I highly recommend this body shop! They are family owned and really care. I was hit by a car fleeing a robbery. It was my first new car ever and it only had 6000 miles on it. To say I was devastated would be an understatement. I got my car back yesterday and it literally looks brand new! They matched my Pearl White paint perfectly. The inside was detailed and my car looks like when I drove it off the lot! Thanks for making a terrible event a little less stressful.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I brought my 2020 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport here for repairs. They were very professional and pleasant to worth with. They kept me updated on a daily basis via texts which I really appreciated. Everything only took about a week to complete, and my car looks exactly how it did before the accident. I will be recommending them to others and will definitely bring my car back in the future if needed.

Backing out of the garage, didn t realize the 7 year old in the back seat hadn t shut the door. He was used to his mother s sliding van door. My bad. Anyway, the door was ruined and barely shut. I repaired the garage door and Carstar did a beautiful job replacing the rear door and blending the paint. Tony at the front desk was great to work with. The car was ready in the 7-10 day work window given.I am a happy man and recommend Carstar. BTW It was a 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid with 123,000 miles ands it looks like new.

Carstar's staff and facility are top notch. As an experience automotive designer and engineer, I strongly recommend their services, A-Z! They rebuilt my Wrangler JK after a collision, and did an excellent job.

Called to get an estimate and made an appointment the next day, communication was great, very fast friendly and informative. They told me exactly what I would need done and how long it would take, and it was ready earlier than the estimated time! My car looks better than it did even before the accident, they did great work and They even went above and beyond by vacuuming and putting air in my tires which was greatly appreciated. We needed to have the fuel door on our car replaced. After purchasing the door itself from the dealer and receiving it unpainted, Mistrata's was recommended to us. The staff was very nice and helpful, giving me a quote to paint the door over the phone. My husband called again later to set up a time to drop it off, and forgot to ask about having it installed. When we brought it in, we were estimated a 2 day turnaround time, and sure enough, 2 days later we got the call it was ready. When we went to pick it up, the door had been installed, and they had even washed the car for us! You couldn't even tell the fuel door wasn't the original - it looks perfect! The service as fast, the price very reasonable, and the staff we interacted with was very nice. If we should ever need more paint work, we will definitely be back!Service: Painting

Absolute A-1 service. I was in a car accident and they did a excellent job. Awesome people to deal with, kept me informed through the whole process. I had to have both passenger side doors replaced. I got in an accident and crunched in my front bumper. This place was recommended to me by my insurance company and they were incredible!! I would highly recommend anyone that needs car work goes to them. They are the nicest people ever, family oriented, super friendly and incredibly helpful. Car parts are so hard to get these days and they went above and beyond to get my car done as quickly as possible. Someone hit my rear of 2019 Chevy Malibu and they had my car for about a week. They send you link where they update on the status of the car, which I found pretty awesome. Definitely satisfied with the work done. When I got my car back I had a rental, they told me I can leave the rental there and they ll take car of it. I had to return the rental with a full tank of gas but I was down like 2 lines and they offered to put bring it up to full for me so I can avoid those fees. I got into a little fender bender on Christmas Eve. I called the following Monday and they took my car in right away, even though they were swamped. They are family owned, which is amazing. Pam was so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. I 100% recommend this business to anyone needing a fix. Had a great experience getting work done at CARSTAR Mistrata's. We had damage to our headlight, hood, and windshield when we took it in. Everything looked like new when we got it back, the work was perfect. On top of that, communication was great throughout the entire process and the entire staff was very friendly. We had our vehicle for almost 2 months, and showed up 3 times to check status of vehicle. The owner and the wife got upset with us for asking for status on our vehicle. They never called to let us know even when they have started working on it. They got payed for services but it's very unfortunate how they seemed to be overwhelmed and careless, we never felt the owners care about our concerns. I appreciate the work done on our vehicle,but man! their customer service is just terrible, they take things personal.Service: Body & Trim

Great body shop to deal with. They told me how long it would take to repair the vehicle and they were exact on the time. Also, they did a great job on fixing my mini van. Would definitely use this shop again.Edit: used them a second time for my Camry and they did a terrific job on my car.

Mistrata's is simply the best. From beginning to end, the process of getting an estimate to scheduling my appointment was effortless. My car was backed into, which resulted in some scratches and paint coming off of several areas of the back bumper. Tony did an amazing job with repairing it - can't even tell there was an issue. Will definitely be back if the need arises. Highly recommend!
