If I could give them a zero I would. The dealership sold us this windshield protection insurance when we bought the vehicle brand new. 2 years later we are driving on the freeway something hit my windshield and it made a large circular pattern chip/crack. Take it to the dealership and they file a claim with Endurance and endurance is denying the claim saying it is not a typical rock chip pattern. DO NOT buy this insurance! It is not worth the paper it is written on. Why have it it they won't cover what it was bought for!

I got one of their letters claiming there would be a price increase to their extended vehicle service plans. The problem is I NEVER had purchased one of these plans to begin with! NEVER, EVER. It is so important to check the reviews of a "company" like this before giving them any information or one red cent. Endurance Dealer Services is nothing but a big scam operation. Their lousy reviews prove that. And I am more than willing to add to that stack of bad reviews here! STAY AWAY FROM THESE HUCKSTERS!!!

Buyer Beware! They don't deserve a one but you are force to pick one. Do not buy this policy no matter how good it might sound. I bought their extended warranty 3 months ago. I was on my way from Missouri to Texas for my daughters wedding when my 2019 truck broke down at 4:45 pm. I broke down in a very small town in Oklahoma. We asked someone near by what is the best place to get our truck towed and fixed. They said 3 blocks down was a great place that will take good care of you, and they did. However, the next morning I called Endurance and they wanted me to tow my care 80 miles away to someone of there choosing. I told them we are stranded by the road and you want me to have my car towed so you feel better. I told them that was not going to happen. They then said we have to have any work approved before they will pay, So I had the mechanic call them to get the approval. The hub went out of my vehicle and caused several other things to be damaged. Endurance said they are not covering the other parts because we should of heeded the warning signs. I told them exactly what happened and we pulled over immediately when we realized something was wrong. They didn't care and said they would only pay about one third of the bill which was $2277. I tried to talk to supervisor and they said that's all we are paying. They even told the auto shop they would pay $1,162.55. So since I was out of town and really didn't have time to deal with any of this until I got back home. I had to pay out of pocket to pick up my car because Endurance is closed on Saturday. So, Monday I sent in my receipt. I get a email back saying they are now only paying $855. I called Endurance and talked with a supervisor, he said they lowered the amount because they them and asked to talk to someone that would help me understand why they won't pay the entire bill. They supervisor I talked to said they would not pay anymore. This has got to me the worst company and service I have ever dealt with in warranty work. Buyers Beware!!!

Huge scam consumers beware! This warranty sold to a friend by Honey Car they do not honor their warranties! They have ripped off my friend who bought an Audi and their worthless warranty! Purchased May 2023 engine is bad, Honey Car nor Endurance Dealer Services honoring the engine coverage. She paid $7,000 for this useless garbage!! Do not buy from Honey Car and buy all means do not purchase warranty that is provided by Endurance Dealer Services they will steal your money and no coverage when it's needed! Go to a respectable dealership and get a good car with the coverage to need and deserve!!

I received a letter from Endurance Dealer Services addressed to my aunt. One could easily read this letter and think that you were a customer and needed to update ASAP. Here's the problem: my aunt was never an Endurance customer. She sold her car about 15 years ago. She DIED 10 years ago. I was her executor and still receive mail addressed to her. I'm going to turn this letter over to the Ohio Attorney General because the letter sounds like a scam and I don't want people to get sucked in.

Got the warranty plan for my dream car that I picked up. The input shaft failed during the warranty period while I was on a road trip and the car was stranded at a shop 3 hours away. The shop contacted the dealership a week later, then told me that the warranty company was gonna send someone to insure it was broken, fair enough.fast forward another 2 weeks, the shop still doesn't have approval from the warranty, and the warranty company wants a full transmission teardown to "see what caused the problem". This is insanity, the input shaft broke and hurt the clutch, the internals are fine. After hearing that news, I called the warranty company, their lack customer service and knowledge about cars is astounding. Very disrespectful and I remained cordial, but also frustrated about my car being in a shop 3 hours away with the job itself only needing 2 days max.If you have time to look at reviews for this place before getting this warranty, don't bother, go elsewhere or not getting anything would be a better alternative.

Really would give zero. they send spam with frightening language to my grandmother and use language saying "avoid the price increase" and "we can't guarantee your car will be covered by anything else for expensive repairs!". Then, at the bottom of the letter, they say they are not affiliated with any dealers, are not part of your financing institution and may use "like or similar parts for repairs" so they may not even repair with parts from a dealer it sounds like. Please, do yourself a favor and ignore any and all car warranty scams. These guys especially for preying on people without knowledge of these tactics.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!Denied my customer's claim due to a mileage discrepancy. The incompetent woman on the phone told me there was more than a "500 dollar mile difference" and their max allowed was 250.This particular claim doesn't even cover all of the repair, only $100 towards a battery, $140 towards brakes, $50 towards and oil change, and $25 for a tire rotation. $315 and customer had to pay close to $1000 for the "covered" repair.SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY, and ENERGY; STAY AWAYThere's a reason their rating is at 1.2 stars

My attorneys and I are currently in the process suing this company. The engine went out in my truck and they are trying not to fix it because they need to see maintenance records and I have them some and they said because I changed my own oil that they might not cover the engine. It is a federal state law that warranty company s cannot denied just because owner changes their own oil. They are crooked and scam. Do not do business with this company

Every one of these is absolutely a scam and should be charged with mail/wire fraud. I get their spam in the mail and it uses all the typical scare tactics any other scam would use. It claims I have a contract (I don't) and that they are going to refuse to honor it (we already know this). If cars were as unreliable as these scammers want you to think they are then there is absolutely NO WAY they would cover them.I've had customers dealing with these scum and I have "found" all the relevant documentation for what these scammers requested. I've been very tempted to manufacture ALL documentation but have restrained myself to only what I know is true. This garbage deserves nothing more than to be sued into oblivion and every employee scarlet-lettered. I'm strongly conservative but these scammers are nothing more than predatory and DO NOT DESERVE TO SURVIVE in this market. Full stop. They do not serve any valid purpose and only feed on the unwary. The owners need jail-time and fined to poverty.

This company has failed to cover our needs based on a mileage discrepancy that was from 4 years ago yet never brought to my attention. Would give zero stars if allowed. It's been 2 days of dealing with them on the phone and no answers. Buyer beware!!!!!!

Oh my god this is the absolute worst company that I have ever dealt with for a warranty. I am filing the paperwork today for small claims. Denied a pre-authorization for Transmission because the truck was still drivable then denied the transmission shop, telling them that it needed a new transmission. And then they denied the $6700 repair bill because I did not get prior authorization. I have spent over $13,000 in repairs on this truck and they have not covered a single thing on it.

Do not waste your time. I purchased a warranty on a used Jeep Cherokee that covered the vehicles AC compressor. The compressor failed a couple months after purchase and the mechanic let them know what was wrong with the compressor and they stated they needed to send out a claims person to make sure the compressor was faulty. The mechanic showed them that the compressor failed every test and they said they needed further proof before covering it. The mechanic asked them what further testing was necessary and the only answer they would give was they needed further testing. No explanation or anything. This is a mechanic shop that I have trusted for years, and they have never failed to give me the highest in customer service and quality of work. They know what they are talking about. When I called Endurance dealer services to find out what further testing, they needed all they would tell me was it required further diagnostics. This made me angry as I know there is no further diagnostics on an AC compressor beyond what the mechanic showed them. The shop was very detailed in their explanation to me and told the claims adjuster the same thing. He refused to tell me anymore over the phone and proceeded to hang up on me.When I called back, they hung up on me again. I will be getting a full refund on this warranty, and they will be out the $2400. When I told them this it seemed to be no bother to them. I wonder how a company like this makes any money at all with service like this. Save your money for the warranty and place what you would have paid for it in a high yield savings account in case you need to do repairs.Don't bother with Endurance.

Like everyone else has stated, this company is a textbook definition phishing scam. The way the letter is set up is to make you think you have a limited time offer when the reality is no legitimate company will offer a warranty on a vehicle well past its original warranty. More than likely 99% of the claims will be rejected or ghosted after taking your money. It s aggravating to know companies like this still exist, it s even more aggravating to know either my insurance company or state s DMV sold my info to these sleeze balls. Be sure to save the letters to show to your elderly and inexperienced friends and family to show them what to watch out for and to NEVER engage in a company like this. Oh, and best believe they will get nasty with you if you demand to be taken of the mailing list but I don t mind exchanging a few words and laughing at all the money they are losing in postage

Beware, Scam Company, sent me a letter stating that my coverage was being canceled and to renew immediately when I had never purchased a policy from them to begin with. Called the customer service line, and after being transferred around I finally got a sales person to admit that I never purchased a policy from them to begin with. Really despicable sales tactic.

Avoid this company at all costs, there's much better out there, just look at their reviews and run away, we are an auto shop and this is one of the worst companies there is, they don't want to pay for nothing!

You will get better use from your money by lighting it on fire and using the heat for warmth than you would by buying an Endurance warranty.

Bought a truck through the dealership, paid for an extended warranty w/ my loan, I m 6 months from having my truck paid off and, 3 months from my policy expiring, my engine throws a rod. I ve always kept up on my oil changes and maintenance. I called and asked to put in a claim for repairs, they said okay we will send out an inspector and see what he says after the engine shop gives a diagnosis. Engine shop gave diagnosis and still no inspector shows up. I call as we are getting close to policy expiring and they say I need to send last 3 ploughing changes. So I send them and they keep replying they are not receiving them, even after confirming correct email. I try to tell them they need to do something so we can move forward. 3 days before policy expiring, I call and nothing other than being bounced from one person to another. After getting fed up and policy expired now, I mention getting lawyers involved and they said bring it on, and that they are not covering anything.

If I could give them a zero I would. This is the absolute worst auto warranty company in the U.S. As others have said too they do everything that they can to avoid repairs that are in the contract. Recently had a situation where our car needed a new engine as diagnosed and recommended by both the local dealership and THEIR OWN REPRESENTATIVE that they sent to the dealership who confirmed that this was needed and they still refused to do the necessary repair. They are a complete scam and have many complaints to the BBB against them too.

Well I was lead to believe this was a great warranty company to go with according to the dealership, but that was all a lie. I purchased the best warranty they offered and has had it for well over a year. Now that I need a major repair which is unexpected, endurance is trying to deny my claim with something that doesn't make sense. I'm not having it! I will do whatever it takes to make sure that this doesn't happen again. Avoid this company. There just out to take your money and not help you when it's time you need to use your warranty. If this issue is not resolved then I will take legal action

This company takes FOREVER to do anything! My customer brought a vehicle to my shop 3 weeks ago and we still do not have approval to move forward on repairs that are clearly covered by the service contract. To be clear, customer dropped off vehicle on a Thursday night, we had it diagnosed and submitted for approval by 10AM the following day.3 weeks later, my customer has already burned up 5 days of rental that she had to pay for up front to Hertz and won t get reimbursed for until 30 days after the work is completed, and she has been using our loaner that we are not getting paid for and we still do not have approval!!!! The vehicle has just been sitting in a bay torn down. It has severely effected my shop s ability to accept additional work, caused my other customers to wait longer than necessary for their vehicle to be repaired, and caused severe inconveniences to the customer that owns the warranty policy. Take it from a industry professional, do not purchase this warranty.

This company has been sending high-pressure ads to my house, addressed to my father who passed away two years ago in another state and didn't own a vehicle. The letters are written to strongly imply that he had coverage with them, without actually saying so, and to create a sense of urgency to act now before imminent price increases. Just a whole company of scammers.

It's baffling how a company can run this same scam for years, partnering with dealerships, using the US Mail to run their scams, having an actual address (though the suite # may be fake?) with multiple reports to state attorneys general and claims with BBB and continue to operate unabated. They have pursued me for years, multiple mailings annually that pretty much advertise they are false. I wonder if they mostly target certain demographics, in my case it would be over 60.

This is wonderful one year before my friends warranty is up he has engine problems. He did everything he had to do to get the warranty company to fulfill their duties and help with the repairs. I m stead they lied for months on end about not receiving documents that had been sent numerous times. Then when they got the documents they ran out more time until the contract was up. Real standup company

Getting letters from these people and they can't even tell the vehicle they are writing to us about. All our vehicles are under factory warranty and will be for a few more years so what could they offer me. Just reading about this company at the Better Business Bureau and other websites it is obvious that even if you do get them to honor what you paid for you are going to have a big headache if you ever file a claim. Everyone should post a review every time they receive one of their scam letters.

This company has an extreme lack of communication skills with the repair facility. My vehicle has been down waiting for their reply for four days. On top of that, they refuse to pay for the whole repair. They nickle and dime everywhere they can. As soon as this repair is done(half paid by me), I will be canceling. If you are a customer reading reviews, please be careful doing business with this place
