Bought a vehicle sight unseen and had it brought to VIP after it had been sitting for 5 years. I gave them carte blanche to do whatever was needed to get it road ready. I also asked for pictures of the vehicle and they obliged. They explained everything that needed to be done and got it done in a timely fashion. This is my second time using this company and I was very happy with both experiences. I trust this company. This is a great place!

10/10 customer service. My car had so many issues going on at once and they were beyond accommodating and knowledgeable on how to get my vehicle up and running again. Thank you especially to James for being a great mechanic!

Amazing customer service, the people I spoke to were fantastic! My car was towed to VIP on Friday 2/29/24 and I had my car back by the end of the day! I will continue to bring my car there anytime I have an issue and would highly recommend VIP!

Always great customer service when I get my oil change. I decided to get my car serviced here and so glad I did. They kept me updated all along and made sure they got a part for me after it initially came in wrong since my son had his driving test the next day. I will definitely be using them again! They also have fair prices! Thank you for the great stress free experience!

I had a great experience purchasing a car from VIP Auto. This was the first time I have purchased a car from a smaller dealer and they did not disappoint. I worked with Mohammed and can t say enough good things about him and the dealer. Everything was as advertised and I purchased the car I had been looking for from out of state and had it shipped to my home.Have owned the car for about a month and love it. Great guys and would highly recommend them.

Owner is not good ,brought my friends car there,said it was fixed and needed a whole engine,would not return some of the labor to her and the lady in front,has a personality of a snake: go to Menards across the street and see Sam,10 stars for them,No it is correct,The 2016 KIA Suv needed a whole engine,after you ,charged her over 800 dollars and almost 400 ,in labor ,I do not have the wrong place,It was verified ,by KIA Joliet..No you screwed over Muna Sheikh ,Kia you charged 850 Dollars went to Kia in Joliet ,Got a new car not from them but Simotes Motors the same Day,your girl in front ,who has a personality like a snake said no money back on the labor ,you are not a good shop ,I send everbody to Sam at Menards across the street from you:They get 20 stars ,you get O:Service: Engine repair

Always go for my oil changes. They are very fast and can usually get me in within a few days or same day. I only wish the appointments lasted longer because the big leather couch is so comfy. And they have coffee!

I brought my daughters Jeep patriot there and they did a great job. Very reasonable too ! I wish I could remember the receptionists name , but she was so nice. Always give this place high marks. However, this time they didn't add important part, waiting for Monday to hear explanation. Benefit of doubt cuz they've always done right by us, really like them. We'll see....... Remember, NEVER EVER use Loya insurance, horrible........

Simply the best automotive work and service I have experienced anywhere. I used to do most all of my own work but VIP Automotive has won me over and I trust them explicitly. How many shops can you say that about? I have spent more at a dealership only to feel like the dealer thought they were doing me a favor, it is the exact opposite at VIP. My only fear is if my review is too positive, they will get too busy to fit me in. :)

It's always hard to find a reliable trustworthy mechanic. We were reccomended to them by someone in the industry and we were not disappointed. They are very honest and only do work that is needed. Very happy to have been referred to them.

Very satisfied with everything ,Mark did to one of our many fleet trucks for our local landscape company. From the estimate to the final repair that was overall inline with the original quote. Mark really came through and it only took three days for a major repair . I will definitely recommend vip to my many business associates. I look forward to having vip auto service and maintain our entire fleet. Thanks again to Mark and Bonnie for the great customer service.

Very disappointed with most recent service. The last couple times I ve brought my cars there, I ve had to bring them back because something was not right. I was also given excuses when I called with my concerns as opposed to feeling that my concerns were heard and responsibility taken. I ve always been happy in the past and I think the owner has a lot of integrity but it appears the attention to detail has been lost.

I had VIP Automotive install my electric running boards on my 2017 Chevy Silverado. The expierence was excellent. The staff there continues to do greatwork every time I've brought my vechile there. I highly recommended them and will be returning as a satisfied customer!!

We moved to New Lenox and was looking for a new mechanic that I could trust and I found one. Great experience. They diagnosed my car and fixed the problem and it's like driving a new car. Would definitely recommend this place. Thank you for being honest!

Everything was just as promised. This is a small shop, but it's NAPA certified and the people are great. Their prices are good and they're certainly convenient if you live in the Lincolnway area.
