I had the most phenomenal experience with sales rep Mia Constantine. She was direct, helpful, honest, knowledgeable, and most of all truly understood my needs and worked around them. I was shopping for a specific type of truck (they didn t have there) and I ended up buying a truck that was the more expensive package just so I could give my business to this dealership. As a woman, I was having terrible experiences just about every dealer I went to. Being mistreated and disrespected. Muhammad the manager and every other person I interacted with, even for just a hello, were very warm and friendly. Truly felt valued here. I would give my business to anywhere else!

Very pleasant experience.Traded my VW for a Ford and the process was smooth.I worked with Bart Cheri and I m glad I did.He was super knowledgable about Fords and was very patient with me. He showed me several cars until I settled on one to test drive. His no pressure approach made me feel relaxed and respected.I m very happy I went GMF and I m happy with my purchase.Their dealership is very nice and clean.I will definitely recommend Bart and GMF to my friends and family. Thank you, you have a customer for life

My recent experience with purchasing a vehicle from a Ford dealer in Nales, Illinois has been less than satisfactory. After spending a substantial amount of money, $75,000 to be exact, on a new vehicle, I never would have imagined that I would be dealing with multiple issues within the first few weeks of owning it.The first issue I encountered was a differential leak, which occurred just days after purchasing the vehicle. As frustrating as this was, I understood that sometimes these things can happen with new cars and I was assured by the dealer that it would be taken care of promptly. However, just when I thought the worst was over, I noticed that rain water was leaking into the box of the vehicle. This was the second time I had experienced this issue, and needless to say, I was extremely disappointed.Leaking rain water may seem like a minor issue, but for a vehicle that is supposed to provide a safe and comfortable driving experience, it is a major inconvenience. Not only does it cause damage to the interior of the vehicle, but it also creates a potential safety hazard. The water could potentially damage electrical components, causing malfunctions or even fire. It also creates a slippery surface, making it difficult to drive in wet weather conditions. What is even more concerning is that this is the second time I have experienced this issue with the same vehicle. It makes me question the quality and reliability of the vehicle and the trustworthiness of the dealership. I purchased this vehicle with the expectation that it would be a reliable, well-made product, and I have been met with disappointment and frustration. As a customer, I expect to receive a product that is in good working condition, especially when spending such a large amount of money. It is disappointing to see that even after addressing the issue with the differential leak, another issue has arisen. This leads me to question the quality control processes at the Ford dealer in Nales, Illinois.I am now more than just frustrated, I am concerned about the safety and reliability of this vehicle. It is not something I expected to worry about with a brand new car.In conclusion, my experience with purchasing a vehicle from this Ford dealer has been far from satisfactory. The fact that I have encountered two major issues within the first few weeks of owning the vehicle is concerning and disappointing. I hope that this issue will be resolved promptly and that I will not have to deal with any more issues in the future. As a customer, I expect to receive a quality product and reliable service, and unfortunately, this has not been my experience with this particular vehicle and dealership.

Mark was an amazing salesman. First time buying a car and he made everything really comfortable and easy. He made sure we got everything we came in for and made everything work. Thanks to Erik as well. He was an amazing manager and really put in the work and made sure we walked out with a car and good deal. Great experience.

I have been going to this dealership for years and will sadly need to look elsewhere. When I started using Golf Mill Ford for my 14' Ford Explorer 5 years ago, they were reasonably priced and easy to work with. The last 2 years have been the exact opposite and I will no longer be going back. The pricing I have been quoted lately is far and above industry standard ($800 to replace rear AC lines!?!?!? for example) and the level of service has been free-falling. I recently purchased a set of 4 new tires from this dealership in October. I then got a flat and called them to see if the tires were still under warrantee or not. They did not know and said they would look it up and call me back, well after 3 calls, I have yet to get a call back! The last time I reached out, I asked when the next available service appointment was and they said it was going to be at least 60 days!!!! The real shame of it is the flat was due to a nail and only ended up costing me $40 to fix, I can't understand why after spending thousands of dollars here over years they couldn't call me back!Honestly, the number of small issues my car has had and the increasingly difficult time I have had dealing with Ford dealerships has me thinking about trying something else for my next vehicle. Even if I end up staying with Ford, I'm done with Golf Mill for good!!!!

We drove 3 hours one way to purchase a transit at Golf Mill Ford and after working with Rostyslav and Mohammad it was well worth the trip. Not only did Rostyslav work with us for hours on our purchase he took the extra step to send us videos on seat removal to help us out days after our purchase. I would drive again to work with Rostyslav and I hope his company sees the value he is bringing to this establishment. Additionally, Mohammad is a fantastic energetic manager who is easy to relate to. Wonderful experience with down to earth people.

So as many people had good experiences at golf mill ford, I cannot say the same. So I was there on Saturday to go see a used 2010 red Ford Escape, the sales rep I was stuck with, I m sorry to say, has no knowledge of selling cars. We started the application process and told him I was wanting to do no money down, in hopes I can get approved. The vehicle wasn t that pricey, it was a little under $7k, not much and I told the sales rep I didn t want nothing else added. As he brought me the first, second then third proposal, whoever the finance guy was he was dealing with, a $999 warranty was added. I specifically told him I didn t need that and of course that would ve lowered my payments monthly by some but they kept adding it thinking I didn t know what they were doing. They expected too much down, almost half of what the vehicle cost. They weren t looking to make the sale with me, they said they were going to work with me, but no can do. At the end, the sales rep told me to wait for him, now I was already there for almost 2 hours until he told me to wait for him that he would be right back, 20 minutes past and he hadn t returned that I told a lady sales rep that was sitting behind us, to tell him I was leaving. Like how do you leave customers just sitting there. She told me he was a new sales rep, well golf mill ford, you need to train your sales guys a little more before leaving them alone with customers.

I own a Ford F-250 and have just had a terrible time with getting serviced on there. It just seems like it's always something and the weight. They're always three four five weeks out and they don't give rentals anymore or a loaner cars. So hope you have two cars or are able to get some kind of a rental while your car is being serviced. I bought the truck there and every time I bring it in to get it serviced they always bring up something about what my service plan doesn't cover which was never explained to me when I purchased the vehicle. Like I said, just seems like it's always something with them.

I did not have a pleasant experience. This is not a place that I will ever do business with.My dad and I had an appointment with a sales representative (Alex) after speaking with him several times via phone, when we arrived and asked for the rep we sat down while four different people confronted us before someone assisted us. We never had the opportunity to meet with the sales rep that initially scheduled our appointment.Their advertised prices are deceiving. I went through the trouble of making an appointment and driving 1 hour to see a Ford Passenger Transit 350 LXV that was advertised for $60K and then they demanded $70K in the store. I agreed to purchase the van for the advertised price, only to be blindsided. I literally offered them $57K cash per the advertised price. The manager (Mo) did not even counter the offer. Very surprised Yet, next day I found the same Ford Transit Passenger Van in Oak Lawn for 53K out the door.Thank you for not doing the deal yesterday!!!!

Myself and my husband are on the market for a new vehicle for business. We have not purchased the vehicle but we are definitely purchasing from there. Jorge was the best he did his best to explain options. Let us know what we could do but was never a pushy salesperson. I appreciate that. I will definitely be back to purchase from him time and time again!

What is "unwinding a loan?"I'd like to thank my salesman JC for excellent and informative service and support; it was a stressful time--I was a complicated and difficult sale--his efforts (with the support of his supervisor and manager) were tireless and deeply appreciated. Unfortunately I can't thank him; after three weeks of driving and enjoying my new/used vehicle, the deal suddenly fell through--JC was let go (a fact the dealership evidently believed I needed to know)--and I was instructed to return the vehicle within two days or I would risk losing my deposit and be subject to having my new/used vehicle repossessed. The dealer blamed financing (though financing was locked in until the day after the initial reclamation call) and a rogue element within the shop; had thankfully been eradicated (or so I was told). Now I'm not going to make allegations that I can't substantiate, but the smell of rancid fish is the strongest I've ever experienced and I would suggest to any potential customer that you find another dealer to go to, for the purchase of your brand new or used vehicle; these folks seem to run their dealership by virtue of the small print and their ability to dismiss complications and dodge difficult inquiries.

I came in looking to purchase a new vehicle as well as trade in my old one. Hunter W. helped me throughout the entire process and was very helpful in explaining everything I needed to know about my new vehicle. He even went personally to go pick it up from Saint Charles! Very awesome atmosphere and very nice people that work there. Very glad I went with them and would recommend to anybody.

Danialo was extremely rude I would not buy a car from these guys. I rather go to Huntley ford than these guys. Don t buy a car from them. Scammers, rude. Not worth your business. Btw I tried to buy new f-150. Just because my race he made fun of me and called me cheap. I would not recommend anyone doing business with this dealership. THEY DONT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS!!!

After trying to work an honest deal at another Ford dealership without success, I went to Golf Mills Ford and worked with Victor. He was refreshingly honest, did not try to convince me to buy things I didn't want, and gave me what I think was a fair price for my new Bronco Sport. After the sale, he patiently used his expertise to show me all the features of my new car. Hoping to keep this vehicle for a long time, but if I need to buy another car I wouldn't hesitate to back to Victor at Golf Mills Ford.

Horrible dealer, don't go to Jazmine. She cannot communicate effectively. You will be screwed over here. I don't recommend it. I thought one lender would run my credit; instead, it was four. They are not a trustworthy dealer and will try to get you to put more down on a vehicle.

We had a wonderful experience at Golf Mill Ford. My wife wanted to buy out her lease, which originated out of state. Darwin was excellent and helped us set up an appointment to expedite the process. He was professional and accommodating during this process.

Let's just say that I'm impressed... and that's not easy to do. Hamde in finance and the GM Ed are wonderful. I've worked with 2 other dealers looking to extend my warranty, and this dealership was the only one that wasn't more interested in either talking down to me or selling me a new vehicle. I love my car, and I have an 80lb dog that eats them... so I'm better staying where I am than making a $85K chew toy investment. These guys listened and got me what I was looking for. I highly recommend the finance department and the GM. Good guys! (Hamde... stay so when I'm ready to buy I can buy from you! Best of luck to you... and THANK YOU!)

These people did not service and or check the vehicle I purchased what so ever. I purchased the vehicle (2018 Ford ) from their website ( it s a major dealership not a ma and paw) and was told I would not be disappointed. First red flag when I picked it up it was damaged (passenger door had been poorly repaired) but the running board was totally broken. I was hoursfrom home and actually rented a car and Ubered just to get to the place otherwise I would ve just left it. Anyway they agreed to send me a new running board. Fast forward within 4,000 miles of ownership I have had to replace the battery $450 it was bad for the time I purchased it and the rear brakes are just about metal on metal $350. I do my own work I know. I would not have paid what I paid for this vehicle had I known this. Fool me once. In response to owner my decision came after my 5,000 miles of ownership and rear brake pads were down to bare metal (I have pictures) I want nothing from you. I m just sharing my opinion and my experience from this dealership. Share this post with your sales team and I m sure it will ring a bell loud and clear. Just don t call me after. This is a review of my experience. It is done.

I had a great experience at Golf Mill Ford. I sold and purchased a car. I had a special order that was place back in March as soon as the car arrived, Matt my sales associate sent me a picture and asked when I could come it. The process was simple and easy.

I dealt with a lady named Tina she was such a nice person. I bought a car from her Tina went out of her way to help me. Luke I think was the manager very nice and also helpful. John was the financial man and was so friendly and went over things till I understood. I would say go there and see about a car and ask for Tina one of the best.

Avoid Golf Mill Ford at All Costs!I've had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Golf Mill Ford, and I must say, it's been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite having purchased two vans from them previously, I can confidently say that I won't be returning for a third, or recommending them to anyone else.Upon calling about a potential purchase, I was met with a lack of transparency and blatant disregard for customer service. Despite claiming to have ample stock, they refused to provide any details over the phone and insisted I come in person. This was just the beginning of their shady tactics.Upon arriving, I was subjected to every sales trick in the book, which might be acceptable for someone who's indecisive, but not for a business owner who knows exactly what they need. To make matters worse, the van they presented me with, while nearly new, came with an exorbitant price tag that was a staggering $7k above MSRP. Their excuse? A so-called "market adjustment" that reeks of greed and deception. What's more infuriating is that I discovered they hadn't even placed an order for a van I requested over a year and a half ago. This level of incompetence is simply unacceptable. In stark contrast, I reached out to another Ford dealership in Highland Park, where I was greeted with professionalism and efficiency. Not only did they provide me with a clear price over the phone, but I was in and out of the dealership with a new van within 30 minutes. And guess what? Their price was exactly as it should be: MSRP.Save yourself the headache and steer clear of Golf Mill Ford. There are plenty of other dealerships out there that actually value their customers and conduct business ethically.

Just purchased a new F-150 Lariat. They didn t have what I wanted on site but Matt with the sales team couldn t have been more helpful in showing me what they did have so I could see all the individual features I wanted. They found what I was looking for at one of their sister dealerships and had it sent over the next day. Couldn t be happier with the purchase and when I m ready for the next upgrade this is the only place I ll go.

The entire team made the experience 5 stars. I have to say the car buying process can lead customers to have their guard up, but the entire team stood by their word. And I truly do mean end to end. The trade in process was fair, the sales process was stress-free, and the post sale service is great. At the end of the day we have to be reasonable understand that the dealership sells the cars, they are not the designers and engineers. But the response to any issues and efforts they have done for me go above and beyond and it's truly noted.I plan to be a return customer and look forward to working with the team on future purchases.Special shout-out to Frank, Robert, Damian, and Dean. Appreciate everything.
