test drive cars and do the sales dance. Field s definitely made the purchase great! This is my second car from the Fields Family of dealerships. Definitely not the last!

Our salesperson, Mike Pritchett has excellent knowledge of the Volvo cars and was a pleasure to work with. He was very willing to do whatever he could to find the car that I wanted and he did. Once we found the right car and came in to buy it, he spent as much time as we needed to instruct us on the workings of the car. We never felt rushed and he explained everything so well! A wonderful car buying experience.

Honestly? I don t love this place. I think it s insane that they charged me 440 dollars to diagnose something that is a known issue. They didn t fix it.. it was just a 440 dollar visit to diagnose something. They said if they found nothing, they wouldn t charge me but if they did, then I would be charged. When I asked why this was so much for a simple diagnosis, they said it was more labor bc they had to take apart the sunroof to see the seals and the drains. I never feel like they actually care and they just assume everyone that walks in has a huge budget. It s a little arrogant. I plan to buy from another Volvo dealer in the future.

Volvo Northfield location has provided outstanding service since day 1 when I was searching for my first Volvo of my life. Customer care at this location is very helpful. Highly recommended. Crystal was really wonderful and I am so glad she was able to help me when I was having questions.

FANTASTIC group of people. Needed car to replace mine that was totaled in an accident. They drove it to me so I didn t have to and the communication pre and post sale/delivery has been wonderful. You can trust this team. Volvo cars rock!
