Stay away from this guy he is terrible. Does a lousy job lies to you and uses lousy equipment, and chemicals. Trust the reviews that gives him one star if there was a zero star, I would give him a zero stay away from this company,He is so terrible. He will not claim his business on yelp as you can see. There s many bad reviews on yelp, but he will not claim his business goes to show you he s garbage.

Stay away from here especially as a Groupon user. Groupon has a serverly different rating than the Google reviews of this place.I received a Groupon as a Christmas last year and attempted to contact this location multiple times to schedule, didn't hear back until after the Groupon expired! But they won't honor the full value, you would have to pay the difference.This location seriously lacks communication skills to provide even the slightest bit of decent customer service. I dropped my car, was told that it should be done about 1-2pm. Mind you, I dropped off my car at 8am. At 4pm, still no communication from this place. I called 8 times and not a peep from anyone. I also texted twice, it took nearly an hour for someone to bother to tell me, sorry we couldn't get to your car today and will do it tomorrow. Atrocious customer service to not bother telling customers that a vehicle that they probably use for every day is being delayed!!! I understand there are labor shortages everywhere, it would have been less upsetting if someone had bothered to tell me so I can make arrangements to be out of a vehicle next day. I'll be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

I am writing this review so any customer who is considering using this company can abstain from doing so and avoid the horrible nightmare and experience that I had with Car Pretty. In March, I decided to use a groupon I purchased to detail the interior of my car. Initially, It was poor communication with scheduling the appointment . After I was finally able to schedule an appointment, I got my car detailed. After the detailing was completed , I tried to turn my stereo on in my car and realized my radio no longer turned on and worked. I called them right away and drove back to the facility in order to see if they would be able to turn it on. When I got there, the employee who worked on my car seemed surprise at my broken radio. He tried to fix it but was unable to. He told me to return the next day to see if the owner could fix it. I drove an hour one-way to see if my radio could be fixed. After spending a day at the shop, I was told that they could not fix my radio, but to give it 2-3 weeks to allow the inside to dry and that "maybe it was water damage and would turn on after the internal parts of the stereo were dried". They ensured me that that they would follow up and would be responsible for getting it fixed. After waiting 2-3 weeks and trying to communicate with them in the interim, my car stereo still didn't work. I called and texted them after and they responded saying that the owner was out of town, or on vacation, and that he was unavailable. I have a Lexus ES-350 and I have gone to MULTIPLE lexus dealerships, radioshops, and repair shops . Each of them are stumped at what they did that caused my radio to be broken. Ive been quoted $700-$1000 from the Lexus dealership to fix my radio. To this day, it is still not fixed. It has been such a horrible experience using Car Pretty . The cost, time, and headache was definitely not worth the services, and to this day I have not heard from this company despite multiple calls, texts, and messages left. I wish I had read GOOGLE reviews versus Groupon Reviews before I used their services - I would have avoided them at all costs.Service: Auto detailing

Do not trust.I made two car appointments 2 months ago.They gave me information about checking in time being between 8 and 9 AM- it would be first come, first serve.I live about 1 hour away so I asked what if I cannot make it.They said it is fine, your car just starts later and you pick it up later. So that was fine with me and I made the appointments.I arrived at 9:40 today and the guy told me I am late so he called a customer on the wait list and he cannot take my car. When I asked him why he didn't call me, he said he doesn't call people. But he does call people- the people on the wait list and NOT the one with the actual appointment.In my opinion, they should have just said YOU MUST BE HERE ON TIME.And the guy completely lacked a basic customer service skill set. Since they did not give clear information, they should have worked with me towards some sort of compromised solution. But instead I was completely blown off.Anyway I read most of the other reviews, I am glad I didn't go to them. For now they seem to have plenty of customers so they are fine with losing some here and there. But I wonder if that will always be the case...

I've been using Car Pretty for a few years and they've ALWAYS treated me w/kindness. I've ALWAYS been satisfied w/their work, of course I'm patient and allow them the time needed in exchange for their best result. I'm EXTREMELY surprised to see some of these reviews. Booked an appointment a month in advance, was never put in the books. Told it doesn't matter if I have an e-mail confirmation from the owner, I can reschedule or be done at 6pm or later when I was the first person in there and just one other women, no one else even there for their car drop off.Sucks, because I tip well. For another place close by with better prices, was taken right away, nicer lounge, so at least something good came out of it.

The review is not for the quality of work, but their commitment to stick to the appointment. I booked a car service which is due today. The appointment was made three months ago. I had to cancel my other appointments for this. Last night I get a text saying due to over scheduling we are cancelling your appointment. This is the worst customer service than an airline company. Even before they had to prove their worth in their job their reputation with managing appointments preceded them. I bought groupoG coupons else I will never come here. Their response time is usually three days to a week via text. Wow. How are you still in business with this poor management.

WARNING - UNTRUSTWORTHY AND SHADY BUSINESSI bought a used 2003 Acura TL with 107k mileage from the owner, Joe, only to find it had transmission problems after the purchase. Was told the car was in good condition and everything was working but the morning after the shift was stuck in park. Called Joe and he told me it s because the shift had frozen after water got into the mechanism after detailing. This happened on Friday 1/22/2021.He promised to order the part from an Acura dealership and get it fixed on Monday. When Monday came around apparently the order was delayed and I was told to give them another day.On Tuesday, I was told that the dealership s delivery truck had gotten into an accident and that I should wait another day. Joe was not picking up his phone at all either, I was only able to speak to their mechanic, Paul during this entire fiasco.Wednesday comes around and I call them in the morning and I m told the new part had arrived and that their mechanics are working on it. Fantastic! I come and pick it up, happy that the issue had been resolved.Thursday morning I get up to check if the shift would still be frozen, and sure enough it was.Whatever you do, do not purchase vehicles or get any work done from this business. They are shady and not trustworthy. I m not sure how such a dishonest business is still running after 15 years.

This seems like a joke...no appointments for the next 10 weeks? Really...?The instructions to leave a voicemail don't really work if your mailbox is always full. You can text the number, but good luck getting an appointment before your Groupon expires!Unfortunately my experience was the same as others with my Groupon.My advice is to get a refund from Groupon. They will give you credit to use for any other Groupon.

Communication is nearly impossible. The owner never picks up his cell phone. Never. There s also no office phone to call. Unless one of the employees offers you their personal cell phone number you will never be able to contact them to check on the status of your car so unless you live close and can pop on over then you re kind of out of luck.The actual detailing work is pretty great but it ll take about a month to get an appointment and they re constantly swamped. The employees are hard-working and do a great job.

BEWARE! Purchased the Groupon for Car Pretty one month ago. I have called over twenty times to make an appointment. Not once have they answered the phone. It goes into voicemail. Three times I left Vmail with contact info and have never received a call back. I went online and found a place to email them for an appointment, did that twice and again, no response. If a business never answers their phone and does not respond to voice or email in a timely manner then they do not deserve my money. Have contacted Groupon for refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!

I brought my SUV in just before my 9:00 A.M. appointment, was assured it would take "only 3 hours". Well, 12:00 P.M. came & went without a phone call that my SUV was finished. I ended up calling them around 1:30, just to get a recording that the number I dialed "is not available at this time". OK. Called back around 2:30 P.M. & the other guy said they were just finishing it up.Picked it up around 4:00 P.M. I went over the SUV & noticed some of the stains were still there on the carpets, how about treating 2 x's. I slid my hand underneath each of the 5 doors & filth came off on my hands. The windows were not all clean, streaks & spots. They gave me an opportunity to spot clean the car, which was very good business. I declined the offer.To sum it all up I was frustrated. I give them credit for them having this business, it's a really busy shop. My suggestion is try it out, don't have high expectations, most important use a "coupon".

Worst detailing job. The car wasn't thoroughly cleaned and the roof liner was ripped. The detailer started making excuses and blaming me that I had it ripped. Joe, the owner, promised to take care of it and completely ignored it. After I got his cellphone number, he kept telling me to call him later to discuss the issue. This place is completely unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend their service

I'd give ZERO Stars to Car Pretty, but since it is not possible, i have to give 1 start.I took my car to Car Pretty recently and this is an absolute WASTE of Time and Money. First of all, it took forever to speak with someone to make an appointment. Finally, I was able to make an appoint for a week in advance. I call them a day before the appointment, to confirm the timing and the person (Tom) tells me that he doesn't even have my appointment. After going back and forth with Tom, he finally agrees. The car was dropped off a night before around 4pm as my appointment was at 8am next day. When it came time to pick up the "Detailed" car, it wasn't "Detailed" at all. I explained Tom and the owner Joe as to why I felt that the car wasn t detailed; they wanted to try again so I left the car there for the second day and even after pointing out the previous unfinished job, they didn't do much. Once I came home with the car, my 8 year old child was able to point out a lot of many missed spots on the inside and the outside of the car that weren't even touch by the detailer. The engine wasn't detailed either, nothing was done in the trunk. WASTE of TIME! CAR PRETTY IS A JOKE!

Made an appointment 3 months in advance. A night before the date, they called and canceled it. I lost wage from my job as I had taken time off from work to get my car detailed. They don't call back, answer phones or check emails. They are here just to make money. They do not know the meaning of customer service. Would not recommend to anyone. There are many options, just have to explore. Too bad, I could not give them half a star.

I have called them multiple times in a span of 2 years because I bought a voucher from Groupon for this place because it was so cheap. I traded it and bought it again for another year after it was about to expire for the first year. Every time I called them it would go to voicemail and I would leave a voicemail with info and they would never call me back. I finally just ended up trading it in for something else on Groupon, I will never try to go here again due to their horrible customer service, and will be telling my friends to do the same.

I bought a deal on Groupon! I made the call, got a day and I did a drop off the night before. These people had my car for two days and didn t even move it, they told me the first time we are short and if it s ok tomorrow in the morning you can pick it up and it will be ready! I had already got a borrowed car from a friend so I couldn t believe this was happening, I made a few calls got some friends to pick it up the next day but because they where busy the pick up now was in globe evening! NO, 3:30 pm and the car was still in the same place; nothing had happened. More excuses and we will get it ready by 6pm; my friend showed up at 6....guess what!? The car was never ever even looked at! So at this point we just take the car but obviously we give them a piece of mind!!! I don t know but I don t own two cars, I m not rich and I surely have great friends but this business is not serious about customer service, they are rude and not responsible. And I am one of those customers who will go that extra mile with that great customer service!!! And more if it s not! So thank you for the experience with you guys!

Seriously, I'm a fair person and quite forgiving, but this place is not recommended. They receive cars from a dealership and they prioritize those cars (because I assume they value the relationship with large volume of cars that come in to be cleaned by the dealership). So it takes easily 5-6 hours of wait time. I only came here because of the groupon deal but their cleaning job is not as good as you would expect for the price paid. Go elsewhere, you will thank me later.

Update: The owner reached out to me twice left a voicemail, in effort to try and assist with concerns from the last visit. We missed each other.2 weeks later...No, return call or reschedule to rectify concerns.I will be happy to allow this company to support me in the best way they can to update my ratings and give a BETTER review when they CALL back. They have to FOLLOW again up first.Thanks.

I feel as though I was swindled by this business. I purchased a detail from this business last year and have called them at least 4 times during their business hours, leaving detailed messages asking them to call back so that I may book an appointment to redeem a voucher I purchased. Unfortunately they never returned my call and never answer their phone. Why should they they already have my money. Don't make the mistake of patronizing this business.I am updating my review of this establishment as they proved themselves worthy of a better review based upon the work that was finally done. I was able to resolve my initial "no response" to VM by sending a txt msg. They are responsive to txt, but clearly not VM. The work that was completed was a good value purchase on Groupon and I might do it again since I have learned how to communicate with this outfit.

What a Groupon joke. I purchased in May said they were full till October. I get a cancellation TXT message promising someone will reschedule. Never happened. Nobody answers the phone and their mailbox is always full. After 10 attempts calling I asked Groupon for a refund. Then Groupon proceeds to Funny thing is that Groupon is still selling a the Car Pretty vouchers. Don't do it.

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing a Groupon. The so called interior "detailing" was no better than what I get at a deluxe car wash where they wipe down the interior and wash the windows. Crevices and corners were untouched. The car was there for 8 hours yet my mats were soaking wet and inside the car. I had to take them out when I got home so they could dry off and under the mats could dry out. Evidently no one lifted up the front middle jump seat because the gunk from a spilled beverage was still stuck to the leather. Fingerprints and misc. spots were still visible on the interior ceiling. It was never cleaned. There is no carpeting in my vehicle so that was even less work however I was still charged the extra $25 for an SUV. They did say I could bring the vehicle back if I wasn't satisfied which I did for the dirty spots on the ceiling. I'm so sorry I did. I now have a ring around each spot that was sprayed with the chemical used. It looks worse than the fingerprint spots and I don't know how to get rid of these rings. So between the $50 Groupon, the extra $25 and the tip, I paid $85 for the same amount of cleaning I get elsewhere for $18 but it's really worse because now I have to spend time online researching how to get rid of water (or whatever) rings on material to fix the ceiling of my car. I will never go back for fear they will make the ceiling situation worse. I don't know who these people are that give them good reviews, relatives maybe? friends? themselves? If you still decide to patronize this establishment and you're not satisfied, remember I told you so.

First time I bought the Groupon for Car Pretty in May 2014. Bought two for both cars I own. Everything went well and I was fully satisfied. It was a little tough to make a schedule, but not big deal something within a week. I decided to buy it again this year for the same. Big mistake. First, good luck making a reservation since they never answer their phone or return messages. I left about 3-4 messages before someone called back. Scheduling on their website does not work at all. Once you get ahold of them, you will need to wait about 2 months for an open appointment. I called 7/10 and next available spot was on 09/08. There is an additional surcharge of $25 for minivans and SUVs. My recommendation try to make an appointment before you buy the coupon/Groupon. On the other hand, look somewhere else.

No good hand carwash!!! The whole place smelled like weed!!! Took forever when no other customers there. They just run it through cheap carwash machine and wipe it down. When I went to pay they don t do credit card. (Probably pocketing money since owner wasn t there)Had to drive down the street to atm. I showed all the spots missed from cheap wipe down. Some young kid said because of creases in car couldn t reach.Missed inside and out spots!!!Wouldn t go back even if they paid me!!!!!Service: Auto detailing

First, good luck making a reservation since they never answer their phone or return messages. Once you get ahold of them you will need to wait about 1-2 months for an open appointment. I dropped my car off at 9am (my appointment time) and went to pick it up at 5pm since I hadn't heard from them and they didn't answer their phone any of the 7 times I called. I arrived to see my car still sitting in the parking lot and went to ask why they never started my car. He said it would be done soon. They closed at 6 so I knew it would be a rushed job and I had somewhere to be so I had to pick it up with my extra key later at night after they were closed. When I got my car there were water spots on the mirrors and windows, the carpets still had marks on them that should have been out, there was wax stuck on my car that I had to scrape off, and they never replaced my floor mats so I had to pick them up the next weekend. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I will never use car pretty again. The groupon looks appealing but paying a little bit extra for a good job somewhere else is worth it to avoid this place.

I have used them many times. their detailing is great. The only draw back is they rarely answer their phone so I end up driving over their to talk to them.. It drove me nuts, BUT, I wait for the groupon price which is unbeatable. And they have it written in it, that if you detail your car every three months, you get the same price as your groupon price. I am messy, and I carry a lot of stuff in my car, so for me its a perfect deal!.

Don t waste your time here. They told me they would have my car done at the end of the day. Didn t happen. They told me they would come down the road to pick me up from work, all I had to do was call. I called 4 times and sent a text. No answer. I had to pay for an Uber to get a ride there. When I arrived they apologized that they didn t get to my car that day.What kind of a business says they will follow through on a customer, on two accounts, and then drops the ball on both? A badly run one.

Took me DAYS of calling to even make an appointment. Then the appointment was set for a month out which I understand with COVID and the amount of work that goes into details. But then they cancelled my appointment at 5:49 pm the day before my 8 am appointment. I called them, closed of course. Texted back to reschedule, they answered once saying it was car pretty and then when I asked to reschedule no response. Called FIVE times the next day with no answer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I called 6 times and no one picked up so I left messages with my name and number and no one ever called back. I finally got a hold of someone and they said I'd have to come in to make an appointment. I went in and one of the guys said I can't make an appointment when the manager isn't there. So I asked when he'll be there and he shrugged his shoulders. I asked if I could leave my name and number so he can call me when he gets in but I never got a call. I've driven 30 minutes out of my way 5 times now and conveniently the managers never there. Don't waste your money on the Groupon like I did.

STAY AWAY!! For the past 2 weeks my wife and I have been trying to schedule detailing for our cars. We have called (and left messages) twice, and twice (each) tried contacting them through their Web siteand they have NEVER gotten back to us. Now we don't trust them to do the work properly and just want our money back. I would have given them less that 1 star if that had been an option
