Ed is the man! We just purchased our third car from WOC and couldn't be happier. This purchase was to replace the second car we purchased from Ed five years earlier, which was still running strong until it was hit and totaled by an unsured motorist. A total headache dealing with police, insurance, etc., but not with Ed who had us up and running in a new (used) vehicle within days. We told him what we were looking for and he found it, complete with the CarFax report that showed the vehicle's history dating back to when the car left the factory.When purchasing a used car, even more than a new car, you need someone like Ed to rely on. Go to Wheels of Chicagoland!

My experience buying a car with Ed was nothing short of amazing---I cannot say enough good things about our experience and would not hesitate to HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. I bought the car for my son and never thought buying a car would EVER be a pleasant experience, but it was! Ed went out of his way for us and was just fantastic, honest, kind, informative, generous (in many ways) and he didn't play any games (no pressure or hassles). He really wanted us to feel comfortable with our purchase and did everything he could to make sure this happened. We still can't believe our incredible luck to find this impressive gem of a dealership. I will take Ed's integrity and honesty any day, and hope to be able to use him again in the future.

I seen a few cars on wheels of Chicagoland that I was interested in but failed to pursue them and they were sold. The car fax shows history and accidents, which not all dealers pay for. Everyone just wants a good clean car with lower mileage and in good mechanical condition. At W.O.C the owner Ed sells vehicles with class. My mechanic liked the car so I liked the car. I drove up north for a 3 hour drive and the car handled extremely well, I only wish I knew of Ed years ago as he would of saved me all the stress and pain of dealing with used car dealerships. Ed made me feel comfortable and my needs and questions were resolved and answered, without going to a manager. The professionalism and great customer service Ed showed me made me a returning customer, and I recommend Wheels of Chicagoland with Ed to family and friends.

Hands down the best experience we have ever had buying a vehicle. Found the vehicle on cars.com on Thursday and by 1 p.m. the next day we left the lot with it. Ed treated so good and let us see the vehicle on our own and answered any questions we had. Would highly recommend going to Ed whether you are buying or selling. We will definitely return when we need another vehicle and we will recommend family and friends. Thanks again Ed!!

I can't say enough about what a wonderful experience I had with Ed of WOC. Being in Texas, and not being there in person should have been difficult, but Ed made the purchase quick and worry free. From the first conversation about the vehicle, I could tell that Ed was not only honest and kind, but very knowledgeable in the details of the car and the process of buying from out of state. On our journey to looking at cars, we stopped here first. As we continued looking it became evident that we needed to head back to Wheels of Chicagoland, not only because we liked the car, but Ed made the process easy and convenient. Not only that but he is an honest man who does honest business and his transparency is like none we've seen before when it comes to cars; which we all know can be a stressful and cumbersome process. We are happy with our new set of wheels as well as Ed and the process behind it. I would 100% buy from him again and encourage anyone interested in a new vehicle to call Ed up! Just so you know, some him Ed, some call him Coach!

I found the perfect car at Wheels! It fulfilled my entire wish list and fit my budget, too. The salesmen accommodated all my requests without ever pressuring me to buy. They were completely honest--every claim was verified by a CarFax and a mechanical inspection. The purchase took a matter of minutes, unlike the multi-hour ordeals I have endured at other dealerships. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Wheels of Chicagoland. These guys are the best.

We just bought a car from, and sold our older car to Ed Dillon of Wheels of Chicagoland yesterday. We did the same about 10-12 years ago. The experience was outstanding as Ed provided us good info on so many related services including mechanics and other very helpful recommendations; to make things effortless on our part. He's a class act, and the price we paid was more than fair. We didn't even need to haggle for the car we were purchasing, or the car we were selling. See him if you're buying/selling a used car, and you reside anywhere in the Northshore.

Believe the hype. I found it hard to believe all the 5 star reviews until I spoke with Ed. Didn't even meet him yet and could tell he was a real class act. I have bought a lot of cars from dealerships and private sellers alike. It's usually terrible. I'm 500 miles from Chicago and didn't hesitate. Ed made it so convenient, and was so honest and forthcoming about the vehicle that it was easy to buy sight unseen. Ed's nature was just the icing on the cake. Thanks again, Ed.

First and foremost, Ed is in the business of honesty. There isn't anything he wouldn't share. If he didn't know the answers, he would teach it down with some time. I understand the uncertainty of buying a used car when it comes to reliability and value. Ed offers both. There was no hassle and no pressure during the sale, and it was all fun and games getting to know him. If you're in the market, check with Ed first. You can also call him Coach!

I recently bought a car from Wheels of Chicagoland and am already recommending them to all my friends! Wonderful customer service! Ed is highly knowledgeable of both cars and the car buying process; he even pointed me in the right direction for financing which saved me 3% in interest! He was kind and patient, allowing me to test drive the car and take it overnight to my mechanic a few towns over. He was very friendly and happy to negotiate within reason. Couldn't be happier with my experience, I walked away with a great car and a great deal! Thanks Ed!

By far the best experience buying a vehicle,we purchased a beautiful 2009 Toyota Sienna about 3 weeks ago. Ed was the best and just a great person in general ,he made us feel like family and made sure the van was ready for us and our grandkids to have all the room they need . We have bought 2 cars from WOC & we are most pleased!!! The cars were absolutely clean inside, outside & under the hood. Ed has his own mechanic that thoroughly inspects the cars. He sells his cars like he is selling them to his grandmother!!! We just got a 2005 Honda Odessey van from here a week ago & I feel like I am driving a like new car!!! Any complaints from me??? Absolutely not!!!!

Purchasing a vehicle from Wheels of Chicagoland was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had in my 45 years of owning cars - definitely worth the drive from Wisconsin. Ed was fantastic to work with. There was no pressure at all. He simply gave us the keys and told us to take all the time we wanted to check out the car and then let him know if we had any questions and / or wanted to take it for a test drive. The car was exactly as it was represented in their ad - no surprises. And the deal was exceptional. I will recommend them to anyone I know who is in the market for a car.

We had a great experience buying my son his first car. Ed and Jeff were super nice and very knowledgeable and they did not pressure us to buy. Could ask them anything. They went out of their way for us and we appreciate it. We test drove the car several times and even took it to our mechanic. Great car at a great price. Can t say enough about this dealership. Would highly recommend them to others and would buy from them again in a heartbeat. Thank you guys so much for you patience and kindness. We love the car!

Giving 5 stars only because I can't give more..! Our experience with Ed at Wheels of Chicagoland was amazing. Quality vehicles by quality people. We were so impressed with the professionalism AND not to be overlooked (as it is equally important) we appreciated how comfortable we felt through the process. Ed cared to make sure we felt fully informed and confident with the vehicle we were interested in (truly above and beyond - I would even say better than most manufacturer dealers). Honesty and integrity are increasingly rare these days and Ed represents both with abundance. They quickly earned our trust and as such we are highly likely to be back as repeat customers (either sell OR buy)..!PS - I drove the car we purchased yesterday to the office today and it rode true, clean, comfortable, & smooth - no lights, no sounds... just pure enjoyment and pride in our new car. Thank you Ed. You're the best..!

Ed is a class act. Easy to talk to, reasonable businessman. Arrived on recommendation of a friend to try and sell a car with some sentimental value, and I knew instantly that Ed would have gotten along with the vehicle's late owner. Absolutely reasonable in his offer, plus he provided $25 to uber/taxi back to my home on the north side of Chicago. 110% worth the mid-day, mid-week drive for an excellent customer experience. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience buying my son his first car. Ed and Jeff were super nice. No pressure whatsoever. We test drove the car several times and even took it to our mechanic. A quality car at a great price. They go the extra mile to make their customers happy and to answer any questions. Both are very knowledgeable. We weren't expecting to be in the market for a car until my wife's car was destroyed in a fire. A close friend told me about Ed and Wheels of Chicagoland. I spoke with first Jeff and then Ed and found them to be great to work with, first and foremost they are very good listeners and understand what their customers are looking for. No pressure, very willing to make sure we got what we were looking for and that we felt like we got a good deal. Very happy with the car we bought and we'd definitely deal with Ed and Jeff again if we're looking to sell or buy a car! Very happy my friend referred me to them!

My husband and I and several of our children have purchased cars from Wheels of Chicagoland over the past 10+ years and could not be more satisfied. I wouldn't think of purchasing a car any other way. All of the vehicles have been exactly as described and the purchase process has been simple and straight forward. In addition to selling quality, reliable vehicles, they are just plain nice people to deal with. I highly recommend Wheels of Chicagoland!

100% great experience. Ed was extremely professional and polite as well as very informed. Great selection of vehicles and great service. I don t have many businesses or places I generally refer people to but this will definitely one of them going forward. Their prices are way better than Carmax and big dealers especially when trying to get a quality used car.

We have sold one car two years ago and purchased a beautifully maintained Avalons in the past few months.Jeff and Ed are honest , friendly and professional. Jeff bought my used 2011 Fit for significantly more money than Carmax offered us. Process took about 45 minutes, maybe less.This year we purchased a beautiful low mileage Avalon from Ed for a veryfair price. Ed made the whole process actually pleasant. It took about an hour from negotiating a fair price, to driving out the door, There were NO SURPRISES after our decision to buy the car. Ed went out of his way to make us happy with our purchase, and we love our beautiful, low mileage Avalon. I am positive that anyone who comes to Wheels of Chicagolandwill be pleased with their experience if they are buying, selling, or maybeputting off their decision. You will be treated kindly and with respect.

Without a doubt the easiest 5 star review to give. If you need a used car, you need to be looking here before you look anywhere else. Continue reading this novel if you want to know the details.If you're reading this, you probably are going through the same process I did and realizing trying to buy a used car is like walking through a minefield. I spent countless hours researching and contacting other places, only to end up with more than a few bites from the snakes in the grass. Wheels of Chicagoland is one of the greatest examples of the "exception to the rule." Ed, the owner was so incredibly nice that you'd think he's part of your family. He'd be the good uncle, not the bad one.From the second I got there, I could tell he was passionate about the cars themselves, not just selling them. He was more than willing to accommodate my requests to get it checked out at a mechanic of my choosing and even offered to let me keep it over night so that I didn't have to feel rushed and could get a good feel for the car. Ed also offered me another car to take that I had briefly mentioned I was interested in, but had not initially inquired about.The mechanic I went to (independent from wheels and a couple towns over) literally said that Ed and Wheels of Chicagoland are trustworthy, don't deal with junk, and won't and try and rip you off. Unlike almost every other dealership, wheels does not get their cars from auctions, they get them from the community, so this is as close to dealing with a private seller as you can get. As a matter of fact, it was a better experience, imo, than every other seller I've dealt with, private or not.When it came time to talk pricing, I was able to negotiate without being made to feel like my ask is totally offensive. It's also worth noting that there was never any pressure to buy. You can see this in the little things, like waiting until after the sale to tell me that there was someone else who just asked about the car. Had he told me this pre-sale, I probably would've felt an uncomfortable amount of pressure to make a decision.From start to finish, every step of the way I felt like I was making the right call by spending time dealing with Ed and Wheels. If you're looking for a used car, please do yourself a favor and at least check and see if any of the cars here would fit your needs and budget. This is the place you want to buy from if they have the right car for you..I bought a 2006 Toyota Matix and plan on updating this review after a while (if I remember lol) to speak on the car itself. Rn I can confidently say that it's in way better shape all around than most cars I see that are half as old.If you reach out on the weekend, expect to hear back Monday or Tuesday. Its cash and check only. Those are the closest things to a con that I can think of. Again, this was the easiest 5 star review to give. Just a total no brainer. There's a reason why the lowest is like a 3 with no description. Will gladly recommend Wheels of Chicagoland to anyone!

I found strong recommendations for Wheels of Chicagoland on Nextdoor. I was not disappointed. Ed was no pressure and gave a good offer for my old Prius. He was extremely easy to work with. He s been in business for over 35 years and it s clear that he knows how to treat his clients with respect and consideration. Wheels of Chicagoland gets my strongest recommendation if you want to sell your car in an easy and safe way!

Just Bought Honda civic 2010. I am very happy with the deal. Ed and Jeff were very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. There weren t any game or hidden fees. Car was exactly same as mentioned on website. On their website they mentioned "20 Minutes selling cars". But in my case, I bought car in less 20 minutes. I drove more than 30 miles to see this car and it was worth it and I would like to do more business with them in future. Great purchase experience and I will recommend them to anyone looking for a used car.

We called Wheels of Chicagoland as we had worked with them in the past. We had a five year old car to sell. Because we are close Ed came by to look at the car. The next day he e-mailed his quote and a few hours later he picked up the car and gave us a check. He was kind, professional and easy to work with. We have had many friends and relatives work with this company over the years. It seems everyone has a great story and/or experience. We would definitely use them again.
