The repairmen were courteous, quick, friendly and professional. I had a new set of tires installed, I had a lug nut that was hard to remove. Initially, they referred me to a mechanic because they didn't want to break the stem but ultimately they figured out a way to safely remove it without damaging my wheel. Great customer service.

Got excellent service on last visit. Typically you'll want to make an appointment, but I needed a new battery and they were able to get me in and had the battery replaced in no time. Shopped while I waited and they checked my receipt at the back entrance so I didn't have to go around.

literally the worst service I have ever had , got tires two months ago cool great my tire senor was messed up right after getting it down got a flat, the sensor registered the wrong tire took it to get it fixed told me I had to leave it there ( mind you I live in Pontiac) had to find a ride to work for that night& when they left a message to have them call them i did so first time they hung up without answering took three times before even bothered to answer, & they cannot even put a spare tire back when it belongs

Tires were dirty. Was 15 minutes over the hour they gave me to replace tires (which was ridiculous lenght to begin with since I had an appointment)

Not so great experience, I came in at around 10am, checked my vehicle in, and was asked for my number to notify me when it was done in case I was roaming around the store, I shopped around for a bit. came back at maybe around 10:30am -10:45am, and was just sitting by the batteries till 11:15am, when I noticed there were no cars being worked on, I had to go to the counter and ask what the status of my vehicle was. It was already done since 10:22am and I was never told out about it, till I asked. Overall a poor experience.

Awesome tire experience. Steve and crew hooked me up big-time. They got me in & out super fast. Was even less than quoted over the phone. Thanks alot guys.

They don't clean the rims when putting new tires on. Your tires will be flat within a couple of days.

Our family has been going to Sam s Club Tires for years. Lonnie did a great job repairing a tire for us today!

Open up your tire center. They are essential. I mean you need tires to drive to your essential job. You are losing business.
