At first because it was a half an hour from my place I almost didn't call them. However, Thalmann's comes highly recommended by a company that have been fixing me tires for over a decade. I called them up and made an appointment and brought it in the following week. It took about a half an hour while I waited. I was very pleased with the alignment and they seemed to know what they were doing. They knew I just replaced my tie rod and control arm and quickly aligned my tires. Over all one of the best car experience I ever had.

Great place to go for lowered cars. shop did everything to correct my alignment. after the alignment, I noticed my steering wheel was off slightly from center. called him back to get it looked at, and the owner corrected it. extremely satisfied!

Recently brought my lowered 10th gen Accord and Toyota 4 Runner in for alignments. Both vehicles are driving better than ever. Easy drop off and pickup service. Great pricing! I would recommend Thalmann and will be back after I lift the truck.

Justin is an awesome guy. Very thorough and got the car aligned perfectly. I wanted certain alignment specs and he was dot on!! Highly recommend him! I arrived today and found out my appointment was for yesterday! So not only do i feel bad for not showing up yesterday but popping up on them today! Justin went ahead and pulled me in with no questions asked and took care of me like a true proffessional. I drove 60 miles to get to them because they came highly reccomended! They sure did not disappoint! Its a shame they are 4.9 stars. Should be 5 all the way!!!

Great shop for all your alignment/suspension needs. I ve now had two of my vehicles aligned here and both times I received great service. Justin is professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions and provided additional insight on what I should look for w/my lowered M3. Will be back for any alignment work. I've been coming here since 2005. Never disappointed and that's almost 40min away from my house. What i love about it ? You can bring your car as low as you want. I first heard of Thalmann Alignment through a friend of mine that used to take his Evo X there all the time for track setups. He told me that they always do a great job with his car, and now that the "track bug" has bit me as well, I wanted to bring my Evo X there too! Justin did an outstanding job with my vehicle!! I asked him about certain track setups and he definitely helped dial it in for me! He was very courteous and professional, and I will definitely come back when I need to adjust my track setup in the near future. Thanks again!!

Justin does a great job. I have a 2021 GT500 with carbon fiber wheels. He was very careful with the wheels and recommended a great track alignment. He also helped my son with a far from stock Lexus. Very clean shop.

Service was quick. Mechanics are knowledgeable. Prices are very reasonable. Their hours are not the most convenient if you re a working professional, and they re not very good at returning phone calls, but you can look past that. I would highly recommend.

Justin made quick work in getting my lowered Optima back in to alignment. The flush alignment rack makes it easy for lowered vehicles to drive on to. Car drives straight now without any pull and the steering wheel is level.

Only shop to get my lifted 4runner properly aligned. They do quality work in a timely manner. Customer experience is just as important as the actual work being done, and they both nailed it! Justin took his time and explained everything in complete detail. I would highly recommend them and was well worth the hour drive!

Outstanding Company. This review needs more then just 5 stars! I made an Appointment for Tuesday at 1130am for a wheel alignment. I arrived at 1120am and they took me in right at 1130am. So nice to go to a place where appointments are made and you know you will get in on time. Customer Service was above and beyond so friendly. I was greeted and welcomed - nice family owned business. Justin explained everything he did to my car (Buick Enclave) when he was finished. I felt like I was in great hands while there. Thank you - I appreciate the great work - WOW my car drives wonderful now. Our family will be back for future needs.Service: Wheel alignment

Excellent work. Justin was able to squeeze me in for an appointment and was very cooperative and friendly even though I was being a difficult customer throughout the week trying to get my car fixed before getting it aligned. Definitely recommend this shop. If you're far out, it's definitely worth the drive to get it done properly.

i come here for all the cars in my family. from sports cars to family hauler, definitely my go to place. my only wish is that they can find extra hands at the shop so that Justin can get a breather and I can go to them to get more things done.

Great and honest work, had a lot of custom suspension work done on my car and they told me I only needed my front end adjusted to meet my desired specs, and charged for the front end only with a spec sheet of everything. Amazing company. Got me in within a week of request. Performed the service in 10mins and despite my booking a 4 wheel alignment, only charged me for a two wheel alignment because that s all that was needed. Honest, kind, fair and professional! Very honest, and very professional alignment shop. They are honestly the best place to go for all of your alignment needs. They took care of my miata and made it drive like it had just came out of the showroom 25 years ago. Definitely a place worthy of more than 5 stars. They really are the best

I heard the guy is good but has a huge ego, he wont spend more than 2 minutes with you without an appointmentane he may not call you back for days and etc. I wanted to fix a noise in my car, he wanted to sell me an aftermarket part for more than dealer charges for oem. I heard that if you going there for alignment only he is pretty reasonable.

My car was getting an alignment and was quite complex due to an accident. Justin did an excellent job of explaining everything he did and had to do to align my car. He put my car on the platform and pointed out the potential problems in the future. He was quick while being thorough. Will definitely recommend to everyone!

Very courteous and professional. Performed alignment on appointment time. Did not charge for rear alignment as it was perfect. They do a great job and charge only for what is done.I have been going to them for over 5 years.

This shop did outstanding work on my stock 4x4, which was pulling and juddering at speed. They resolved issues related to tire inflation, balancing, and alignment within an hour. I also apprciated the thorough overview of the 'what' and 'why' after they were done. Pricing is very fair and I'll be bringing my other cars here in the future. One request to the tech/owner though: please wear a mask when driving customer cars.

Phone answering girl is more of a nuisance and needs customer service training. Answering machine is more than sufficient to replace her job. Also, the owner has trouble telling time and has an attitude problem. I was 19 minutes late to alignment appointment for an old Lexus and the owner got angry and told me "i can't take you, i waited for you for 30 minutes and your late, YOUR COSTING ME MONEY." (It has been 19 minutes).I remember before this place was busy, they were nice and friendly people. NOW they are too busy and make too much money, so they're too good for everyone and very angry people. Negative and unfriendly environment.Service: Wheel alignment

Thalmann Alignment is really the best alignment shop in the Chicagoland area! I had new tires put on my Audi and needed to get an alignment done. The dealer quoted $500 for an alignment. My Audi salesman actually recommended Thalmann. First of all, they took my car in early. When I came inside, i was impressed by the cars in the shop and how professionally it was ran. The staff is extremely friendly, and when all was said and done, only my rear wheels needed to be adjusted and I ended up paying $80 vs. their $100 quote. Stop getting alignments done at your dealer! Excellent and quick service. Courteous staff. I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment for an alignment. They took my car in right away and finished in less than twenty minutes. If you need an alignment, don't take your car anywhere else - especially a dealer where you'll pay twice as much. I will be returning here for future alignments.

Was recommended I bring my vehicles here by a number of friends and coworkers. Was kinda weary how close the alignment specs would end up; a unique car and lowered at that but, they knocked it out no problem. The guys here do great work and it shows. They even took the time to explain each and every step that was done and it's importance. I've got a few other vehicles that will be paying a visit to their shop no questions asked. If you need any alignment work look no further.
