I would advise anyone considering buying a car here to make sure you check the car out and take it to a mechanic. These guys are scum and will happily sell you a car that will fall apart. Honestly just go elsewhere you know who you sold the car to. Grey 07trailblazer you shipped to jersey. Ita been in the shop since I got it from you!

Snakes! Don't trust these guys!On Monday, October 16, I agreed to purchase a Ford Ranger from this business. Left a deposit. Communicated regularly with the Salesperson, Brian, as I needed a Bill of Sale for the bank auto loan. Confirmed the truck pickup date. And, they SOLD IT! out from under me. I now have a loan to cancel somehow, and, because I had already transferred my car insurance policy to this used truck, I now do not have insurance for my rental. My original truck had been totaled while parked. The rental is my only vehicle right now.Update: Ahh! The Owner says I'm lying. What a surprise! I never changed the pick up date. I stayed in communication with the Salesperson every step of the way regarding the loan and scheduling. Brian had to supply all the paperwork for the loan twice because the credit union needed specific documents. Additionally, I was upfront about the scheduling challenges to pickup the truck since I live 90 minutes away and work full time. BTW - Oct 16th was not 2 weeks ago. Additionally, I was never asked to provide proof of a loan. I'm sure I could have arranged something with my credit union to fax or email something over. I talked to Brian enough over the past week.

First and Foremost: this was the most fun snd most simplistic in getting my questions answered and get in and out.I worked with I believe Brian and Mike and they GREAT with a great sense of humor.They are straight forward, and make you feel comfortable from the get go.They are great ppl and I10/10 recommend

Don t buy from here. Mike is a scummy cocky owner. Just another auto sales that flips bad cars. Supposedly he has a mechanic at the shop. Before selling the car to us (15k cash), his mechanic replaced the alternator. A week and half after buying the car we heard vibration from the car. Took it to Christian Brothers who did a thorough inspection. The lady said she felt bad for us for buying the car. She said the engine might being consuming oil because the dipstick was very dry with no oil leaks. Also had a dirty engine air filter. The timing belt is in terrible shape. They also said the alternator was not properly installed. Mike had no records of him changing the oil prior. So now we have to wait to see if we have a bad engine and if it needs to be replaced. Clearly he doesn t do a thorough pre inspection when selling the car even though he has a mechanic. He pretty much said you re buying what you re paying for . If you want a place that just flips cars, here you go. If you want a used car that actually inspects the car before selling it..I recommend some where else. This isn t my first time buying a used car. I ve had other places fix issues before selling the car. Also, don t buy the Acura RDX that s on the lot right now..you can tell that car has issues when you pull it out of the lot.

Went and viewed a boat Mike was selling at his location made told him we were very interested based on an inspection made an agreement to have a Insoector review the boat that was paid for and then spoke to Mike and offered a deposit with a contingent to buy and he said no need i know you want the boat and on the day of making an offer tell us that he sold the boat without speaking to us prior to the sale . Talk about poor business skills set and leaving a bad thought on trusting someone , thought he was a better person then that, should have read prior reviews . Very sad what people are coming to these days. Huge disappointment on himAs a person and business man .Your time line is not truth full mike at all, the inspector said to have engine checked you said fine all you had to was call and say you had an offer we looked at the boat on a sat and inspector was out out within 3/4 days as discussed and inspections take at 3 days to get back and you called once and I returned your call immediately again all you had to was call and say I got an full offer, also you know the holiday took in effect the business day. We spoke on sat holiday was Monday and we contacted you Tuesday am as discussed. . Wish you well next time just be more considerate of others you know the time line was well within a faithful timeline . We didn t leave you hanging a deposit wouldn t have been offered if we weren t serious . Good luck in you future and God Bless I normally don t bother with reviews but the dishonesty was upsetting.

Just bought a 2005 Malibu!Car is spotless, VERY well taken care of.Looks and Drives perfectly.Brian sold us the vehicle. He was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to work with us. Didn't spend hours (or any time for that matter) trying to sell all the "extras" we don't want or need. Was honestly the fastest car buying experience I have ever had! I would recommed this place to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle.

Mike and the crew are excellent. Hard to find honest small dealers with good vehicles at great prices these days... but the always have a great selection for every budget. Purchased my wife's Jeep Liberty from Mike and she loves it more than me!

We had a really great experience dealing with Mike. I purchased a car for my son. It was super clean and better in person than described. Mike made what typically can be a stressful situation very easy. He's very personable and doesn't rush you through the process.

Do not trust this place. Had an understand that we would be getting a vehicle on a specific day and the day before I get a message saying sorry it's been sold. So not only did I not have a vehicle that I was made to believe was going to be mine but then I was saddled with a loan that I had to return and start the process all over again. Do not trust this dealer, worst experience. GO ELSEWHERE.

Super great place, I d go back in a heartbeat!They were no hassle, no haggle, no nonsense, looked for the best rate.Then after I left, had the truck for a couple days, we realized the back window wasn t working, they took it in and fixed it with no problems.And fixed a squeaky brake too!

So i recently baught a 2004 chevy avalanche with 81k miles on it from this place. I was super skeptical of a truck being in such great condition being that old and with low miles from a small dealership. Took it for a test drive and after about one min of driving it the check light came on. i was like nope nope nope im turning around . but the truck drove so well and like i said was in great condition. I told mike about it and he said he would fix it. I came back for a test drive and he did fix it like he said so i just had to buy it. He priced it at where i said i wanted it to be which was awesome and took in my car trade. I drove it home and the next day the light came back in again i called mike he told me to bring it in he would fix it. it was the same problem with the gas valve or canister something like that so he fixed it again just like he said. After all of that the truck is amazing and im glad mike was such a good honest saleman. Didnt try to play me on my purchase. The thing is you have to do your homework first. check the car fax check under the vehicle check the engin for oil spills all of that before you buy a car or truck and from some of the bad reviews i see people obviously didnt do that.. I did all of that first which is why i gave them a try and was very satisfied with my purchase.I asked mike about putting a light bar on my truck he said he could do it but it would be cheaper if i got it done at this other location..... what guy you know who owns a buisness would be that honest with you? no one. So if you do your research first i would definitly recommend giving this place a try.

Great car lot in New Lenox. The staff was very friendly and kind. No pressure while we looked at the choices of fun and exciting vehicles. I would recommend US 30 Auto Sales to my friends and family. Thanks again for a great truck.

Awful Business! Had been talking to him for roughly a week. Sent him an e-mail/call at 1pm stating I'd got the loan and would be there Friday and that he needed to send the appropriate paperwork to the Credit Union. He sent the paperwork 6 hours and I get call from my credit union in the morning saying he sold it. No call from Mike at all. Awful business man. Highly disappointed.

Bought a vehicle from here a few months ago. Needless to say I have ran into several costly issues almost immediately after the purchase. My advice DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!

Went in purchased a truck, on top of all the lies of it being clean and all what not it s been 2 weeks I haven t made my first payment yet, trans goes bad. I ll never deal with these cons again.

I put a star because I cannot put zero they are very incompetent and the customer service is terrible I would never try to buy again in this place you have to know before trying to buy here..
