My car gave me a scare right before I had a long drive ahead of me. They got me in very quickly and even went above and beyond what I came in for. Kind and honest people. I was recommended to Red's by a family member and will definitely use them in the future. Wonderful first time experience, thank you!!

I cannot be more grateful for my experience at Red s Garage. I knew I wanted to upgrade my Jeep, and this is exactly the place to go. Red walked me through the entire process and helped me pick everything out that met my vision exactly. I ve been a returning customer for oil changes and headlight upgrades as well, and everything has been done with professionalism and quality. As a young female I have had quite a few bad experiences taking my car into auto repair shops. Every time I would go in for a simple oil change there would always be something else that needed to be fixed on my car. I felt like I was being taken advantage of every time I went in. However, the first time I took my car into Red s Garage I felt welcome and respected. They were up front and honest with what needed repaired on my car and went into depth explaining it so that I could understand what needed done and why. It was so nice to finally have a good experience taking my car in to get repaired. I will never go anywhere else but Red s.

Excellent service! I called to get Airlift 1000 installed on my 2015 Lexus GX460. Derrick got me an appointment for next day and his team finished the install in a very short amount of time. The install was very professional and they even made a custom bracket to hold the air-line. I'm glad I took my car there to get work done.I highly recommend!

Followed a trusted service advisor to Red's from previous experience working with him. The facility is modern, clean and inviting & the team at Red's couldn't be more personable and willing to break down the issues with the vehicles into simple terms. We brought our 2008 Honda Pilot and 2010 Honda Accord in to have them safe and reliable for our daughters. Nothing more was recommended than necessary and each repair was completed properly the first time. Definitely peace of mind to know the older cars our kids drive were fully inspected and running as they should be. Can't recommend Red's Garage enough. The guys have all "ALWAYS" been amazing!!! Their service is exceptional, they are courteous and very professional. Red's is one of the few honest places left where you know your vehicle will be fixed right without them try to reel you in for more expenses. They will always reach out to you and get your approval for all repairs as well. My experience at red garage was very quick and Efficient. I came in to get new tires and got an amazing deal. Cameron who was also working on the car made sure everything was checked out and working okay. Very professional and knew what they were doing! I won't take my truck anywhere but Red's Garage. From lift kits and shocks to brakes and engine repairs -- and everything in between -- these guys do it all at reasonable rates. ASE certified technicians, as well as a Rough Country dealer, and they take the time to explain things to you, instead of just quoting a number and asking for your keys. A great family owned shop!

Just got service done at Red s after finding them on google and I m so glad I chose them. Great experience with knowledgeable and down to earth people working on my car. The service was done a bit earlier than they quoted too which was awesome.

This has to be one of the best shops in Illinois. Another shop broke the head off of my control arm bolt so I had to find a trustworthy mechanic to work on the damage. I got my car towed to Red's garage to get it worked on New Years day so most shops were closed even Red's. I left my car at Red's and they let me hold my car there until the repair parts got in. The other mechanic told me that I had to get a new control arm because the bolt was frozen in there, but Red's got the bolt out so I didn't have to buy a new control arm. These guys are trustworthy and do great work. If you are looking for an honest mechanic that does professional work and has great customer service. I recommend coming to Red's garage if you are looking for work done on your car.

Always friendly when I bring my old beater in to be fixed. Gets me into the schedule when I forget my oil changes. Cam is the sweetest tech ever. Everyone there is nice and always the best. Red is amazing & very professional, I brought my speed3 here a few times and Red told me straight up on what s wrong and how to prevent future problems/ damages. If I could I would give him a 10/10 but google only allows 5 stars. Just took my car to Red's for the first time. Usually took my car to dealership but decided to try a local garage. Could not have been more happy. Dealership was telling me I needed new brakes and they would need to be changed. Red's was able to look at it and said that they were fine and still had a lot of life. I actually work at a dealership, but live by Reds Garage, and wanted someplace that would be close and convenient for my sons 07 Mazda , (plus we were booked solid for a week, and he needed his car for work etc) I had an appt in 48 hours, and had everything done by 3 o'clock same day. Coil pacs, plugs, fluids etc, pricing was good, for an independent shop (extremely good compared to the Mazda dealer) car drove like it was almost new when I picked it up. All around great staff good communication, Keep it up guys!

I highly recommend going to Red s Garage for any and all car or truck issues. The owner and his staff are extremely time efficient and straight forward with the checks they do on your car. I came in for a steering wheel issue and my car was taken care of and it was done at a very reasonable price - not to mention, no problems since! Great staff, reasonable prices, and all done in a timely manner? What more could you ask for in a car servicing experience?Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes, Oil change

Red s Garage is the only place I will take my cars to for service! Derek and his team are very reliable and do great work in a timely manner! Their prices are very fair and most importantly they are honest and trustworthy. You never have to worry about trying to be sold on a laundry list of things you need to fix on your car like other automotive shops I have been to. I would definitely recommend everyone to take their car here!! Service: Exhaust
