I bought a red 2024 230i xdrive. My salesman was Greg. It was an easy process. I walked in, told them what I wanted. I was on a test drive within minutes of walking in. I asked for the best price, they gave me a great price in about 60 seconds. I was under sticker. I bought the car. It was a painless, zero pressure, no hassle process. They had great in stock inventory. The sales manager Paul was a real nice guy. He came over and shook my hand and thanked me for the sale as I was walking out. Even though I bought probably the cheapest new car they had, they made me feel like a very valued customer. Thanks guys!

The people at Fields were the most responsive when I was shopping around for my new car. The process couldn t have been easier thanks to Gregory Johnson. Michael McGuire is nothing short of amazing. He bent over backwards helping me through the purchase process as an out of state buyer. He not only was amazing on buying the car but getting in contact with the previous owner for me to buy the winter wheel set. There was an issue with mounting the previous wheels and he spent a ton of time trying to make it right even though it was not his/the dealerships issue. I can not believe someone could be so dedicated to the sales process. A manual should be written on his process and made a standard for all sales people!

I bought my second BMW from Fields.Scott was our sales person he is one of the best, we love coming to him, he is great highly recommend him. And the whole dealership its self just amazing starting from the car wash bay all the way to the tech guys to teach you or even introduce you to new apps or features that come out on the MYBMW application. I recently had my 330i in for routine service. They found a bulged tire and an alignment issue (thank you Illinois rt 53). They sent a video of the issue and kept me informed of the status. I had a rental car and it was delivered in clean, perfect condition. When my car was ready, it was washed and appears to have been hand dried (no spots or drips). Ed, my service rep was great in keeping me informed. I ve had great service there with past vehicles and will continue to recommend Fields BMW for both purchase and service.

Fields was a very smooth experience for me. Ana assisted me in buying my X5 and was an absolute pleasure to work with. She explained all of the features to me and helped me personalize them. I never felt rushed or pressured in any way. She was even juggling 2 clients and did it seamlessly. Very efficient process altogether. Highly recommend buying here.

I paid for an exhaust inspection and to have new tires installed. The tires continually lose air still and they said the problem with the exhaust was my x pipe and they can t fix it. A month or so later I found out it was not actually the X pipe but the exhaust tip. One of the three rivets broke and now the exhaust tip rattles. Not sure how I was able to find the issue and they weren t but maybe they just lied to avoid having to fix the issue because they got my money anyways. I recently went back and they wanted more money for another inspection with no guarantee it would fix the issue. The only reason I went back to Northfield was because they misdiagnosed this exact issue and I was hoping they could do something to help while giving them a chance to make up for the previous mistake. I didn t ask for the previous service to be refunded. I just didn t wanna have to pay for this service. I didn t feel like getting scammed again, so I left without a service. I recommend looking elsewhere.

Tina H. is the absolutely best there is when it came to being our sales rep. She was informative and direct and she helped us out with our questions. I appreciate the patience she provide which was as wide as the Atlantic ocean. I hope everyone gets a chance to experience her honest demeanor and I know theyll be happy with their purchase at this dealership. Hope your pup feels better soon.

I am extremely happy with the service I received at Fields BMW Northfield. I live in the city, and it was worth the trip for the experience that I had. In the city, when I had an appointment to test drive a car, I would wait about 15 min for someone to help me, and spend another 15 min for someone to get the car, and spend about 10 min driving 5 mi/hr around a city block. At Fields BMW, my experience was completely different. I was helped promptly, and was able to take my time during the test drive and really see what the car could do. Mike was my primary point of contact, and was actually able demonstrate a self parking feature so I could see it in action. Throughout the ordering and delivery process he was communicative and answered any questions we had. There were no surprises in cost. They never charge above MSRP. I also appreciate the ongoing support. I was able to return to learn about more features of the car, and get my questions answered. Although this is not the closest dealer, it was definitely worth the drive.

Very disappointed with overall BMW warranty!! I have a condensation in my headlight and I have pictures of it but BMW won't cover unless I leave my vehicle for testing that's ridiculous also my rear wiper needs replacing I was told that's normal wear but the vehicle has only 7200 miles still under full maintenance warranty, this is my second x5 and last one

This dealership surpassed my expectations. Despite common skepticism towards dealership service centers, I opted for this one for maintenance. Mark Brinckerhoff at the service desk stood out with exceptional assistance, thoroughly explaining the repair process and even providing video updates during the vehicle check evaluation. Despite its proximity, I willingly drove from the city to the suburbs for their excellent service. Their honesty and meticulous investigation results distinguish them from Perillo, where clients may feel exploited. I m certainly planning to continue using Fields services in the future.

I had a flat tire.I called Fields Bmw Northbrook asking for advice.Service advised I have run flat tires.I could drive up to 50 miles on them.I drove from Chicago to Northfied.My service advisor Ed Palomeno was fantastic.He had a technician put on a tire 30 minutes before service was closing and my wife and I were able to go out for our Valentine Dinner.Thanks to Ed and the Fields Auto service team

Chris at Fields is the best and the only guy I would work with. He went above and beyond to help me with a tire that kept leaking, and tried multiple solves in order to save me the cost of a full tire and rim replacement. I would highly recommend working with Chris. He seems to genuinely care about his customers

Worked with Chris in Service for regular maintenance and a headlight issue covered under warranty and his customer service was top notch! The entire process was smooth thanks to his communication throughout. He made sure my car was properly cared for, that I was provided a rental when they had to keep the car overnight and that the checkout process was efficient.

I believe the Fields BMW Northfield appointment booking tool needs some improvement. The notes section is not reviewed for the upcoming appointments. If one selects service regardless on the captured notes, the time slot is not allotted properly. Regardless of this hiccup AJ was outstanding making a full customer service recovery. He did everything to ensure I had a good experience. I loved the text and photo updates of my service. I would recommend that the BMW service team charges electric cars before customer pickup. Considering I left my car overnight, I expected a higher percentage of charge only to find it was a bare minimum, hence the 4 star review.

If you are looking for a first class dealership, Fields BMW Northfield is the place to go. Best dealership experience I've ever had.No one is pushy at all. Bob Borgeson did a fantastic job and helped me custom order the X5 45e that was in high demand.In terms of financing, Lauren Makris was a great help. With no upsale techniques whatsoever, it was quick and easy.Also this facility is a very comfortable and is a great place where you can just relax, do remote work or have a hot breakfast.I will definitely be coming back in the future!
