This place is great. I have had my car repaired here twice and both times, it was fixed within hours of me dropping it off. Matt replaced my car door and charged me $1000 less than the estimate because he found the door cheaper than expected! Honest and timely.

Brought my truck in with a large dented bumper and Matt got me in and had it repaired very quickly for a fair price. Excellent service and workmanship

I highly recommend this place! A branch hit my passenger door and made a dent. They had their dent guy take a look at it and had it looking so much better! Their pricing is very affordable and if I need any other body work done, I will definitely be back! This place was awesome and Matt answered me right away! He had me drop it off first thing in the morning and I was able to pick it up, same day!Service: Body & Trim

These guys are great. When we found out insurance wasn't going to cover the damage to my daughter's car, they went above and beyond to find used parts and repair techniques to save us over $1,500. Alternative has always treated myself and my family with the utmost respect and professionalism. Our bumper took some serious water damage and I went to Matt to get it fixed. Not only was this done in under an hour, but Matt did not charge me, fixed the bumper, and informed me that there was a radiator issue that I would need to go through insurance for. What I thought would be a big job, the owner Matt said he d first try to clean up the damaged spot & buff it out. Fifteen minutes later my car was perfect & good as new, saving me a lot of money. This place is the best. I took my Honda Civic to them and not only was the price amazing, my car looked as though nothing had happened at all. Fast forward a year, when we had a mishap with the back door of my CRV was left open by my 8-year-old and I hit the garage. The door bent back and wouldn t close all the way. I was almost in tears thinking my car would flood with rain while I was at work. Matt took my car in his garage and fixed the hinges so that my car wouldn t leak. He didn t charge me, he just took five minutes out of his day to help me get my door closed. Sometimes it feels like there is a shortage of decent humans out there. Matt reminded me that they still exist. When you need a body shop the best course is usually to go around and get multiple quotes. Take my advice and save yourself some time, the best body shop in BloNo is this one. I won t go anywhere else.Service: Body & Trim

Matt is super nice and helpful. Honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. Our car battery died in the parking lot across the street from his shop. It was after hours, and we walked over to ask for help. We were stranded and AAA couldn't get there for three hours. Matt came right over to jump start our car - turned out it was a loose battery cable. He tightened for us and we were on our way.Service: Battery

Just had my car repaired by the guys at Autobody Alternative and I could not be more pleased! They did an excellent job on the repairs for a VERY reasonable price. If you are looking for quality work at a reasonable price take your car to these guys. A special thanks to Lucas, as he was very accommodating while I was having my car repaired and on vacation out of the country.

They do excellent work at an amazing price. After I had a run in with a curb, they welded my front bumper back on and popped out a large dent, for $72. I was quoted $1200 at another autobody shop as they said the bumper needed totally replaced, so this was amazing!

Matt is a spectacular example of a great staff member. My bumper was falling off and he took the time out of his day to quickly fix my car when I walked into his shop. I met Matt in the line of a store when he overheard my conversation with someone else and offered to come look at it. I appreciate his transparency and honesty and would definitely recommend him & Auto Body Alternative.

Matt buffed out some major scratches on my car and gave me much need advice on purchasing products that I needed. He spent close to 1/2 hr working on my car at no charge. I had a few quotes for a repair (detached spoiler) from different body shops. AA found an innovative solution which saved me $200 and avoided potential long-term issues. (They replaced the entire hatch; the other guys wanted to weld the holes and reattach the spoiler, which can lead to rusting and weaken the metal.). Also, they got it done 2 days quicker than estimated. Excellent experience. Thanks, guys!

Went to the dealership first, then a competing body shop in town, then stopped into Autobody Alternative for an estimate. I'm so glad I did. They charged about a fifth what the dealership would have wanted and half what a competitor asked for. Sometimes you get what you pay for, but with Autobody Alternative, happy to say this wasn't the case. I had some pretty serious dents and scratches on a 2017 Camaro 2SS. I believe the tech that repaired the vehicle's name was Matt. Car was finished by the time I got back from vacation and for the agreed price, but more importantly, it's like the damage never happened. These guys are artists with a hammer and magicians with a paint gun. Couldn't be happier and happy to recommend them.

Took my wife's RAV4 in for some PDR and touch up (paint) work to be completed. The dent was in a very crappy spot and really messed up the contours of the right rear. Anyway, the damn dent came out! Scratches 90% fixed (some were just too deep). I was not looking for perfection but Eric and his crew came pretty darn close to it. Thank you very much for your time. I highly recommend these guys. Very professional. Courteous. Lastly, very timely. Great JOB guys! Now, I can stop seeing that damn dent. Sucks to be OCD!

I have taken three different vehicles to Autobody Alternative for repair and each time I am amazed at the low cost compared to other body shops, not to mention the personalized service and excellent work. I recommend everyone I can to use them!

Everyone does autobody work nowadays. But if you want your car done right give Autobody Alternative a try. They're trained professionals with years of experience.

I brought my Chevy Equinox in to get some bodywork done from a fender bender and these guys got it done in less time than was quoted and at a quarter of the cost of another body shop......cant thank these guys enough!!!!!
