Brought my car in for a simple tire rotation and was greeted by very nice employee Brenden at the front. He did a great job of explaining everything to me, someone who knows nothing about cars. Clean shop with a nice and knowledgeable staff. Would recommend coming here for whatever work your car needs done!

Got a nail in my tire on a Sunday, was able to get an appointment within the hour to get the tire fixed! It took maybe 10 minutes to get it plugged and the person who helped us was so friendly and helpful! We will definitely be coming back here for excellent service!!

My wife and I had an incident on the highway and thought we just needed a tire but turns out my rim was cracked. Louie and Sal were very accommodating and honest during this time of trying to find a new rim. It is nice to find an honest business nowadays.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Mavis tire and brake. I needed an alignment done as soon as possible, and when I called they had availability to take me right away. I came the next day without setting an appointment and they were still able to accommodate me. The staff were all extremely friendly and informative. Brendan at the desk and Dan on the wrenches, I will certainly be back to let them service my vehicle again.

My tire stem was sticking out and Brendan was so kind to adjust and fix it for me no charge. What a nice gesture! When I need tires or brakes I'll be going back here!

I got my brakes done some where else but they were still giving me problems. Went into 2 or more places and all they did was offer me new brake pads. Came into mavis and the new mechanic actually diagnosed the problem and came up with the right solution. Thank God. Super friendly. Great price. Definitely coming back.

Not the same since I was there I. 2018. Made an appointment for an oill change at 4pm they didn't pull my car in until 5pm it was 5:30 pm before they were done. Never have I waited 90 minutes for an oil change not even a dealership. They close at 5pm. Then they parked my car up next to a curb making it difficult to get in my car. That is a minor thing but the parking lot was empty and they could have parked it in any spot beside next to a curb. Plus good thing they gave me $25 off because the final bill was $85.00. Last time I had brakes done and didn't wait that long.

Great customer service! Answered all my questions thoroughly.. keys got locked in the car and they were willing to drive 35 min to get spare which I m very grateful for, no biggie still had me in and out. 10/10 definitely recommend them.

Today was our second experience with Mavis. First was a nail in the tire and today an oil change/tire rotation. Very easy to make an appointment that wasn t weeks out, and it was finished very quickly. Highly recommend Mavis friendly staff and great service!

I called to see how much an oil change was going to cost. I told them my make and model they said 90 or less. So I make an appointment show up they try saying it would be 150. They used discounts got it down to 120. So not being happy with that I went and ahead and let them do it and it took 1 hour 10 minutes for an oil change. That was the worst oil change experience I ever had.

Dropped my car off at 10:15 a.m for a noon appointment for a basic wheel alignment. I showed up at 1 p.m to see my car in the same spot I parked in when dropped off and go inside to find out it was never touched. Talking to another customer in the waiting area to find out he had been there for over 2 hours just for a oil change. Needless to say I got my keys and left there . I would not suggest them for any ki da of work on your vehicles.

Can recommend this location. My online appointment had gotten screwed up and Dwain and team were able to get me in for my service and got everything squared away in a timely manner. Even got a discount off of the service. Great service and very friendly staff!

Not sure why this place has good reviews, was there for a little over 2 hours for a simple oil change, when I walked in they didn t tell me any sort of time frame they just said it will be done soon and it wasn t busy at all only 2 other cars I could see they were working on. Would definitely not recommend this place!

First I went to Belle Tire in Mokena to have them fix a tire with a slow leak. They lied to me, telling me it couldn't be fixed, and they said I needed to buy a new tire. I didn't believe them, so I tried Mavis in New Lenox. They fixed it no problem, and quick too, even without an appointment. Also for free they fixed a problem where my tire sensors weren't matched correctly on my dash display. Mavis earned a new customer today.

Been here the last two years for my tires, always done great, best place in the area. Grant the mechanic was super helpful and friendly. And really went above and beyond. Only place I will bring my car is here now.

I went here for the first time on Saturday morning after going elsewhere and being told I had an oil leak.. after about 4 different Mavis employee's looked at my truck they said there was no leak. It was the first time as a woman that I didn t feel like I was vulnerable to be lied to and taken advantage of for unnecessary repairs. I will forever bring my vehicle to Louie at New Lenox Mavis. Thank you!
