Can't say enough good things about Ultimo Motors. Great service, no pressure, amazing collection of cars shown indoors in a super clean building, quick turnaround on all my questions. I purchased a 2019 Porsche Macan S, the price could not be beaten for the miles and options. Doing the paperwork (always not fun) was quick and clear. They made every facet of looking and buying simple and easy.

I just finished up a purchase with Ultimo Motors, and it was a great experience. I live in Texas and the dealership is in Illinois. I worked with Ben for the whole purchase. He was able to line up me shipping my trade in up to them and shipping the purchased car back down to me. I was very impressed with the whole process, and how well Ben kept in contact with me throughout the whole deal. I have never bought a car from an online dealer sight unseen, and I am glad that when I did I picked a great dealership. Thanks again Ben and Ultimo Motors.

I was going to buy a X3M from ultimo. I live about 3 hours away so discussed most details over the phone. I agreed to their initial proposal, and paid full asking price and took the first offer they gave me for my trade. Before committing to making the 3 hour drive, I wanted to confirm that the tires were in good condition. I was told the front tires were 9/32 and the rear tires were 8/32. Upon arrival the rear tires were at the wear bars and basically bald, and the front tires were marginal. The manager I dealt with lied over the phone to get me in the door, then lied right to my face when I was there saying that the tires are basically brand new. I showed up with a check, and they lost a deal on a $70,000 car over tires. If you value honesty and integrity shop for a vehicle elsewhere.

Alan Amjad sold me my 2023 X7 M60i and had such a positive energy about him that by the time I left the dealership, it felt like I knew him for 10yrs. I worked with Alan A on my purchase and overall it was a great experience. We had a few bumps in the process but Alan was always professional, communicative, and kind. I ve had less than decent experiences with other independent dealerships regarding luxury cars and I m very thankful for Alan making me feel valued and appreciated as a customer. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle out of state and without seeing it and I don t regret it. Also, their prices are very good especially if you are in a market that is overpricing due to limited availability. I definitely recommend!

After weeks of browsing for a car through the internet and a couple of dealership visits, I found the perfect EURO summer dream car as a retirement keepsake at Ultimo Motors showroom in Northbrook.Alan was very responsive, pleasant, very upfront and honest.I ended up buying the car and it was a simple, pleasant and no haggle experience.Bryan who facilitated the financial transaction was also very pleasant, efficient and thorough with the financial transaction. My wife and our 2 adult daughters who were also involved in choosing the car were out of the showroom in less than a couple of hours.Honestly it was one of the best car buying experience I ever had.Thank you, Alan and Bryan!

STAY AWAY!!! Excellent car, excellent price, less than stellar service. I purchased a used 2019 Tesla and was assured that the paper work I needed signed would be completed upon purchase of the vehicle. This was a major concern for me as I was purchasing a vehicle that qualified for the used EV tax credit of $4000. I have since reached out to the dealership via phone, email, and text multiple times and after 2 weeks have still not recieved the one page document I need. I called today and was assured that I would get the document today and that did not happen. They mentioned they were short handed which I understand and want to be accomidating for but the reality is that this document should have been provided for me at the time of sale. I even filled out 90% of the 15400 form prior to sending it to them to make it as simple for them as possible. I am very happy with my purchase and the delivery of my vehicle but VERY disappointed with the service. If they fix these important issues then I would be far more likely to recommend them as a decent dealership.Edit: I was just contacted by an employee and he asked me to take down this review in exchange for the 1 page document I politely asked for. I said I would modify the review after I recieved the documentation. He then went on saying that I was blackmailing them with a poor review to get a very standard document signed that would take them 2 minutes. If writing a poor review is considered blackmail then it's obvious the kind of company they are. WOULD STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!! It's not worth a decent deal to work with this branch. Maybe some of their other employees are better but I would never, ever work with this branch again. Terrible, terrible customer service and confrontational. This review may cost me $4000 but if this is how they treat their customers then I hope it costs them a lot more.

Bought my Bentley Flying Spur from them. Alan was AWESOME!!! They shipped it to Maryland and the vehicle was just as I wanted it. The Customer Service is GREAT and I had to call Alan for a minor question a few days later and he answered without hesitation. I highly recommend Ultimo for your vehicle needs.

After weeks and weeks of browsing every single Audi RS5 the internet had to offer. I found a gem fully loaded sitting in Ultimo Motors showroom wanting for me. They made the buying experience simple as possible within a couple hours I was the owner of the car I had been searching for months. Unfortunately I was out of state about 5hrs away. They loaded my car up and delivered it right to my doorstep two days before Christmas! Definitely check out their inventory and know that there service is unmatched!

Horrible customer service went in to look at the X3M for my girl and they wanted $1372 monthly payments when we have 810+ credit score and they got hostile when we said we werent going to pay that when I personally bought a BMW M4 with $0 down and the value of the car well over $100k . The guy that helped us try to have us put down $40k down payment and the value of the car was 64k like at that point we rather pay the car cash they have no common sense or logic. Me and my girl are young but together we make $500k+ a year. And she wrote them an email and they ran her credit after we backed out the deal not once but 3 times. One from Wells Fargo Auto, Ally Finacial, Ultimo.

Worst car shopping experience ever. I'm a big fan of cars and I've been to almost 100 dealers and without a doubt this was the worst experience. I made an appointment with Sandro the next afternoon to look at a car I was interested in, but when I went in the next day I was told that the car had been sold in the morning, which is totally understandable. The funny thing is that I was told that Sandro wasn't there that day, and there was an email from him 2 hours before I went to confirm that I would show up for my afternoon appointment. They told me it was probably an automated response and I absolutely believe them, but I don't think the response the day before confirming the next day's time with me was a system response unless their system has DEEP LEARNING AI. Of course, we were greeted by one of the sales that day in the store and were shown the other options. But we wasted a lot of time that day due to unprofessional behavior. So this was definitely one of my worst experiences.

Unfortunately zero Star was not an option.I will personally make sure this Business undergoes an active investigation for their unethical Illegal business practices.My son and his fianc� were victims of harassment and discrimination. The Finance manager who failed to release his name throughout the entire transaction was blatantly condescending and extremely disrespectful to my son for not agreeing to purchase the warranty. Throughout the process, he displayed visible agitation and made condescending remarks, particularly when Anthony asked questions about the car's warranty. He told him he was forbidden from asking questions Despite Gaby telling him they were equally involved in the purchase. Even after respectfully and kindly declining the warranty, he continued to yell telling them they had to purchase the warranty. His demeanor remained disrespectful to the point where they both felt threatened and unsafe. Buyers need to know they will get scammed or forced into a purchase without a full inspection of the vehicle. They were initially denied a test drive unless they fully committed to purchasing first. This dealer needs to be under full investigation for illegal business practices. Upon reading other complaints on BBB and other reviews there is a lot more sketchy related incidents than I imagined.

Found vehicle online. I was skeptical at first; however I communicated with dealer personnel, Carlos and Alan by email and phone. They were responsive and respectful of my concerns and questions. We came to an agreement on the terms and solidified it with a small deposit. They agreed to hold the car until I could arrange Air Line to see vehicle. I saw the car on a Wednesday, completed the transaction on Thursday. ULTIMO agreed to arrange the shipping too. I was getting on the plane to head home and got a call Thursday afternoon that the car would be picked up for transport Friday morning. Friday morning Carlos sent me all the transport information. I am 1700+ miles from ULTIMO and the car arrived Sunday morning. This worked out great.

Stopped in today because I am considering purchasing a new car in the next 6ish months. I looked online and saw they had plenty variety and several makes/models I am considering. I was greeted by a salesman that asked me what I was interested in and I listed some away. He showed me around and then asked me which one I was really interested in to which I told him. He grabbed the keys and came back. When I asked if I can test drive he said that the manager said no .Pretty ridiculous that a car dealership doesn t let you test drive their vehicles. I was interested in some high end models sure (AMG GT, Porsche Panamera, i8, M8)but it s not like i wanted to test drive a Bentley, Lamborghini, or Ferrari! Not only that but they were USED vehicles. His other excuse was also the cars are advertised with said miles so they like to keep it the same . I have owned several cars and even an Audi RS7 - when I went to test drive at the respective dealerships they had no issue allowing me to do so.Thank you �ltimo Motors for making me feel discriminated against. I live in the New Trier Township area and make 150k a year, even brought my W2s in case they wanted proof that I am a serious buyer. Saw other posts about discrimination from this dealership so maybe if I was old and white they would ve let me test drive??

I recently worked with Alan and Ben to acquire a Mercedes amg e63s. My experience with these gentlemen was exceptional with regard to both the initial communication and execution of the deal. The vehicle was exactly as described and is mechanically sound. Ultimo will always be my first stop when looking for a luxury car in the future!

Summary: I would not recommend purchasing any vehicle from this dealership. They - Al Kaleel and his boss Alan - are dishonest, and took advantage of a cross-country purchase (I could not be there in person) and now will not make good on the original equipment I required as a condition of sale.Details: I purchased a BMW X7 from Ultimo Motors in January of 2023 from Al Kaleel out of the North Shore location. As a condition of sale, I asked Al to make sure that the car's existing used winter tires were changed for NEW Continental Run-flats (OEM tire) as I didn't want the hassle of changing these out (expensive, hard to find) as soon as I took delivery in Arizona. I was very specific and clear about this condition, and Al called me to confirm that he took care of it and I moved forward with the sale.I received the car in February of 2023 and everything visually checked out, however I picked up a nail in right rear tire about 4 weeks later, which caused me to take the vehicle into the dealer for inspection, at which time they reported that the rear tire depth was @ 3/32nds remaining (they are almost bald at 2/32nds and start out with 8/32nds of depth for context), the dealer also notes that the tire had previously been repaired and patched which is against Continentals operation guidelines. We then checked the rest of the tires and they were all mis-matched with different tire build dates and all had less than 50% tread left on them. Conclusion, Ultimo Motors had not installed new tires on my vehicle and instead installed used/repaired tires on my $82k vehicle.I called Al immediately and asked him to reimburse me for the cost of the new tires as I had to replace them; they were not new tires as agreed to as a condition of sale. Al confessed they used a third party service company and they must've put used tires on there without him being aware. He said to send him pictures of everything and that he would take care of it on Monday. I did that, and that was the last I ever heard from Al as he stopped answering my phone calls. I can only assume he realized that I realized his dealership had swindled me out of new tires.I then called Al's boss, Alan, and he assured me he would look into it and take care of things and to give him a week. A week goes by and no call. I called in asking for Alan but he was never at his desk or available. Another week, another lack of callback. I called a third time the following week and was given another run around. I also spoke with Scott who apparently heads up the North Shore location, he was just as unhelpful and kept giving me the run around and pointed at Alan for resolution.Now today, 5/17, I called Ultimo again and happened to catch Alan answering the phone directly, he sounded surprised and proceed to tell me that Ultimo was not going to make good on their original agreement. I told him that wasn't good enough and that I would be pursuing legal action, he told me good luck.I attached photos of the patched tire we took off the rear, as well as examples of tread depth, extreme center wear, and mis-matched build dates from the used tires we pulled from the vehicle.Ultimo Motors, apparently they sell high end cars but do not offer service or an ethical buying process. They are crooked and they know it. I would not recommend doing business with them.

I recently bought a 2013 911 C2S MT through Ultimo Motors North Shore, working with Omar. First of all let me say that I'm very happy with the car, the car was exactly as advertised and Omar was very responsive in providing information including additional photos, maintenance records, CarFax report, etc. This car was part of a nationwide search for a very specific car and it came on the heels of a very disappointing dealership experience with Porsche of Greenwich, CT.Omar is a relatively new seller at the dealership with limited previous experience at another "big 3" dealership and that came with some hiccups and pressure tactics which are not usual for premium car dealerships. Having said that, he was honest and prompt in his responses and though his knowledge of the car was not extensive he was willing to put in the time to research and followed through on every question I asked....which was a lot. I would recommend working with Omar, just bring a little patience and you'll be rewarded with honesty on the condition of the car.Working with the dealership management on the deal itself was arduous, as any car purchase can be. Omar had little power to negotiate the deal but was quick to get responses from management. They were inflexible on the price, but this was a high option car which was very clean. I brought a sizeable amount of cash to the deal and challenged them to beat my bank for the financing terms, which they couldn't do but they did match it. They asked for a credit card deposit to hold the car, since I was flying in I wanted the car held and we agreed on a refundable deposit amount lower than their initial ask. I saw another review which noted that the deposit was non-refundable but I got no pushback when I made that stipulation, and I got it in writing. Rather than refund the deposit amount we simply lowered my cash-in on the deal by the deposit amount.I arrived at the dealership when they opened on a Saturday. Omar took me on a long test drive and went back out with me when I realized there was a feature I missed on the first test drive. He walked me around the car pointing out every defect, including one I had missed. The car was very clean and the defects were minor considering the car's age.Once I agreed to complete the purchase there was a small wait while the finance office got the paperwork in order and I used that time to wander around the dealership, the Ats are all stored indoors, the space is clean, well lit and impressive. The cars were mostly high end imports or special editions. All were in similar condition to mine in that they were very clean and highly optioned. There seems to be a "type" that this dealership targets.The finance office took about 15-20 minutes, but that was mostly on me as I read every line of the papers I was signing. A painless experience with no surprises.When looking at their cars be sure to request additional photos, the dealership s website photos seem to be universally over exposed and the cars' colors look very different in person. They also sent me away in my new car with less than a quarter tank of gas. A minor thing, but I was dissatisfied that I had to buy gas before I could even hit the highway. On balance it was a positive experience and I would consider buying another car from Ultimo in the future and I would reach out to Omar directly.

Very quick response from the very beginning call on an early Saturday morning through out of town delivery. Buying from Pittsburgh PA, I was unable to make trip to see vehicle in person. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a supercar from Alan Amjad and Ultimo Motors. I live in Utah, but flew out there to examine the car, complete the paperwork and then flew home. The process was professional, quick, and without any pressure. Best of all, the car was priced better than anyone else throughout the nation. The car was shipped immediately and I had it in just 3 days in perfect condition. I couldn t ask for better communication throughout the whole process. I highly recommend both Alan and his dealership, and definitely will be considering them for my next purchase.

Use Ultimo Motors North Shore Ask for (Kenny), he is the best! He is amazing and car buying process really smooth and stress free. He goes above with customer service and and tries to help as much as possible to make sure you re satisfied with the deal.
