Josh was extremely polite and helpful. Went in for a scheduled A Service. Finished quicker than expected. Enjoyed the waiting room desks with wifi. The only thing I wish I had known is that they didn't rotate tires. With 10,000 miles...shouldn't the tires be rotated?

Purchased a vehicle, at my first oil change the vehicle needed $5000 worth in repairs. They claimed that they did not know about it. I took it to 3 other shops in the area and they all said that there was no way they could have missed this as the wear and tear on the engine and parts was prominent. They just wanted me to pay for the repairs they did not want to fix.Please be careful when you purchase a used car from this place.

Purchased a new vehicle this past weekend and the whole experience was very easy, quick, and painless. Everyone there from the sales person, to the finance person, and the tech person were very friendly and helpful. If you are in the market for a new car ask for Mike E., he was amazing!

Dubious tactics, abruptly stop communicating if they realize you are aware and they cannot rip you off. I would expect MB dealerships to be more sophisticated than the not so reputed dealers in the industry.

One word Justin. I have a 2023 C 43 AMG. I was on the Search for approximately two week looking for my radiator. No one was about to help me but Mercedes-Benz of Bloomington (Justin) my search ended with Justin, after being told my part was discontinued and no longer in manufacture and the warehouse in Germany does not have my part and my ETA for my part is unknown.

Jesus I have never had such a bad experience buying a vehicle. The first salesman was a complete jerk and made rude remarks throughout the entire time I was shopping around. It was almost as if he was begging us to leave more convincing to not buy the car. I asked for a different salesman because I did not want to buy the car with him, only for the second one to have the worst breath I ve experienced in a while, even through a mask, which really ruined my whole experience. Neither salesmen knew anything about any of the vehicles we were taking a look at. Furthermore, it is impossible to get a call answered at this dealership. I should not have to show up in person to reschedule a service appointment after having my call be ignored multiple times throughout multiple day and times. Also, service loaner vehicles apparently are never promised, so I m not sure how this dealership thinks it s reasonable to leave customers without a car for multiple days at a time but I guess that s the norm here. I try to find redeeming qualities with every interaction I have with this dealership but my overall experience just worsens each time.

Very helpful and great dealership to get a car from. I told them what I was wanting looking at and found out the price was too high, they helped me get it down to a price that was affordable and better for me. They were able to help me with getting a great deal and also were able to describe everything and made sure I knew what everything of the paper work meant. They also helped make sure that I knew everything in and out of the car with what everything did and made sure I had no questions and made sure I was completely satisfied, comfortable and happy with everything. When I first got there I was offered water and this also happened multiple times throughout the day, they were constantly checking to make sure I was okay and comfortable. Great experience and would recommend doing business here!

We had a great experience here! Juan was great to work with and made our car trade in super easy. We didn t feel pressured into a decision and felt well taken care of. Juan was so friendly and easy to get along with! We would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends.

Unfortunately, had this dealership charging me almost $500 to process titlework for a cash purchase, and after several attempts to get it from them receive title and was told to go to my local BMV to do it myself. Nobody admitted overcharge and after a while stopped responding. Bad business

Lamont is an excellent salesman. He was very kind and helpful. Car searching can be a stressful situation, but this was by far my best experience at a dealership. He listened when I was explaining myself, and gave me enough space that I didn t feel overwhelmed or rushed. Lamont was also very knowledgeable and guided me to vehicles that would fit my needs the best, as well as answer my questions in a clear understandable manner.

This Mercedes dealership is the worst dealership experience I have ever had. I had a tire with low pressure and brought my GLA250 in to get the tire looked at. To begin my terrible experience I pulled into the service garage and waited with my window down for 15 min with NO ONE coming up to me. When I did finally get to speak to someone the gentleman was not helpful and rude. I just wanted to get my tired plugged and fix the leak, but he told me that was not able to happen. He informed me that I was going to have to replace ALL four tires for over $1000. When I told him I couldn t do that today he told me you have to well no I don t that s a lot of money and I didn t appreciate him demanding it. He made me feel like he just wanted my money and wasn t there to actually help me. Everyone there looked like they rolled out of bed and was very unprofessional. I will never take my Mercedes there again!!!! So appalled to be driving a luxury car and having the dealership be so unprofessional.

I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Horeb. My original sales person was Eli, but I m actually happy that Horeb got the sale. I was acknowledged when I walked in the door and taken care of as soon as Eli said he had an appointment. He was cordial and very helpful. I have high anxiety and don t usually go to dealerships alone. Meeting new people at a new dealership is very hard for me. I usually stick to one dealership where I know everyone. But, being I needed to find a new dealership this was a huge adjustment for me and I was mostly comfortable with Horeb. Mo, also made me feel comfortable in the finance department. I will definitely return to this dealership for another car when I need one.

If you re buying a car from this place, you ve got to talk to Carl F! This dude was Awesome! Knowledgeable, not pushy, understanding, listened carefully to what we were looking for, and best of all had a great sense of humor. This is the kind of guy you d want to hang out and much more buy a car from! We truly appreciate the time and care he took with us and we are so happy we came to see him! Thanks Carl!

I worked with Adam today to purchase a Nissan Rogue. Overall a great and speedy experience! Just be aware of the required Xzilon add-on at this dealership. It is published on their website. Adam was great and friendly and made the process very easy starting from the first phone call to sales until the final signing of papers. I would recommend this place!

I drove down from Naperville, IL was completely amazed by both the quantity and quality of the New and used car Inventory at MB- Bloomington.Amazing selection across the board. We met Jose Chavez, their GM as well as Randy Hahn, their Service and Parts director. Really great guys to work with!!!Beautiful facility and Service Personnel were extremely eager to answer any / all of our post- sale questions.Thanks for making my drive worthwhile!!!!!!!!

I had a very warm and welcoming experience. Most places bombard you straight off the bat but my sale-man Lamont gave me the space I needed to look around first and gather my thoughts before asking questions. Lamont was a very kind man who was patient with myself and all the questions I had. I'm the type of person that has no idea what I want until someone shows me something that I need. and After Lamont got a feel for myself and what I was looking for he pointed me in the right direction. He is by far one of the best sale-man I have ever come in contact with.

Do yourself a favor and shop around for quotes before taking your vehicle to this place. Took my Mercedes here for Service B and it was $900! I had this service done 2 years ago at the Peoria location and it was $620. I made the mistake of assuming it would be a similar price since they are both MB dealerships in the same region. Comparing the 2 invoices, the difference was labor. Out of the $900, I was charged $650 for labor only. I find it hard to believe that the actual cost of labor was $650 for a service that took 2 1/2 hours. It s either excessive, or the charges are miscategorized and dishonest. I called another MB location in the central Illinois region and was quoted $650-$700 for the same service, all fees and taxes included. Apparently this location and the Peoria location have the same owners now, so I d imagine Peoria is now a rip off too.Full disclosure, I did let the MB advisor know that I wasn t happy with the price and she did offer $150 off my next service, which is Service A. I asked what they charge for Service A, and she said it s $390. I checked my last receipt for Service A, which was in done in 2020, and was charged $240. So basically her offer wouldn t do me any good. She said she d follow up with me since I still wasn t happy and I haven t heard anything.I definitely won t be returning for service, and I definitely won t be returning to purchase a vehicle. Which is unfortunate for them because I purchase a new vehicle once every 6 years due to the fact that I own a business.

I scheduled a test drive Friday. The dealership was very clean, the car had been disinfected, all personal had masks, and were very aware of health conditions. Douglas meet us and went over somethings and did not go with us on the test drive. He did an outstanding job of answering our many questions and did not pressure us but informed us. I had no intention of buying it that day but did. Everyone was very professional and even after the papers were all signed Douglas spent a long time going over everything with us. We left with the car of our dreams. I highly recommend this dealership and Douglas if you are in the market for a car.Bill Reynolds

I want to start by saying what a pleasure it was to work with Khris Brown at Mercedes-Benz of Bloomington!I was in the market for a new Mercedes and scoured the internet for the specific model, color, trim package, and price point that appealed to me. I started with my local dealerships and then worked outwards; I called dealerships after dealerships, only to be told that the vehicle I wanted was sold yesterday, someone had a deposit on that vehicle, or I would have to wait for a special order. After several days of research and semi-frustration, I called Mercedes-Benz of Bloomington, and Khris answered the phone. After a brief hold, she confirmed that the vehicle I wanted is, in fact, available. I immediately placed a deposit to hold the vehicle.We worked out the details by email, phone, and text. I have to say Khis made this one of the most seamless vehicle transactions I have ever had. A few days later, I flew in from New York, and she picked me up from the airport 40 minutes away and drove me to the dealership, where I completed my purchase. I would highly recommend using her. Throughout the acquisition, she was personable and professional and answered all questions to my satisfaction.I am pleased with my purchase, and I highly recommend Khris Brown at Mercedes-Benz of Bloomington. Khris, thank you again.
