Prices seem high, but I didn't check any other shops. It took a very long time to complete the job because the younger guys that worked on it didn't have much experience on parking brakes according to the manager. They were very nice during the process though.

While I don t love spending $500-$600 on repairs they were able to get me in same day and out of the shop with my car fixed within an hour and a half. Good service and quick. Thank you.

I got an oil change here. I had a 9am appointment, and they didn t have my vehicle done until 10:30 am. Also, a lady showed up for the same service at 10am and her car was completed before mine was. I also felt the a full synthetic oil change was WAY over priced. I don t think I will be returning there to get my vehicle serviced.

I called this location and spoke to a guy named Mark about some issues my Son, attending ISU, was having with his car. The guys took great care of my Son s car and explained everything thoroughly. Highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable and efficient. They diagnose the problem accurately if possible or tell you what the range of possible causes are from most likely to least likely. Cost estimates provided.

Went to get my brakes replaced, 2 days later my car started shaking, they tell me i need new spark plugs, get them replaced, in the same day my car is doing the exact same thing, take it back they tell me my coils on my spark plugs are bad as well. Cost me an arm & a leg. I feel like if you re doing a full inspection on a vehicle & you know something is going to need replaced soon why not tell the costumer? Won t be back.

Great service, Mark was helpful and accommodating. The wait time was reasonable and the diagnosis was prompt and had all the information needed to reach a decision of how to proceed. Will definitely return in the future.

The guys at Meineke went above and beyond to my custom job. Put, dual exhaust on for me and made my ride sound great, thanks Mark and team. Also, got me a decal for my Cherry Bomb muffler.Can't go wrong with these guys.

Positives first, got an appointment the day after I called. Didn't try to charge me for additional things. Friendly staff.Negatives, ended up paying more than quoted, for a simple oil change and tire rotation, and that was with a $15 coupon. The whole appointment took an hour and a half. Will not be going back and will find a different place to do oil change in town.

There was some scheduling glitch where the online appointment didn t get communicated to the shop. It was late in the day and Mark said a couple guys called off, but he would squeeze me in. He ended up having to run and grab a fuse from another store, but they worked past the shop closing to get it done. Took my car back based on that experience and was not disappointed. Great team at this location.

Their price for a brief safety inspections was $38. Jiffy Lube charges $23 for the same service.

Easy to get an appt. Manager and technicians was very nice and courteous. Happy with the work that was performed and they explained everything that was wrong with my truck.. They are more trustworthy than any of the places in Pontiac and will definitely drive the 35 miles from Pontiac to go there again to have my vehicle serviced. I definitely recommend them! Excellent first time experience with them!!!Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension replacement, Brakes, Oil change

Came in as a first time customer. Got a full synthetic oil change. My washer fluid was low and had a low tire. Perfect timing. My fluid was not filled and tire pressure was not checked or filled. Per the website these are part of each standard oil change. Also did not receive a sticker indicating at what mileage my next oil change should take place. Won t be back.Service: Oil change
