Hi there! I'm a first-time customer to this repair shop.(2003 Honda CRV - No heat and oil leak issue)Honestly from the initial phone call to schedule my appointment, to a few short hours later after I dropped my car off, it was fixed!It's important to note that not all things can be identified and repaired that quickly. What was most impressive was that he kept his word, delivery time and repair cost. Albeit unforeseen things can happen, regardless I truly believe he is an honest and dependable person and a man of his word.I've used other mechanics in the surrounding New Lenox area for years that were "recommended". All I can say is that John was very understanding and moreover accommodating in getting my vehicle back on the road quickly!Glenn

Great guy. Changed my brakes and made sure everything was set to go and even fixed annoying rattling I had. Great attention to detail.

I have used ProMechanics twice in the past few months and had a very positive experience both times. John is very knowledgeable, honest and friendly. The work was done quickly and the cost seemed to be fair. I would definitely use him again and will recommend ProMechanics to anyone who is looking for a new auto mechanic.

Great service. I was just here last month with my car for the brakes. Came back last week for a wheel bearing. I am back today with hubbys truck for his muffler. John is awesome! Plus the waiting room is actually nice. Comfy couches and a tv with cable. Makes waiting easier. In addition, John is honest. Doesn't try to do and charge for work that isn't really needed.

John the owner is a great guy honest repairs at a honest price. Hard to find a mechanic you can trust not to screw you over but John always delivers on time and on budget.

Very honest and reasonably priced. Got me in and out fast for a wheel bearing and used a mat to keep my car clean even though it was very dirty inside anyway. I would highly recommend and will be sending more business there.Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

Great service! Let me drop off my car while we were going out of town and contacted me about every issue my car was having, fixed it up and had it ready by the time I came home 2 days later! Will definitely be coming back again and referring to friends and family!

No one seemed to have an answer for the lack of heat in my (and many other) Jeep Wranglers. Seriously considering trading in my fun vehicle. John suggested a fix during routine maintenance. 25 degrees outside and I drove home with the window down! Thanks John. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED/Pro-Mechanic!

Very knowledgeable. Repaired everything with napa or gm parts. They do not put cheap parts in cars. It makes me feel safer knowing my truck was put together with factory oem parts. Worth the extra few bucks compared to autozone or advanced auto parts. Will definatly be back.

Great place to take your truck, they are experts with anything especially desiel trucks. Fixed my truck fast and correctly. Great service and great expertise in what they do. I highly recommend their services!
