I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of service from Service King. From the start, I was greeted by a friendly concierge who walked me through the repair process explaining in detail what to expect. After dropping my car off, I was contacted frequently with updates on repair status. Finally, upon picking up my vehicle, I was given a good summary of all repair work done, an explanation of the warranty, and a point of contact to talk to if I had concerns. I highly recommend this place

It took 3 weeks to get an estimate. I have a small spot on my jeep that bent (probably a parked car?). I had to go in and ask for my estimate. It said they sent it even though they lost my email address. When I received the estimate it was $1300! It was explained that it was because Jeeps" hold their resale". So it costs more to repair because of that?! Bunch of BS. I will never use of recommend them in the future.

I could not be happier with how my car turned out. It was smashed bad on both sides and it looks like it's right off the dealer lot. I've had a lot of compliments since I got it back on how good the work is. Besides that, from the start of the process to when I picked it up they were a pleasure to deal with. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful, professional and courteous. The communication was top notch! I never once had to wonder what was happening, they sent texts and called continously to keep me up to date on the progress of the car. I highly recommend Service King for collision repair...you will not be disappointed!!!Service: Body & Trim

Repairs were minor, but work was still well done, and fast. Service King kept me updated by phone or text consistently on what was being done with the vehicle and when it would be ready. Said it would be done NLT a Thursday morning, but was happy to be notified that work was completed and it could be picked up on a Wednesday afternoon. Would recommend.Service: Body & Trim

My rear bumper was replaced. They were very good with communicating with me. The first bumper delivered for my truck was damaged so they sent it back and called when the second one was delivered. Thank you to everyone at Central Collision. They did a fantastic job. I was involved in a hit and run, I brought my vehicle to Central Collision. They gave me a great deal on a new bumper and the work was excellent. It was in and out in two days and looks brand new. What else can I say, very pleased with the whole experience. I will definitely be heading to Central Collision if I need any other work done. Thanks Jim!!

This place is a joke. They hound you every day to come in and get a quote but once you get one they tell you 1 hour you will get your quote and it never comes. I have called several times still being told they will send it, also asked for a manager to call me back and nothing. It has been 2 weeks. Then corporate had the nerve to call and ask if I was ready to schedule my repair. When I told them I still have not even received a quote they said they would escalate it to the general manager and that was on Tuesday and I still have not heard from them or received a quote. I will be calling Allstate and informing them of this poor customer service. I would not send anyone to this place. If you can not correctly even get a quote or call a person back I surely would not trust you to correctly fix my vehicle.

Tried to get a repair estimate...was told I would get an email the next day....after 3 days I called and left voicemail.....no return call....called again and got voicemail....so after one week I drove back to their office to get my estimate....was given a different person's estimate! Couldn't seem to find my name in their computer. Incompetent and I will obviously go somewhere else.

Great place to take your vehicle for collision repair their staff is very professional and very efficient, kept me informed every step of the way and even returned my car super clean and on time. I couldn t be happier and would recommend this place to everyone Thank You Service King Collision!
