this O'Reilly location... every time i went in there (including this morning) i get great service, by people who care. if O'Reilly corporate is reading this, this store is doing it absolutely right. clean, organized, well stocked. but most importantly the staff is awesome. this is the store to set the example.

James went above and beyond to help me out.I needed 3 cans of paint and they only had 2 cans of paint.James had the paint for me within 2 hours.My husband was in the store earlier in the day and the other employees where very knowledgeable.Great store!Very clean!Tracy

I needed a new battery in April 2022. The employee John took care of everything. He went above and beyond to take care of it. Wonderful service. I will continue to do business at O reilly New Lenox.

I was at the tire shop down the street from the new Lenox oreillys and needed a part ASAP. They found the part I needed. Had it in stock. I bought it over the phone and they delivered it to me for FREE at the shop so the guys working on my truck could finish the front end alinement. Great guys there! They will get all of my business! Thank you!!

Bought a replacement battery and some wipers. And in just a few minutes, Marino had them all installed with a smile at no additional charge. Marino is very customer service oriented and I will definitely buy auto supplies from O'Reilly in the future.

Great service and customer experience. The old timer there is exactly what you want in a store like this. Just as I remember growing up coming to auto parts stores. He was very knowledgeable and a joy to work with.

Hands down AWESOME service! Never going back to a$%/zone ever again! The guys here are super helpful and fun to talk to. Prices are reasonably low and they have a larger selection of parts than most retailers!

Large selection of parts available to order online and pick up in store. If it's not in stock, they usually can get it for you by noon the next day. Friendly staff too.
