Andrew was very helpful. I was buying a new car out of necessity and the people at Toyota on Eden s made the process as painless as possible. Jason from finance was awesome as well! He helped me understand all of the charges and did not try to upsell me on anything I didn t need. Everyone was very honest and helpful. I appreciate all of the help and I drove away with a great new car that I got for a great price.

My husband and I are so happy we ended up at Toyota on Edens. Our salesman Rob was phenomenal. As soon as we got there he was very helpful, informative and kind. Everyone was understanding and kept it upfront with us during the whole process. Jason from finance and the manager were also very helpful. We are so ecstatic with our purchase and the experience from this car dealership!

I had the best experience with Maria, from start to finish she was incredible! Very attentive to all my questions and concerns even after purchasing my 4Runner. Not to mention, she s bilingual and speaks Spanish. She even stayed after hours when she had somewhere else to be as we drove from far with only an hour before close and taking the 4Runner home. The company is lucky to have someone as passionate and ambitious as Maria, I ll definitely refer friends and family to her. Muchas gracias de nuevo Maria, eres un �ngel!

Kyle, our salesman was so funny, kind and knowledgeable about the car we selected. Rebecca had the finesse and wit to handle the financing for us with clarity and peace of mind. I was not rushed, she let me be a nerd questioning the $ numbers and best of all, I actually knew the process vs. a rapid signature session of 25 pages. Both of these employees gave us confidence in our purchase and trust of a dealership that would be there for us!

I recently had a phenomenal experience at Toyota on Eden s, arguably one of the best in a long time. My salesman, Andrew was extremely knowledgeable on the car I wanted and was extremely attentive to my needs. He is not like those other car salesmen, he is kind to his customers, and he is very experienced in this industry! He does not mess around. I highly recommend new and frequent car buyers to look for Andrew when they re at this dealership. Thanks again Andrew!

Amazing customer service by Andrew. My husband was able to trade in his car for a brand new Rav4. In the many times we've purchased a car, this was by far the most seamless process. Andrew set aside the appropriate amount of time for the deal, paperwork, and even provided my husband a hands on tutorial on how to set up the app - he also explained each feature the car has and ones we wouldn't have known about otherwise. Andrew's professionalism was above and beyond.Apart from that, I do want to mention that this dealer is very honest with their numbers and do not gauge people like the other 4 dealers we went to. 10/10 all around.

Just had a great experience at Toyota on Edens. We worked with Rick, John and Andrew. All three were professional, courteous and honest. I stress the honesty part of this review because we shopped around and met several car dealers/salespeople who were not upfront and seemed to be hiding important information at every step of the process. The members of the team at Toyota on Edens were terrific. Their attitude and professionalism are what I expect when I m making a big financial decision. I highly recommend Toyota on Edens and Rick, John and Andrew.

Fantastic dealership!!! I was fortunate to work with the best salesman, Mark Rahn, that I have ever done business with. After a lot of research I finally found the vehicle that I have always wanted ( 2023 Toyota Tacoma). Mark was a no pressure employee who got me the vehicle I wanted at a great price that I could afford. Mark has a laid back approach, positive personality, and he made the purchase a fun/low stress experience. Other dealerships that I visited were stereotypical salesman trying to inflate prices in order to maximize profits at my expense. Don t hesitate to do business here-specifically Mark Rahn if possible.

I was postponing my long overdue visit to a dealer for months if not years due to not very pleasant previous experiences with other car dealers. I am glad I was able to find Toyota on Edens.I was working with Julianna and Andrew, both very knowledgeable and helpful specialists. During my first visit I stated that I am an interested buyer but don't want to be rushed into purchasing on a spot and never felt pushed into making a decision or any loss of interest from the suff.The vehicle price based on online research and phone conversations with other dealers was very reasonable if not unmatchable.The entire closing process took about an hour! Every step was well explained, quick and comfortable.If you are looking for a vehicle or want to test drive a car without any pressure. I lost a hope on getting new car and with fair APR. From all dealerships I been I found a perfect place Toyota on Edens. Friendly , fast , easy and best team . I could say much more. I was insearch for a Toyota hybrid and had a hard time finding that met my wants in other places but found the one I wanted in Toyota on Edens!My sales associate was Santiago Prosper and he was very kind, friendly and thorough. Ended up purchasing Toyota Camry Hybrid and it was just as new!He pulled some great deals for me and he was very patient and answered my questions. I highly recommend working with Santiago when you're looking to buy any vehicles!

Buying a car can be such a daunting task, especially since I went in to this dealership after having my new Kia stolen and wanted to switch to a "safer" car. The salesman John was so accommodating, patient, and understanding. He never pressured me into buying a car just presented with with options and told me if I needed to think on it or take some time that was fine. Throughout the whole process, which was about 3 months, John never made me feel pressured and he truly walked me through every step of the way. I have never felt so accommodated to by a salesperson. Every chance I have already gotten I have been recommending John. He's very open, honest, and made my whole experience less stressful. Thank you John :)

We had an excellent experience and felt well taken care of by Julianna. They took there time explaining things to us. Made sure we where comfortable while we waiting. We got a good rate on the financing and extended warranty. She let us know that we could call with questions. We ended up getting a great Toyota Prius!

First I just wanted to say that Toyota on Edens is the place to buy your new car! My sales associate was John Paladino and he was very kind and thorough when it came to purchasing my new car. He met us outside to make sure we knew where we were going and got started on the paperwork. As a first time new car buyer, I had no idea what to expect. John walked me through purchasing the car and even showed me all the features on the car, he was very patient and answered all my questions. I highly recommend working with John when you're looking to buy a new vehicle!

It isn't always a dealership or car brand that keeps you coming back, it's the people who work there. Ive known Andrew Gatchell for years and whenever I or someone I know is searching for a car, he's my first recommendation because he's someone you can trust. He's not the kind of salesman looking to pull a fast one on you and that says something about the kind of salesmen that Toyota on Edens hires. Those I recommend him to are always grateful for the genuine help they receive as they search for a car just going to show the genuine care this dealership takes with their customers! Andrew comes highly recommended
