Two cars left just as I pulled up and I was the only vehicle in the shop with two workers. My car was service was $90 for a full synthetic oil change. Little did I know, they didn t check any fluids other than the oil change. The next day was a nasty snow day and I didn t realize I didn t have any windshield washer fluid left in the reservoir. Other oil change places that I have been to have checked my windshield washer fluid and told me I was low and filled it. They also didn t check the air pressure on my tires. One week later the check tire pressure light came on and I had low pressure in 2 tires. My cabin filters were left unchecked. After I shared those two things with a friend of mine, he checked the cabin filter and it was very dirty. He changed the filter for me and now I can do it myself. There was no ultra care for $90 on my visit in January 2024.

Been coming here since my first car at 16. Always fast service, in and out in less than 20 minutes. Never have had a bad experience.

I had gone to this place a few times in the past. I was in need of an oil change and I couldn t remember exactly how much it was until later on so I called and they told me that it would be $49.99 plus tax, of course. So the next morning I get up and I go there, they change the oil and come to the register and tell me that it s $64 and some change. Speaking with the one who claimed to be the manager, who was very rude, saying things like maybe if you came here a year or two ago it was that price. I mean the audacity I had him contact his boss who did not talk to me at all. He hangs up to tell me that his boss is in agreement with the price that he stated to me. So I paid for it. I came home went through some papers found a receipt from my last oil change, and it was indeed $52. This was a bad experience for me. The waiting room was extremely hot no air running at all, rude staff..so from now on, I will take my business to Jiffy Lube or Pep Boys. Just disgraceful. Normally I would change it myself but I m having issues with my left hand so I m not able to at this point.

This place is consistently not there at opening. They average at the minimum a half an hour late. Today I waited for an hour before giving up. I've also had a loose oil filter which resulted in oil all over the underside of my car and garage floor after getting a service there. I keep trying to give them another chance hoping they redeem themselves, but I've lost all hope. I'll be taking my business to a more PROFESSIONAL place.

It is fast but a bit pricey as compared to competitors, about 20 to 30 dollars more than a Jiffy Lube. Courteous customer service. The keys were left under the seat in my car after oil change. It's an autostart system so took a long time to find them once I got home. Would recommend if you need it done fast and can't go to jiffy lube.

Avoid this place at all costs. Noticed an oil patch in my driveway thankfully, going here could ve cost me an engine. They didn t tighten the oil filter, I was down 2 quarts by the time I noticed. Stay away.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

This place has gone downhill since my last visit. The entrance to the customer waiting area is an accident waiting to happen. The price has increased significantly used to be right around 60 now more like 90. Would recommend management clean up the entrance to the waiting area before an elderly person or a kid slips or steps on something and is injured. Maybe empty the trash in the waiting area for a 90 oil change I would expect much better

Do not take your vehicles to Ultra Lube Oil in New Lenox unless you want to make costly repairs down the line. The owner is disrespectful. I understand he wants to take pride in his shop, but he claimed a nationwide reputable car shop that employees trained/certified technicians and stands behind their work, knows less than the kids that work at that oil change place. Told me that i should have brought my vehicle back to them to make a $100 repair to my oil pan instead of the oil pan replacement that was recommended due to failure of the oil pan. Oil pan failure was due to using an oversized plug according to the nationwide reputable vehicle repair shop. Chose to gaslight me instead of listen and come up with a reasonable agreement. Sketchy day after oil change car shows message that it's down 1 quart. Put a quart in light goes off. Go into the place too be reimbursed for a quart of oil I had to put in a day after oil change. Manager would not reimburse me the 12 $ quart on a 115 $ oil change. You just lost a loyal customer of 10 yrs bye bye Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I was hesitant to use this business after reading past reviews, however they were recently under new management and I really needed a quick oil change for my mother's car that I didn't have to schedule an appointment for. I wasn't disappointed, my car was serviced quickly, professionally, and with a smile. I would certainly use their services again.Service: Oil change

I ve been going here for the last 15-20 years. I ve never had an issue and felt like it was a great local business to support.I have attempted to get my oil changed there the last two times. Unfortunately, I will not be going back anymore. I had to drive to Mokena.The last two times I have watched 3 cars including myself get out of line and drive away. The workers paid no attention to the cars lined up outside, one bay open, and clearly no one working inside. The workers today were running around , no one working on a car, and had no bay open. If you are the owner, my unsolicited advice is there needs to be an adult on premises. You are losing a lot of income.

I have been more than accommodating about an oil change mishap gone wrong. I spent 4 hours cleaning up oil in my garage, got my truck towed to be fixed, and paid the mechanic bill. Now 4 weeks later, after calling 2x a week and going in... I still do not have a check for my mechanic bill. This is horrible customer service. DO NOT GO HERE!Service: Oil change

Very disappointed took my car there last week and the oil has been leaking out. Had to take it to another place the plug was bad. Unreal cost me another 85 dollars and I am on Socisl Security so this really hurt. Cannot believe they can t do a proper oil change.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The owner Jimmy put transmission fluid in my car instead of oil also found a white powder left on my dash, not sure what it was. Very unprofessional, holes in the walls, cigarettes burning non stop. Do not come here

Excellent! I was in and out in a matter of about 20 minutes. I went in for an oil and filter change (basic $39) but left with full service (fluids topped off, caps cleaned, filters changed and tires filled) at no additional cost. They checked my filters and gauges and were able to inform me of an air filter issue that would have otherwise gone unnoticed. Highly recommend if you are looking for fast, professional, friendly and relatively cheap car service.

Not a clean pace to take your car for an oil change .They change the oil on my truck and left the fender with oil stains and it is pricey for a none brand name oil.

They're always quick to get in,even w/o. An appt! They're very thorough,they check all your fluids(fill them if needed) and they even fill the tires if needed as well. They are a nice bunch of guys/staff and are reasonably priced. I highly recommend Ultra Care( it's situated behind/next to the corner car wash.

Attempted to come here on a Saturday morning at 8AM, but 8:45 no one ever showed up. You need to update your hours or make sure your employees are on time for work.

This place stripped my oil plug, and then the owner had the nerve to tell me that it s normal wear and tear. The same guy owns Roberts on Maple in New Lenox. Oil all over my driveway after I came home from oil change. Spoke with the owner about the issue and he told me I should be happy that I got two oil changes for the price of one and a stripped oil plug is normal wear and tear. Horrible customer service. I m just glad that I got off with a minor issue. I will never go back. Go at your own risk.

Had my oil changed a week ago. Oil filter was not on right lost 5 quarts of oil and almost ruined my engine. Not the first bad experience here, don t know why I gave them another chance! NEVER AGAIN! 2018 Jeep.

$43.00 for basic oil change. Asked them to check tire pressure because low pressure light was on and they never touched the tires. Left greasy hand prints on two door handles. Also if you have a handicap vehicle with a lift don't bother going here. Got mini van stuck on lift and had to use a pry bar to get it off. I gave them one star because that is the only way I could write a review. And they didn't rest the change oil sensor.

Never again will I take my cars here again. I paid 80$ for an oil change and new air filter. You would think they would top of my fluids instead I find my engine coolant dangerously low not to mention oil around the oil cap . The workers also gave off a weird creepy vibe after my service was done. Stay away from this place its not worth it.

I brought to the technician's attention that I thought I might be having a transmission leak and asked him politely to check the transmission levels as they do for most oil changes. I asked another technician again when I was paying if he checked the levels he said yes hesitantly. The report I got said my transmission levels were full, but I thought something was weird. I went home and checked for myself, and my transmission levels were bone dry.Service: Oil change

Very disappointed!!!I have gone here for years, my wife - daughter & myself .The last 3 jobs overpriced and very rude service.Especially if you ask them a question on something that seems odd .I asked for owner to discuss the bad service .They gave me a false name and location of where I might reach the owner ... once again would love to keep it local , they shot themselves in the foot with attitude.... good luck .

I brought my 2017 Toyota Avalon in for a oil change and a tire rotation. I was told they were too busy to do the tire rotation even though there were 5 mechanics in the floor and only two cars in the shop. When I pointed this out to them i was told my tires were too worn to rotate. The car had 20,000 miles on it. They were just too lazy to do the extra work. I am now taking my car back to the dealer where they will be happy to take my money.

Went to get an oil change on a Saturday ( 2-16-19) morning. Got to the store at 8:15, 15 minutes after the store was supposed to be open and there was no one thereThere were two customers ahead of me. We all waited another 15 minutes and still no workerswere there! This is unacceptableIf you are 5 or 10 minutes late, that s one thing. But to be a half hour late on a Saturday morning ( and this was not the first time) is not the way to run a business or keep customers.The three of us then left. I for one will not be back, and I m not sure the other two customers will be back either.Show up!!! Not hard to do!
