This was my first visit to Golf Mill Chevrolet for service. Sean C was my service advisor and he was exceptional in all respects. Professional and patient, Sean explained everything is detail and went out of his way to assist me in any way he could. Sean kept me informed of my car s progress and made sure things ran smoothly. This was the best service I have ever received from a dealer.

Golf Mill Chevy is the gold standard of service. Sean C. was outstanding with everything. He provided communication on what needed to be done, recommended maintenance, and when it would all be completed. He also took care of the warranty claim for me so the whole process was effortless. And the service center is super clean. Highly recommended!

Tracy immediately came out to greet me and then came in to the desk area and got me all signed in for my appointment. When my vehicle was finished she came out to the waiting area to let me know. It was a nice experience to work with someone friendly and on top of things.

I broke my driver's side mirror and a construction horse. I went to the Chevy dealer to order a new mirror but when it came in I was in the hospital sick with covid & pneumonia due to lung cancer. Kirk said no problem just let me know when you get out of the hospital & we'll take it from there. I got out of the hospital and waited a couple days to get my strength back and then I set an appointment to have them install the mirror correctly so that there was no problems on my end. Everybody was very nice I was looking through all the cars in the showroom included the Corvettes which I'll never own so I give them five stars. Enough said

My husband took his truck here for a small issue. This dealership is highly professional. The service manager, Evans Marinakis, was stellar. He was very nice, helpful, and truly professional. He went out of his way to address my husband's issue. I highly recommend this dealership. Everyone we encountered there was really a gem. The place is really well kept also. Usually, dread going to the dealer for service, but they made our trip pleasant. Keep up the awesome service.

My AC went out in my car on my way home from work. So I stopped at golf Mill Chevrolet. After arriving I met Scott. His personality was warm and welcome. After I told him my dilemma he was like got to get you in here soon as possible. After making me an appointment we still continue conversation and laughing. My appointment was 7:00 a.m. Scott was there smile on his face. I appreciate good guest service because I too work in guest service. As my car was getting serviced I got a phone call from Scott informing me that they discovered another problem. Scott explained in detail that it was something covered under my warranty. What I appreciate so much is that he went beyond the job and got another job done that would in the future brought me back to the dealership. I also need to add I had a courtesy ride there and back which is also appreciated because the temperature was 98� degrees. So if you need to get your car serviced golf Mill Chevrolet is recommended. Hope you have the pleasure of meeting Scott because he will address all issues and make sure you're satisfied. Thank you Scott for good guest service. Miss Mona
