Everything from the initial interaction for my quote to the final hand off was great. Went in for new tires, mounting + balancing. MBS was recommended to me from a friend and I m glad I chose them to do the install, my wheels were cleaner than when I rolled into the shop. Waiting area was clean and welcoming. I ll be coming here for any future services.

I needed to find a new go-to for maintenance of my vehicles as my previous shop closed. Mike is very polite and timely with updates. They are also not pushy in recommended services, but simply provide logical reasoning. Prices are very fair given the area and expertise. Will definitely be taking all my vehicles for any maintenance and services.

The folks at MBS were amazing- and I don't say that lightly! After a rough experience at a local shop, I drove all the way from northwest Indiana and did not regret it one bit.Mike and Erick were friendly and showed me exactly what was going on; the fact that they caught the main issue showed they were paying close attention during their inspection. They also gave me valuable feedback about servicing my C300. Mike took the time at pickup to answer some questions that no one else had been able (or willing) to answer.If you're considering taking your vehicle to MBS, do it! You absolutely will not regret it.

I am so happy that I found MBS Automotive in Northbrook. I had lost confidence in the Mercedes dealer's service we had been using since moving to Glenview 4 years ago.Mike was great to work with and I feel that I have found a trusted place for quality work done as promised in a no pressure manner.

I was recommended to MBS from a friend. After receiving bad news from the dealership with a costly repair. I contacted them and was relieved to speak to Mike who was honest, straight forward and was able to do the maintenance at a fraction of the cost and told me I didn t even need the costly repair they were recommending! Great experience. Had a leak pop up over the weekend and needed to determine the severity of the situation. Didn t have an appointment for Monday. Mike thought he could get me in sometime in the day. Quick diagnosis mid- morning with a recommendation. Car was done by the end of the day. Referred to MBS by my brother. Will return for future car needs. Thanks!

I d been taking my Audi to MBS for years and started taking our Volvo a few years ago. I totally trust these guys to know what repairs or maintenance are required and to only fix what actually needs fixing. After having quite the run in with a local dealership regarding some major repairs we decided to look at independent shops and were told on a popular Mercedes forum to check out MBS Automotive by multiple people. Telly is nothing short of amazing. from drop off to pick up the service was TOP NOTCH. This shop is extremely professional and the work ended up costing 1/3 of what any dealership could even come close to.Even though the trip is a bit of a trek from Wisconsin the service, staff, and communication are unbeatable anywhere else. MBS has gained a lifelong customer! Anyone needing service on Mercedes,BMW or Smart is getting my recommendation to take the trip down to IL and visit Telly @ MBS for all their needs!

MBS automotive easily the best in the game! I have been going to them for almost 2 years now and I am so happy I found them. I have been going to MBS for my MB E350 for 6 years now and they always do great work at a reasonable price. They use OEM parts and are much more competitive than the Mercedes dealership. I used to go to a dealership, but decided to try MBS on a recommendation from a friend. They also have an agreement with a nearby rental car company if you need a loaner which is very convenient. Everyone there is friendly and professional. In MBS everyone was really polite and caring. Not just the tech had vehicle maintenance advice but the person in the front. The technician achieve more than just basic brake and rotor change, they inspected my vehicle thoroughly and found out two minimal issues which I'm going to fix. I would recommend my friends and family to come here not just for the service but the pricing of maintenance.The location was really well maintained. Water and coffee was great not to mention FREE. Currently I have no suggestions except keep up the great work. I'll see you again next year for my transmission fluid / filter change or sooner if anything comes up. Thank you.

I have an old Mercedes and so I'm very cautious about who I allow to work on it. I bring my car up from Chicago because MBS Automotive has earned my trust. They are run very professionally, answer my questions and take excellent care of my car. I also appreciate the 2-year warranty. Mid December of 2021 I had an interested buyer for my 2005 Mercedes C55 AMG from out of state that wanted an inspection. I was okay with it since this shop has great reviews. Unfortunately half the report was wrong stating things were leaking or needed repair which were perfect. My valve cover gaskets were done 2 months prior and they stated that they were leaking along with transmission and power steering, vibration when turning (recommended an alignment car didn t vibrate when turning and drove perfectly straight). Pretty wild inspection not sure what they were looking at or making things up. Some stuff was definitely correct that needed repair like A/C, esp fault, dirty cabin filter. Just disappointed in a PPI that someone payed for and resulted in a buyer that was concerned by all the leaks which weren t present. I had to send a full video of my leak free engine bay to the buyer to assure him the report was wrong. Wouldn t recommend this shop based on my experience. Definitely don t get a pre purchase inspection from here.Edit: not sure why the review posted yesterday, but I posted this review back in early 2022. You all did lie on my report or there would no negative review . When there are items recommended that have no issues, it is clear lies.

My family trusts MBS automotive to take care of us and provide high quality service for a decent price. Paul is truly the best! Since finding this place, my Mom has never returned to the dealership for maintenance and repairs. She describes this place as heaven. She wouldn't let me go anywhere else when I told her I needed an oil change. They have a nice, comfortable lobby with a dedicated workspace to work while you wait for your car. I have been using MBS for almost 10 years. Paul is very nice and takes care of my car every year. Since I have a low milage mercedes, they make recommendations and do what's needed. They are very honest and do good quality work at reasonable prices.

I ve been going to MBS with my AMGs since 2014. There is no one I trust more to keep my car on top shape and at reasonable prices.2023 update - just the other day I took my car in for regular maintenance. They mentioned the front control arm they replaced a couple of years ago was acting up again. I just went in for an oil change but really appreciated them looking over their previous work and making sure things were still alright. Informed me that they could get it taken care of under warranty. I feel that my car is really well looked after by the MBS team!Service: General repairs & maintenance
