I typically hate getting my oil changed, but I definitely found my new go-to place. The customer service is amazing and they do not play around - you are in and out! The woman who was primarily interacting with customers is so nice and she knows that place in and out. I also appreciate that they have quality oil and they check a variety of maintenance things to make sure your car is good to go. 10/10 will be recommending to others!

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I always dread getting my oil changed, but they made it painless and enjoyable. I will return for my next oil change.

Fast, friendly, and good quality job. Oil change and wind shield wipers were changed out in less than 15 minutes. Price was very reasonable. Will be coming back next oil change.

I will never go anywhere else for an oil change. I always receive exceptional service from friendly faces. Ashley is the reason I started coming here after she showed kindness offering to help air up tires when she saw me struggling to do so.

After someone unsuccessfully changed my oil, I went into Big Rays here and received amazing customer service, a quick job, and an informative trip. They went above and beyond. Will be coming here for all my oil changes, and am recommending to friends and family.

Ok for an oil change, I don t trust them to dig around anywhere else in my engine. They recommended an air filter change by showing me a very dirty air filter that had red outer edges. I denied the service. When I went to replace my filter I noticed my actual filter was not the one they showed me. Also the air sensor was not reattached and one of the screws were freshly stripped. My guess, they had a hard time getting my actual air filter out and showed me a decoy; it is very difficult to get my air filter cover off without disconnecting the battery, and of course my battery had not been disconnected.

Coming out of a cold spell, I saw one of my tires was terribly low. I went to the gas station next door and the air machine was off. I went to the station down the road...and the air machine was broken. So as a last ditch effort, I headed over to Big Ray's. They pulled me in, gassed up the rubbers, and sent me on my way without charge. I really appreciate the kindness that they showed, and a simple act just got them a customer for life!

I love this place very friendly and fast. They communicated everything to me that they were doing with my car and I felt very comfortable. I was denied a oil change a week earlier due to me having a skid plate on my car but Big Ray s completed my oil change with no problem. I also went right before closing and still received great work and customer service. Highly recommend to everyone even told my family members. Satisfied customer, I will be back for my vehicle needs. Daniel and Tom is who worked on my car and I can tell it runs way better.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This place went above and beyond to diagnose the issue and make sure that i wasn't over paying for services that were covered under the 2 year warranty. Car maintenance is so expensive so I am extremely grateful that they spent the extra time making sure I saw set up for success. Highly recommendedService: BrakesService: Brakes

I went in for an oil change and there were issues getting the bolts from my skid plate off. I was told to get new bolts and to bring it back and they would get the oil filter changed. I returned 3 weeks later and the staff, especially the manager, was so kind and let me know step by step what was going on. I couldn't be happier with the service and customer service given to me. Visited Big Ray's today and was very pleased. They open on a Sunday which is really rare. Once I got there they got me right in and I didn't even have to leave my car. Dave and Everett were great, they were both very nice and knowledgeable. They took the time to show me what was what with my situation. My oil situation was pretty bad and they were able to successfully clean it all out and get me on my way in a timely manner. Prices comparable or better to places I've used in the past, would recommend and will visit again.Services: Auto engine tuning, Oil change

This place has great employee s! They have great personalities and try to please the customer. Very professional communication and they try to make their job fun. The Technicians have always gone above and beyond when I ve had issues with my cars.And I have never given a 5 star rating to any business, this is the first time for me.A business has to really step up to get 5 stars. Big rays oil change in normal is by far the best quick change oil place in the twin cities. They are fast, knowledgeable, and have great customer service. They go over every thing they are doing for you and don t try and up sell you on anything. I have never had a bad experience at big rays and I ve been coming here for years with new vehicles as well as older vehicles. Great affordable local place with quality people who want to do a great job for you!Service: Oil change

I had stopped in there about a week ago I wanted to make sure that my brakes were all good. There were two gentlemen that I spoke to Aaron and Mike. when I tell you that these two gentleman went out of their way to help me is an understatement!! A week prior to this I had a water pump put on my vehicle ( not by them) paid $125 for the labor and the water pump 69 apparently they did not put on the water pump correctly and only put two screws back on it Aaron noticed it and went out of his way to fix it and there was also another part that I had no idea of that was put on backwards that they went out of their way to fix as well.. I just want everyone to know these two gentlemen are amazing!!! And to Aaron and Mike thank you.. you are both really appreciated!! If I could give you guys a hundred Stars you got them
