Pulled in to get air for my 5th wheel tires. The techs were happy to fill us up for free. I asked how my tires looked, the tech advised that one of them needed attention soon. Since I was already in the bay they were able to perform the replacement within 15-20 minutes. They gave me options on my choices and explained the differences. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. 5 stars all the way. Highly recommended for your tire needs!

We did some lighting work for them. They were very helpful on getting things moved when needed. Was there for two days they got customers in and out! If you need good quality and fast service, this is the place to go!!!Thank you for the business!

As always, the best place to go for professional tire service. They had to resolve another tire shops lack of knowledge and experience for me today. The driver should have gone to Best One to begin with. Great job as always guys !!

The name lives up to my experience, except I would call it Best One of the Entire USA. I am a woman solo driving over 35k miles a year for 10 years through all 48 contiguous for work. I have stopped at countless mechanics and auto shops, and this is the best experience I have ever had by a long shot.I don't know these people from Adam, but they treated me like a member of the family. I found my third nail in the tire this year, and was NOT happy about it, called around in Peoria and got treated horribly, and then after one of the most pleasant phone experiences ever, these lovely people took me in, gave me tissues and cold water, and checked every tire on my truck BECAUSE THEY CARED.They found an old patch was eroding my tire from within, found me some good tires, and gave me a great price. Had me in and out in under three hours. I am so suspicious after getting screwed over by mechanics twice this year, and these people totally restored my faith in humanity. I will go out of my way to come back to them on my way through Illinois next year. Appreciation doesn't even start to explain. If you need an honest shop, THIS IS WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR.

What a terrific experience! We needed 6 new tires for our Class A RV and the best quote we received from was this team of professionals, who gave us outstanding technical and customer service. We'll never go anywhere else and will recommend Best One of CI to all of our friends & family.

Misleading . Nice people but communications was lacking. Called about tire..they have it 140$ great. Asked to have it only put on rim take old one off. No valve replacement. Mounting 40$ ok. But another 39.50 to balance ouch. 8$ valve stem. 15$ disposal. Taxes and we re at 254$ wow that's a big bill. Why say no to a service and then do it anyway. Not all people are diving commercial trucks..

Driving from Colorado to Maine with our camper trailer, we started off in the morning and discovered we had problems with the valve stems on 2 tires. Best One in Normal was the closest tire store, which was a lucky break for us. They took us in right away, and service was friendly, professional and thorough. We were back on the road in less than an hour. I wish they could be our local store!

I cannot express enough of how easy it is to work with the Team at Best One Tire in Normal, IL. They go the extra mile every time. We are a demanding shop that has a lot of need it right now situations and they always rise to the occasion. From dealing with the front of the house Kim is always polite and courteous. Matt & Chris always make it happen. If you are in the need a great tire shop look no further..........

No more T/A Loves or other bs places with 10year of waiting time. This people very polite, reasonable priced (cheaper than t/a & bs places) with good selection of tires (no Chinese knock offs) took me right away and I was out in 30mins. I m impressed. Will change tires from them. Good business.

Coming from Wisconsin blew a tire in Hudson Illinois. Had both back tires replaced within an hour and a half. Great service!!

I have done both personal and commercial business with Tommy House Tire. I have never been more impressed with service than the service provided by this group. I always have answers to product questions and I am constantly confident that I am getting the best prices and professional services. I just was told that the tires that I needed for my personal truck (33x12.5R16.5) were on a 6-8 week backorder. The 16.5 rim is obsolete, and they along with 3 other tire providers in Bloomington-Normal said that I am going to have trouble finding a replacement set. After speaking with Matt at Tommy House Tire I was told that he would do the best he could to get them. Literally 3 days later my phone rang and it was Matt calling me back to say that my new tires were going to be in that afternoon. This is only one of the experiences that I have encountered with them and I am sure I will continue to be pleased with the future business. Lastly, they now have the ability to do heavy equipment tire services. I personally have called them out to our material pit to replace a Caterpillar articulated truck front tire. They were there and had the job done in less than 1 1/2 hrs. That's incredible.

Tire service is great, but don't get your truck aligned here. My truck had suspension problems that they missed before aligning it, now I'm dealing with the headache from it

Had a bolt in our truck tire 500 miles from home, the guys were super nice, took care of us immediately, fixed the tire and had us on our way within 30 minutes!

My first thought reading reviews was these are bought reviews or just annoying tourists but no this place is pretty awesome professional driver here I pulled in and his bays was full so he just had a service truck change my tires in the parking lot 10 minutes and my tires are already off the truck my company has a account here if at all possible this will be the only place I have tire work done
