I accidentally bought the wrong bulbs for our Honda CR-V and Dennis helped me out in a big way by letting me swap them out for the right ones.I greatly appreciate the crew here and Dennis did me a solid, these folks are great and will help you get the parts you need, with excellent service.Five stars!

Great location. Store was well stocked, clean and good helpful employees. Mike was my helper/cashier and he offered excellent suggestions and put my new windshield wipers on in about 10 seconds! Will return for sure!

Cashier Dennis is idiot .I try to wranty exchange to part .first he said u can't do it online part return here than I said yes I can .after my words he said this part defaults your mistake. Actually I checked part with other store they not have in stock they accept it part technically have same insue.dennis not ask when u bit part or other questions. Dennis if u don't like work this business just leave from advanceautoparts my experience more than u .this part show fit my truck but this is for old generation also manufacturers used cheap products and sport lines not enough for 3500 but u idiot u can't think all this .

Dennis was super helpful and kind and was willing to teach me how to prepare for the coming winter. He showed meany products that would help with icy windshields and asked other associates what they would recommend so that I could find the best products. I would highly recommend coming to this advance for your car needs!

I came in the store to look for a good quality wiper blades and a guy named Dennis approached and ask me what Im looking for. So, I told him. Without hesitation he looked for the correct matching wiper blades for my car. Because I can just scan the barcode & get the info I need but giving me a person to person service just for wiper blades that's good customer care. Some workers will just tell you to scan the barcode posted on the stall and find what you're looking for. But Dennis didn't say that. He personally help me find it. Also, I know it's free installation but this guy is a pro because he installed my wiper fast and with CARE, like it's a delicate vehicle. I will come back again to this store. Thanks to Dennis! You're awesome! He's one of the employees that is worth to keep.

If I could do ZERO stars I would. I went in for a battery change and they said no they aren't doing it because it's too cold and that this wasn't a "charity case" for them to be going outside in the cold to do that. Didn't bother checking to see if my battery was even in stock. I Called autozone right after the horrible service from advance auto parts and they said they ARE doing battery changes especially after the freezing cold we just had a few days ago.

Don t ever use this place the employees are extremely rude. I door dashed for them and any DoorDasher we make money though tips. This store refuses to tip and says that it s on doordash to pay us. When explaining to the employee that I had to drive 30 minutes for 3 dollars he said he didn t care that was on you for accepting the order. Door dash now has a pay base on hourly plus tips so if you use that you can t see the amount of money you make for the order until finished. The employee then got extremely rude and then proceeds to scream at me saying we don t tip we don t tip. How will you use a place that is based on pay and not tip don t every shop here the employee are terrible and scream and hang up on you.

Dennis was the man! Walked in right at 7:30, had to get to work, car died at the gas station, got a jump, made it to the store, Dennis got me in and out in 15 minutes with a brand new battery. Forever grateful! Thanks again!

Great friendly staff that are eager to help. They get straight to the point and don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. Dennis did a very professional install of a new car battery for me, even greased up the terminals and cleaned up the terminal connectors for me and wouldn't even accept a tip from me for the great job afterwards! On top of that Advance doesn't charge for the battery install service! Will be back at this location in the future and recommendReturned to this store recently. Again, great friendly service. I believe Michael helped me this time. Thanks again! Recommend and will be back!

I went there for new wiper blades especially since they offer to install. They couldn t. They didn t know how to remove the blade on my car. The store was clean and lovely. Both the salesman were untrained and didn t know what they were doing. I am glad I didn t but the wiper blades. They were priced $10 more than Amazon

Dennis helped me out with my windshield wipers and did a great job! Let me know exactly what I needed and even offered to help me install it but I didn t have the vehicle with me. Either way, great service. Definitely recommend!

For the first time I had the opportunity to stop by Advance Auto parts in Niles this morning. What a GREAT experience! Dennis, you are a gentleman and Good Samaritan. Dennis was so KIND to replace my car battery. He was so efficient, and kind. While he was helping me he also helped another customer to replace his window wipers. I hope his boss sees this review so Dennis can get recognition for his wonderful job. While I was waiting for my turn. Dennis was helping other customers and they all were pleased with him. He was knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you very much Denis! I wish other companies would be fortunate to have people like you on their teams since you are an amazing person.

Advanced Auto Parts sold me windshield wipers that didn't work. When I returned them to the store less than 24 hours later, the employee literally laughed at me and said "you can't return them once they've been installed." I then asked for the store manager, who was just as rude, and initially refused to accept the return.When I told him I was going to file a complaint with corporate, he finally accepted the return. The manager did not apologize for the inconvenience, or express any regret for selling me bad wipers. Instead he abruptly demanded that I show him the receipt, and then angrily processed the transaction without saying a word to me.I have never been treated so rudely in my life, nor had a business so blatantly refuse to stand by it's own product. I will never be going back to Advanced Auto Parts again.

My car wouldn t start on its own so I brought it over after a jump. Dennis helped me out big time. Tested the battery and alternator and then replaced the battery. He was really quick, friendly and nice. Great customer service!

I had a crazy experience over memorial weekend had to make a few calls and visits to the store the staff was pretty rude, long story short when I went in today DENNIS the manager had to be thee coolest guy and he actually helped me get exactly what I needed honestly I m only going back because of him, literally can tell he s a leader and a solid individual for sure I appreciate it again my guy!!!

Amazing service, Niko and Dennis were happy to assist me and diagnose my battery issue. I was under warranty, and they replaced my battery after testing it, and were very professional throughout the process. Highly recommend this location, will continue shopping here. Thank you guys again!

Helpful staff but the management is unprofessional and discourteous. Got a bad wiper and there was no wiggle room 2 days beyond the return policy. Not even a discussion.

Super nice and knowledgeable staff. I can't stress this enough. Staff from all generations of experience at ether to help you in store or order online. Bottom line is that you have access to parts and materials that are currently in scarcity.

Been living in the area for years. Always went here for parts. The new guy (Dennis) terrible attitude with customers. Needs to learn how to talk to people. Very disrespectful person. I dont know who choose him to be a manger.

The staff is extremely helpful. I was having trouble finding some replacement clips for the wheel wells, they came over to help find the ones. They located a set of strut mounts that I have had difficulty finding. They have been very helpful in the past with questions I've had. I've also had batteries, starters, and alternators tested there. There are several auto parts stores closer to my house, but I choose to go there because I think it's worth it.
