We were graciously welcomed when we walked in the door by Luz Guzman. She took the time to help us with a test drive, explaining the buying process & my trade in & was extremely knowledgeable with everything. We had visited a different Nissan dealer first when searching for our car & it felt very cold. We asked for a business card from this sales rep but was told we do everything by text so will send you a text which we never got. At Star Nissan it felt comfortable & not pressured. Luz was terrific & followed up with me the day after we picked up our vehicle. Would highly recommend Star & Luz Guzman to anyone looking to buy a Nissan.

Great experience! I am a college student graduating in May, and I will be needing a car in a few months to drive to my job and back. Olga, the sales lady, helped get my parents two cars, so I knew to reach out to her. I visited her and talked about my wants and needs, and she found me a great deal on a brand new car! They gave me an offer I couldn t refuse. I m happy to be an official member of the Star Nissan family.

Arnela was our sales rep and she was AMAZING. She is such a sweet woman and very patient. We took our kids and they were being very active as kids are but she was very calm and let my daughter draw on a piece of paper while we figured out our car option. We will definitely be coming back for our next car here.

Olga was amazing at giving me my options and following up. She was thorough and explain everything to me and delightful to work with. Bruce was also so kind and explained the finance process and what the best options were with the budget we had and being so short on time for turning in the lease. Definitely coming back to work with them both

Our Sales Rep Enzo Ornelas was very helpful and was very knowledgeable and made our decision to choose the right vehicle somewhat an easy task. He was very patient and friendly and made our car buying experience less stressful. I would definitely recommend Star Nissan for it's wonderful customer service.

I went to star Nissan to do an oil change but instead I came out with a new car. If you re looking for quality customer service in your car search, Enzo s is your guy, he is an exceptional sales man at your dealership. He knowledgeable, friendly and willing to go the extra mile, he made me feel welcome and helped me with any questions I had. I would recommend him in purchasing a new car.

Joel and Omar really made all the difference while purchasing a car! They had such great personalities and I could sense the geniune care with getting me the price I needed. I went in to look at an older model because I had a strict budget. I ended up leaving in 2021 with all the bells and whistles I was praying for at an affordable price!!! They did a great job and I would recommend anyone shopping for a good price to stop in and ask for Omar.

I came in for a Nissan Sentra left with a brand new 2024. ENZO is the guy to go to. Enzo is amazing and cautious of everything he does. He has a great personality and shows you that he wants you to win. He is a great person and we had extremely good conversation. He was excited and happy to help. I love people who loves their job and Enzo is definitely one of them. I thought I wasn t going to be able to leave with my car the same day because it was late but Enzo was a superhero and helped. It was so nice to talk to him and be in his company. The best salesman I ever had. Thanks man.

I knew what I wanted when I came in but was pleasantly surprised they had a fresh off the truck new blue Versa ready to sell. My test drive with Enzo was great. He did not dictate every turn, just helped me navigate back to the dealership. He was very polite and helped me settle on a price that worked for me.

Great experience, my sales persona was Arnela and was very helpful with all the questions my family and I had, we were very lucky to have her helping us. Sherly was the manager describing the rest of the information, she even helped us in Spanish, our native language.It was a great experience!

Great buying experience with Arnela! She made the process fun and seamless. She was very helpful with viewing the cars that we were interested in and walking us through the buying process. She was very accommodating and personable and we never felt pressured from her. Highly recommend Arnela!

I walked into Star Nissan just to look at a Kick. Arnela greeted me and I am so happy she did. TBH this was my first new car and I was scared. She made me feel not only comfortable but confident. She addressed my fears regarding finances, explained all of the features I wanted, we found a vehicle that had the features I wanted and am going to be driving my new car home today!

Bought my first car here - a 2016 Miata! Anthony M was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the entire process. It was a very busy Saturday, but Anthony did an amazing job answering all of my questions. It was difficult to get approved for car insurance prior to stopping by since I was a first-time buyer - and I needed approval in a short timeframe. However, Anthony spent hours calling companies to get me same-day approval. A potentially high-stress day was enjoyable and worth it thanks to his help! I appreciated his genuine care and interest in my first car hunt. Highly recommend. Top tier patience and service.

I felt like part of the Nissan family, and the treatment was royal stepping into the door. Mr. Richard, my mechanic, was cordial from our first conversation and, throughout my visit, took his time to explain everything he did and what I needed to do for further service. Great service! My car was giving me some issues, I bought it in without an appointment and they ran a few diagnostics on it until they found the issue and repaired it. They even have a great shuttle service where they pick up and drop off the customer, which was really convenient. Overall very happy.

I was a little bit thrown off when the Nissan that was closest to my house closed. I called the service department and was directed to Nissan in Niles. I went there at 3:15 and they told me they'd be able to look at my vehicle right away. I was in and out in 30 minutes. My tire was fixed, I wasn't sold anything I didn't need. I felt like I was taken care of. Everyone in the service department was friendly to myself and my infant daughter. We were taken care of, it was painless and I will absolutely be returning for future Nissan needs.

I have been a customer for Star Nissan for about 8 years now and it has always been nothing but a good experience. I have bought a 2016 , 2018, and now a 2024 Nissan Versa here at this dealership. I had the pleasure of working with Lukasz who was very patient and informing. He helped explain to me all the new features that comes with the new vehicles. I would highly recommend Star Nissan to my friends and family and would ask for Lukasz.

Rich Pittman took his time to help me with a concern about my pathfinder starting after a separate company did bad work on it. Rich and the technician took time to listen to all of my experiences with the car not starting and thoroughly looked to find the issue with the car. Rich even recommended an oil change and recall that wasn t on my mind because I was so concerned about the suv starting. Rich and the tech were very helpful!

Came to Star Nissan looking for a vehicle I saw online. Bill Werner my sales person met me right on time. Spoke to me as a person not just a dollar sign. Had a great conversation took the car out on a spin and was delighted so I purchased it. Transaction was smooth and very transparent. Took the car home and unlucky for me the rear brakes overheated. Called Bill that evening and he said we will take care of it. Next morning tow truck picked up the vehicle and was sent in for service. Through service I spoke to Katie and she took great care of me as the process went along. Isaac and Gene also were approving repairs and was delighted that they listen to my concerns about the rear brakes and did a full brake job curtesy of them. Overall recommend Star Nissan for your car purchase and service!

Enzo my salesman is by far the best salesman I ve made business with. He s extremely knowledgeable and has outstanding customers service skills. Enzo explained everything in great detail and took the time to answer all of my concerns and questions. I ve never felt like he was pushing us into buying.Bottom line, if you re in the market for buying a car I highly recommend Enzo. A top notch salesman.
