Before their intervention in the alignment of the car, I had only one tire that was slightly destroyed. After they did my alignment, all 4 tires are destroyed every 5000 miles. I replace them along with the oil. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEIR SERVICES. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just recently bought 4 new tires from this location. From my initial phone call to shop around prices, all the way til driving my car off the lot, I dealt with one person. Zofia Sierra. She was absolutely FANTASTIC to deal with. VERY knowledgeable about tires (and cars in general) and super friendly. She gave me a great price (cheapest I could find in this area) and applied every possible discount I was eligible for. I had 100 questions and she answered EVERY. SINGLE. ONE OF THEM. I love the new tires and I will 100% be giving this location my business again in the future.

I have been coming to this store for many years. Purchased countless sets of tires for many cars and had repairs done. Always received outstanding customer service. Fair pricing and knowledgeable staff. Aries, Lou and the young lady who speaks Polish and drives a truck (sorry, forgot your name) are always polite, professional and will go out of their way to give you great service. Thanks again for another set of Good Year tires with all the bells and whistles. I highly recommend this store and would never go anywhere else.

They want to trick you for your money. I bought new tires from just tires so when i had some screws in my tire i decided to go there but today a guy from front desk told me that they cant fix it and i have to buy new tire for 250$. I went to another tire repair store and they fixed my problem for 30$. Dont go there unless you want to be scammed.

1/31/2024I came in from another shop that left my steering wheel crooked. I explained the issue and Agnieszka set my vehicle up with Marcin who took the time to show me what was causing the issue. You gotta love it when people are professional and take their job to the next level. Thanks for the great service!

Sunday night... emergency flat tire, no appointment.� Just Tires on Forest Preserve Drive helped me with a smile. Said not to worry, and they will help me. Unbelievable customer service.� Clean tire showroom. Very appreciative of their assistance.

Set an appointment for 8:30 am, and even showed up early. Lou struggled to find my appointment, and another employee helped them find it. I was told an hour to an hour and a half for a simple oil change.At 10:20, Lou came out and tried to sell me filters of course(as a woman I am used to this). When I told him to just do the oil change, he told me not much longer. Then 5 minutes later, admitted to me that they didn t have any oil filters and were waiting for some to be delivered. Because they had already started the oil change, I am basically being held hostage while we wait for these filters to come.I don t understand how you wouldn t look at the appointment schedule and make sure you have all the materials you need before they came.No way this should have taken this long. It s now over 2 hours when I was quoted half that time.

Had a flat on a Sunday evening, I was able to walk into just tires and have it patched up with no appointment! Can t express my gratitude for Aries and Jasmin for making a very stressful situation a bit better by making my experience at just tires a pleasant one.

Just tires at norridge was a great experience for me and my daughter. The oil change prices are reasonable and the customer service was awesome. Thank you to Miss Sofia at reception for being so professional and hospitable over the phone & in person. Great job guys!

I had call in advance to see what specials just tires offers and talked with Zofia Sierra. She explained everything perfectly. She also served me at the appointment where I received my new tires . Excellent. Thanks Zofia

They left more scratches on my car. As God as my witness, this is not a scam. This was was NOT there before I went in for servicing. I take it someone's keys by their back pocket accidentally scratched my ride. Very very angry about this. After talking to corporate over the phone about this matter, they told me Just Tires is NOT responsible for the scratches. They thought they I was referring to all scratches. I'm not. I'm referring to brand new scratches that were never ever on my passenger side door. And then they said bring your car to a body shop and bring us the estimate. What's the point of doing that? Corporate got through telling me they are not responsible for the scratches. So what's the point of taking it to the body shop to get the estimate when I'm being told Just Tires is NOT responsible for this. And even if they do decide to pay for the damage, who is going to pay for the car rental??? I have to be inconvenience by this?? Because someone else at Just Tires was very careless???

Had my realignment done there, had to return so they can do it again. Then they would not honor their warranty and made me pay for it again. This is the way they left the inside after they were done with the realignment as far as the control box goes. Terrible craftsmanship!!!

Jasmin was very profesional, knowledgeable and polite! She explained multiple options in tires for me and explained the value of the 3 year alignment program! Great representation of great service from Just Tires!

I'm told I overpaid by 20% - But I got in 45 mins before closing on a Sunday, and got 2 tires and an alignment. I'm VERY happy.

Don't know where the bad reviews came from, but I had the best experience I can have getting new tires at this location. I was in at 345 and out at 5 with 4 new tires and an alignment. They matched a competitors price with no issues, they were welcoming, courteous AND friendly from the counter to the tech, that's 5 stars all around in my world, they should all get raises.

Horrible Customer Service- i had a flat tire and we make a agreement if they can t fix my tire they will put a new tire same as my Continental next morning they call me and tell me that they need to put a new tire an d I said ok but put same as my Continental they said ok . Then I come to pick my car I paid them 550$ they give me my car back and I go to check tire and there is a tire GOOD YEAR a cheap one .and I tell them to return my money and I will return the tire they said we can t give you money back you need to wait like 2 weeks for the check.NEVER AGAIN

Had an appointment at 9:30 for alignment and all 4 tires changed/balanced, was told it will take 2-3 hours. It took over 5 hours. What is the point of scheduling something you re not capable of doing in a timely manner? I literally wasted half of my day without my car. For future, I d use different store or not use Just Tires at all.

Never going back....$50 to plug a tire and charged for wheel balancing....on a leaking tire?? Ridiculous...was gonna buy a set...no way now

Jasmin in front desk was amazing help she help explain everything n was very patient with me the whole time,i walk out with 5 new tires, balanced and alignment n the whole process was faster then i thought, definitely we ll be back. get her a raise!

I recently noticed it s time for new tires, and upon a trusted recommendation I went to just tires. I know absolutely nothing about buying tires, so I decided to call them and kind of get a feel for what I should get, a price point, etc. I had the great pleasure of speaking with Zofia, and while you could tell she has an extensive amount of knowledge on the topic, she was an exceptional educator and I never once felt overwhelmed. That being said she gave me multiple options, and the pros and cons of each product. I did not feel pressured to spend an unnecessary amount of money for something i perhaps wouldn t need with the driving I do which to me shows that they are running an honest business. I was able to get in almost immediately, and was helped by Zofia and Jasmin, and even though the shop was very busy, they were extremely accommodating to not only myself but the others in the store. Overall it was a great experience and I will recommend Just Tires to all of my friends and family.

Had 4 new tires installed in Summer 2020. All were installed inside out. The tires have worn unevenly, and we didn't find out until 2023 when the dealer inspected the vehicle. We paid for two-year tire rotation. The mistake was still not noticed by this business on the second visit in December 2020.

The shop was very respectful and knowledgeable when I brought my car into the shop! They made sure I knew what was happening with my car and what needed done. Jasmin and Zofia were greeting at the desk and were very helpful.

Just had an appointment set for 3pm and wasn t serviced till almost 4:30. Not quite what the point of setting a time was if it was going to take that long to be seen. I set it early as I had other commitments and was late for those because of this. Service times need to be adjusted for those of whom set appointment times.

Other update.Please look at the date code of the tires after they are installed.They sold me 5 year old new tires. After the 1st winter they started to crack really bad. I went back to speak to the manager at the time. The manager looked at the tech and told me that it is normal. But seriously, 5 year old new tires, that I had paid for new tires at the time. Really sucks. I am afraid of putting them in the winter, they might explode while I drive or leak air, possibly leaving me stranded.Hope someone would call me or reach out to me to discuss.I have photographs to prove both claims.***BEWARE!! LOOK for damage after tire install.Please check your wheels - inside and out after you get new tires installed at this place.The techs will damage your wheels inside and out. It has happened to me twice in the last year. I've gotten recent damage on some winter rims. They say it is normal to have gouges inside and outside the rim due to the machine doing what it needs to do in order to remove the tire, really? Maybe check your equipment and tools for clearance. Wish they would have offered to get a full set of recently freshly powered coated wheels fully redone vs just getting the face refinished by someone and not having it look uniform. Basically I have to get wheels redone and pay someone else to remount.Very upsetting!!

Sadly their customer service has gone way down hill. This is the second time I've had to wait about 4 hours and service has still not been attempted, so have left. Aries in particular could care less if he helps you or not ; if I was his boss I'd fire him immediately. No attempt to help in anyway whether it's that day or helping you find a good time to get in another week. Just Tires you need to train these people to exceed expections or you will go out of business!

This store is amazing They are always helpful and kind and they keep everyone satisfied. I had to come back three times because there were so many people ahead of me but the third time I came in Aries the Store Manager gave me my service for free becsuse he had noticed my three visits. I really can t say enough about him in this day and age for a Manager to step up like that was going way above the norm and expected!!! Also his Service Manager Agnieszka although all the lanes in the garage were filled and there was a line at both counters she treated everyone with kindness and respect. Getting every customer in for their car repair or maintenance . I would recommend this Just Tires..

Worst service,in this location. Drop the car to replace one tire at 10:30. I have been told that it will be done by 3:00 pm. When I arrived at 3:30 the car was still in the same spot , where I left it.Next time I will strongly recommend the store in Franklin park. Friendly and quick..
