Bought tires on eBay as well as a set of OEM TPMS sensors. Got a quote for the above items at a great price and booked an appointment. Job was completed in about an hour. The install went flawless. Very pleased with the work that was done and I get free tire rotations included! Yes I would recommend Discount tire . Yes I've also used them in the past ! Lucky to have them in the community! Never had a bad experience!

I went to get my tires rotated before I drove down to Chicago to surprise my boyfriend and came to find out I needed completely new tires. The tires I need wouldn t be here until Friday and I believe the workers named were Javier and Caesar, they saw how upset I was, considering I wouldn t be able to make the drive with the state of my tires. They loaned me temporary tires for free that would get me to Chicago safely because they saw how set I was on getting to Chicago, and now I safely made it! 5 stars!!! THANK YOU

My alert came up that I had low pressure. Filled the tire and went to Discount Tire, where I buy all of my tires. They got me in right away. They fixed the tire and rotated and balanced all 4. I wouldn't go anywhere else, unless there wasn't a Discount Tire nearby! Have been a happy repeat customer for over 20 years!

I have tire insurance and warranty through discount tire. After a terrible experience at the Joliet location, I started coming to New Lenox. No issues with regular tire rotation/balance, but when it came time to purchase new rims, things were a bit rocky at first. Be sure you do your research on what is already on your car and what you want. I had a stellar experience working with Dennis and Jason. They heard my concerns, asked questions, and made sure I was comfortable with the purchase I was making. Jason even called me the next day to check in and see how things were going.

My low tire pressure light came on and I swung in to get my tires checked. It's a cold, damp and dreary day. I was second in line and there were 2 cars behind me. I really felt sorry for the guy. He was very professional, courteous and nice about it. Kudos to him! I would've been close to nasty with people!

Done with discount tire. This location has awful service and runs inefficiently. I ve been a customer of the company for >15 years around the country with all my vehicles, and there s always employees standing around at this location. I ve interacted with this location a few times and my fuse is blown. I ll go back to the Bourbonnais location to get my new tire (purchased from you) repaired, and then buy elsewhere in the future.Discount tire has become another commodity business.

These guys are always helpful, fast and efficient. I've had them handle everything from trailer tires to 2 piece raw aluminum reverse mount wheels.

They are extremely busy, especially with the first snow fall of the year. Be patient and be prepared to wait longer than the initial time they give you. Always great tires and even better service!

Bought new tires from here when I was in town and the manager stated if there were any issues to let him know and he'd make it right. Well, I had to make two trips back to have separate tires fixed within 24 h of installation because the front two were installed incorrectly (both leaking air from tire pressure sensor not properly set). This was a 2 hr round trip both times to another store in Iowa (as I'm not local). When we told this manager about the issue, he didn't have anything to say or offer. He didn't seem to care since he had my money already. I would not recommend this store - they don't live up to their word which is a shame as Discount Tire usually has great service. Davenport, Iowa Discount Tire on the other hand is amazing.

I stopped in this morning for a tire rotation appointment about 45 minutes early - so I was prepared to wait a bit. The clerk told me I was early and initially refused to check me in. I told them that I know I'm early, and I don't mind waiting. They started the check-in process, which involves walking around the vehicle, taking the keys, and so on...as we walked outside they told me that since I'm 45 minutes early they would not even consider starting to work on the rotation until the appointment time, and the physical process of rotating the tires takes approximately 75 minutes - this means that the minimum waiting time would be two hours, and would likely be closer to two and a half hours.I was incredulous, as previous labor times for tire rotations at Discount Tire (not this location, though) have been closer to 30-45 minutes. I then clarified that the clerk was talking about the actual time for the work to be performed - and they confirmed that a tire rotation, from pulling the vehicle in to lowering it off the lift, is ~75 minutes. For comparison, that's about how long it takes me to do it at home with a hydraulic jack, two stands, and a wrench!I received the strong feeling that since the service I was requesting was "free" (included in the previous purchase of tires) I was being convinced to leave - so I did. On the way home I ended up stopping at Belle Tire and asking how much it would be for a tire rotation (and complaining a bit about the obscene service time quoted at this location). The Belle Tire staff ended up comping the rotation - which took about a half hour.I'm sure that this Discount Tire maintains the same level of service for paying customers that all DT's do - but the after-purchase service doesn't really match what I've previously experienced. Honestly, I'll strongly consider Belle next time I'm tire-shopping...competition breeds quality after all. Had the clerk not been so up-front about the obscene labor time, I'd (literally) still be waiting there...so I think three stars is appropriate.

I had a flat on i-80 outside Morris and was able to make it here before closing. Everyone was amazing and got us back on the road fast. I believe it was the manager that was mopping up and closing for the day. We told him not to worry about putting the spare tire back in and that we would move all of our luggage to do it. He said we had our hands full with our two kids and it was not a problem for them to do that. Outstanding service. Thank you so much

When I tell you that they care about their customers, they truly do. Patrick was able to check my tires and get me started right away with identifying the issue. He directed me into the customer service area to see Alex and Kevin for a repair consult. Kevin was able to see the dire need and the time constraint that I was faced with. He got me in immediately. (unheard of) I was so impressed with them, and extremely grateful for the wonderful response to my immediate need. They were able to repair the tire and get me on my way safely. Thank you so much. I will only come back to discount tire. Kevin, you are the best and I am so grateful. Patrick, thank you for the wonderful repair and the attention to detail. Only place I will buy tires from best price super friendly keep you updated on status of service doesn't matter if you are getting the free rotation or buying a set of tires same friendly service every time. They also offer free air during business hours saw them airing up pick up truck of tires with a smile and complimentary don't even have to be a customer.

Warning! Excellent customer service alert. I stopped by in search of a lug nut for one of my tires because I went to auto shops, they either didn't have the right size, or I had to buy a whole kit. But these guys at discount tire saved my day. The fella from front desk (didn't catch his name) spent 10 min digging through crates for me, and I very much appreciate it

yound kids damaged my car after changing tires. My car has sensors... not sure how they managed to reverse it and hit the building. After disputing with the manager, I called corporate and they paid for new bumper and lights. Took it to a bodyshop of my choice with their check. Be warned.. hiring kids with no education to do car work.

Manager Brian told me that unless I want to wait until 8 pm then I better go somewhere else. Very rude to me. I just needed two tires mounted and balanced.

This is the best place for tire service. The staff has always been friendly and efficient. I have always had good service performed here on my vehicles and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Great customer service got new tires put on and they forgot to check the tire pressure sensors turned out one of them was bad. They called me a few days later and apologized for forgetting to reset the sensors and are replacing the sensors no charge . Stuff happens but it s nice to know there are still some places that take care of their customers
