Honesty- that's what you expect and want from anyone fixing your car.I had around 82k miles on the car and figured I'd change the breakpads/rotors. Sean took a look at it and pulled me aside and asked what I was doing because the pads and rotors were fine. He was able to even show me they were fine. Someone deceptive would just change them for the money. I appreciate that honesty. I truly goes a long way.

New Lenox Auto Care is amazing!! Their customer service is beyond great. Not only are they absolutely welcoming, kind, and show that they really care, they will go above and beyond to make sure your car is in perfect shape. What they have done for me to give me peace of mind is like nothing I ve ever experienced. I will only go to NLAC because I know how honest they are!

First time here I got my brakes done. I found out it was worse than expected and Jay did his best to help with the additional costs and gave a detailed explanation of how the braking process works and why parts need to be replaced/repaired. It s been a week since I got the service and my car is running well. Technicians are nice too. I would visit this place again for car repair

I cannot stress enough how incredible my experience today was. Jay and his team are so kind, inviting, knowledgeable AND skilled. Top notch customer service and they do great work!!!Jay walked me through everything about my car. He was truthful about everything. But most importantly he took the time to educate me. That NEVER happens.I live 50 minutes away but I will drive out of my way to use their services again. They have a lifelong customer now.I cannot recommend this business enough.

Jay is awesome. My car had so many problems but he got me all fixed up and gave me the best deal by FAR. I went to so many places to get quotes because I couldn't afford how much work needed to get done...He was able to save me so much money it's crazy. I would never take my car anywhere else

Jay and his guys Sean and Mike went above and beyond with my alternator repair. They jumped my car at a different location to get my car to their shop. They showed me exactly what was wrong with my alternator by taking me in the garage to show me the issue. They then helped me with the alternator warranty by calling the other shop that previously installed the faulty alternator. Not to mention the area's best prices for oil changes, hands down. Coming back and telling friends and family. Thanks Jay!

My Nissan was blowing hot air when I would turn on my AC and Also would shake while driving over 50mph. Mo was very helpful in notifying me of my vehicles issues and reassuring me he would help me with everything that was needed. They have great deals an I was able to get my repairs done at a great price an timely fashion. I would highly recommend stopping by for your vehicles repairs an getting to know a neighborhood shop full of good honest people. Fast and reliable service. Trying to find a honest place to do work when you know nothing about cars is difficult. They were friendly and got me the best deal. Moe and Jay are great!!! They gave me buy 3 get 1 free deal on tires and Im very happy with the service. I will be back for my brakes next week as the prices are better than most shops in the area. My experience at New Lenox Auto Care was amazing. As a woman, it s hard to find a trustworthy auto shop but I m very glad I came by for an oil change. The shop recently opened up. I brought my Mercedes for an oil change and it was making a noise. They kindly showed me where the noise was coming from and fixed my brakes with $50 OFF coupon. They even explained the issue to my dad and he approved.
