Great experience. Made an appointment in advance and they got my truck on the rack as soon as I got there. They completed the work and I was out of the door in no time. My truck runs great. Nice people and great service!

Josh is great, honest and willing to help. We found a major issue that the auto manufacturer/dealer would not diagnose. He helped to provide honest data and helped to educate me on the issue. All for free! I plan to return the favor with my business and word of mouth marketing. THANK YOU!

I brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation, and also had them check out a noise I have had coming from the front passenger wheel. They took care of the servicing and diagnosed the problem. Had the part ordered and delivered later that day and got me back on the road. Highly recommend. Always friendly and fairly priced. Happy to support a local shop!

Good quality people. Was looking at some BFGoodrich tires and ended up listening to Josh. Went with the Coopers not only did I save money and the tires are quiet and look great. I highly recommend.

I personally haven't had work done there,but a friend of mine had her Bronco lift kit put on there. New rims and 35" tires put on. Very reasonable price and nice work

Thank you Midwest Wheelz!!! After our long-time mechanic recently retired, we were in need of someone new to trust. Said long-time mechanic recommended Midwest Wheelz. I can see why. Husband stopped in there on Friday to see about fixing the problem on our 2009 Ford Focus & less than a week later, Midwest Wheelz had ordered the parts & fixed our car! LESS THAN A WEEK turn around time. Super nice people, welcoming environment, superb service & fair prices ... we found our new home for automotive care! Honest Business Fair Pricing Great Service!I had work done years ago on my truck and they did a wonderful job so I brought it back when new work was needed and the job they did was perfect. These guys are LEGIT! Josh and his team killed it on my coil over install and aligned the car for me as well, put the ride height right where I wanted it and all I didn t have to do ANYTHING! Shoutout these guys, everytime I need something done for my car I know who to call now! If you re going somewhere else, drop them. Can t beat the prices they quote either, super fair and they are beyond professional! Super friendly as well and knowledgeable!Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Wheel alignment

I took my '77 Malibu with 24" wheels to this shop for a wheel alignment. Alot shops won't do an alignment with wheels that size. I highly recommend this shop. Great communication and got it done in a timely manner.

I scheduled an appointment with them, and when I arrived I stood and waited in lobby for 30 to 40 min before I was even addressed or assisted. I brought my cracked rim in for repair and they said it would take 24hrs. They never called me or communicated anything after I dropped my wheel off. A 24hr job turned into a week and the job was never completed. I just picked up my wheel and it was never even worked on. Terrible experience and wouldn t recommend this company to any friends family members or strangers!!Service: General repairs

I went for a rear wheel sensor (they claimed they fixed )made me wait for a day for the part scheduled an appointment just to drive off and have the same problem pop up literally seconds after just paying for it. I had someone else look at it they told me I need a REAR WHEEL SENSOR and a hub bearing. Meaning whatever Midwest wheels did they did not fix issue, took my money and they also did not tell me of the problems it could be that don t come up on a computer. Instead they took my money and told me what it could possibly be wrote a qoute for that then wrote another and told me I have until the end of the day to decide if I m scheduling another appointment. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Needed an alignment check asap. They were kind enough to fit me in the same day, turned out I needed my alignment fixed and I was still in and out in under 30 mins and for an affordable price. I ll be using them for all car needs in the future.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

We've been going to Midwest Wheelz instead of our previous mechanic. They are close to home and great to work with. Even when we had an issue with a manufacture part - they were relentless to get the issue resolved. Glad to have them in the neighborhood.

We went to Midwest Wheelz after having issues with breaks installed recently with Mavis Tires. They were transparent and recommended an option that would save us time and money! We appreciated their candor and plan to use them for any future needs!! It s refreshing to find an auto shop that is transparent! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I used Midwest Wheelz to make my vision for my truck modifications a reality. Everything was done professionally and as requested. Josh is a straight shooter and really good at what he does. I will seriously consider going here for the general maintenance on my vehicles. The new facility is VERY nice and accommodating for those who may need to wait for their service to be completed. Went to this place first told me I needed new inner tyrods . Ya know the ones you can t see without a lift of course . Wanted 1000 just for labor, then took it to my mechanic and Kia mechanic and they told me the tyrods are in great shape and I needed just a coupler which is 15$ stay away from them

Great clean shop, knowledgeable staff, and fair pricing. The place to go to for in the Chicagoland area for custom alignments and suspension work hands down! Hard to find more knowledgeable shops in both race car and custom truck/Jeep alignment. Will not be disappointed. Their custom motorcycle work looks amazing too from the bikes they had in the shop.

They squeezed in a front end alignment on a Saturday after I called them late on a Friday for an appointment when they were already booked up. Truck tracks nice and straight. I ve never had complaints from any other people I ve sent over there. Can t beat the price anywhere. Two thumbs up!

I brought my BMW 135i in for an alignment. 2 previous shops could not get my custom track specs right. The price was super affordable and the car drives great. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

-Scratched both of my $1500 (1yr old) coilovers while attempting to adjust them.-Never performed alignment as promised. (steering wheel still crooked)-Kept truck an extra day/Not on time.-Charged $340 to adjust coilovers, alignment and replace a bushing.It's a shame because I live so close but I'll never go back.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! A+++++Brought my 30in SMT wheel in for Josh to mount a tire on, I was amazed at how fast him and his guys got the job done and I was shocked when he BALANCED the wheel too! Besides the Harley dealership Midwest Wheelz is about the only place I know that would be able to balance a motorcycle wheel and tire! Thanks again!

Replaced my lights with upgraded LEDs and all I can say is WOW. Fast, courteous, and great price. Will definitely go back to get my tires replaced on my 3/4 ton and daily here soon.

No that was my brother! You ve done me wrong to! You Had my truck all day to mount tires on the wheels and got them back and had scratches on two of them. Brought my Dodge Ram truck there for a lift kit installation. Josh and mike went above and beyond with the whole job and made sure they took the time to do it right. Highly recommend these guys.

I brought my Dodge Ram in to get my tires changed and balanced and Midwest wheelz didn t even balance my tires! I work at a shop and I saw that the stick weights were the same so I put it on are balance machine and it was off 6oz. I would only give them 1 star because of there price
