I went here because I needed a new used car. I wanted to see what shape the car was I, and the first car they gave me a huge report on how much was wrong with it. Of course, I did not buy that car. So about a week and a half later, I find another car, and I take it up there and get it checked out. They say it looks great! Nothing major was wrong with it. I buy the car off of the individual. The next day, the check engine light comes on. I call, and they say that they can get me in at the end of the week. I go to O'Reilly to see if it was okay to drive. They say it might be spark pugs or coils, but I would have to get a mechanic to look more into it. I have my dad change the spark plugs and coils. The check engine light was still on. I take it up there and they say there is something wrong with one of the calipers, but they would have to schedule another appointment to look deeper into it. I scheduled another appointment. I get it up there at 8am. They tell me that they have to cancel because they had 2 guys call off. I make another appointment. I call this time, and he says that they are trying to catch up on Thursday and I could make another appointment, but they had to cancel again. I called the Belleville Mission Accomplished, told them the story and they said that they could look at it on Thursday. They finally called me on Friday and told me that there were a lot more problems than the New Baden one said there were. My dad said that they probably kept canceling because they knew they didn't do their job correctly.

Got my front brake pads replaced here and had a great experience! Service was quick and easy and they were very communicative the whole time. The shop is clean and designed for an easy customer experience.

This is a great place for tire service. The mechanics are honest. They offer coffee, and have a vending machine for customers as well.

Thanks you so much to the guys here they got us back on the road back home to NC fast with no hassle or wait despite be a walk-in (we called 20 mins in advance to let them know the issue but that s all)

Good prices on tires and install. The customer service was also good.However the wheels didn't get torqued properly, this is an essential part of taking a wheel on and off (assuming they got blasted on with an impact *eye roll* should have only been 90ftlb) and now I'm left unable to remove the two wheels they had off. Impact can't get them to budge, just broke my 1/2 to 3/8 impact adapter (shear strength north of 150ftlb) trying to get a lug bolt off with a breaker bar, afraid to break anything else trying. Needed to get a front axle replaced tonight but now I'm left SOL. I can't get this loose in my well stocked garage, hard to imagine if I had to try and put a spare on while on the side of the interstate with my kids in the back.Could not recommend getting serviced here if wheels cannot be installed properly.-update still can't get wheels off with my breaker bar and new 1/2in 17mm socket

They diagnosed the issue my car was having in less than 30 minutes. Then they fixed my car within 2 hours and my car no longer has the issue.They are very thorough with their diagnosis, very reasonable on prices, and very friendly people.

Went in to have tires rotated, simple right? Nope. Had a couple tires split and a wheel bearing going out!! The put on new tires,and replaced the wheel bearing right away. I'm so happy they could take the extra time to make sure I had a safe ride

They had changed my tires in the past along with the front brakes and rotors and everything went smoothly so I went back for the rear brakes and rotors. This is where I'm not happy because the guy who drove my car into the building revved it up a few times just to hear it and then he had a little joy ride gassing it out of the place. It seems like they also tried to pull a fast one by knocking the weights off the wheels to unbalanced them so I fixed that problem myself. Never again

My 02 BMW broke down and needed to be towed.Called Shawn at Mission Accomplished who, without hesitation, said to bring it over.That very afternoon he called me back, issue diagnosed and car would be ready the Next Day...parts/labor bill FAR below what I anticipated!A week later & the car still running beautifully!Thanks Shawn and your team, you ve earned my continued business!

My wife and daughters were driving cross country. It was raining hard when the windshield wipers stopped working. They diverted to Mission Accomplished, and were back on the road with functional wipers within 15 minutes at no charge! Thank you for taking care of my family, guys...

This is late but I'm getting ready to head West on my annual hunting trip again last year I was traveling and started having fuel problems I pulled into Mission and they put me right in the garage and changed my fuel pump and got me back on the road in time for me not to miss any hunting . Thanks again Mission Accomplished .Hope not to see ya this year lol but if I do have issues I hope it's in ur area!!!

Did not have a valve stem for a 94 ford f250 and tried to improperly rig it... Two other clusters that came in after both had tires mounted on rims and left before we were done.

Great service, quick turn around. Would recomend this place over Garys in okawville. Tires may not be as cheap but atleast they will balance them right the first time!
