Best shop to get friendly/respectful service with trust worthy mechanic/car sales man. Got work done in timely manner an what he was not able to handle/do at his shop, he recommended another shop that he himself would take it to to have issue fixed. Not alot of mechanics are like that in today's world. He as well, in my opinion, has very reasonable pricing on vehicles and mechanical work.

We purchased a pickup truck here. This man is a good man that came highly recommend! I was very happy with the pickup. We worked together on a price, there were a couple of small things I wanted fixed . The next day it was ready to go.

I have no respect for a car dealership that shuts off check engine lights and tells people they are only covered 500 miles. Trent told my niece to run a full tank of gas in her car to see if the check engine light would go off because of emissions from the catalytic converter. He didn t want to repair the EXPENSIVE part BEFORE selling the vehicle. There s proof he shut the check engine light off before selling it. It s a used car. We get it. But honesty works better than being a lemon dealer! $19,000 should be having someone in a reliable vehicle for months!!! Not two hours. This is all documented and zero slander. We are telling everyone so no one else is in the position my family is. They have a young child and work hard to take care of their family. How discouraging this must be. Do better by God and start with being honest. I would hate for your business to fail like you fail your clients!

Worst experience since October. Our vehicle needs new catalytic converters. We were sold a 2013 goes explorer sport with clogged catalytic converter in bank 1. We even surrendered $400 on parts and Trent didn t fix the issue. In fact it caused more issues. Now it s in the shop at a Ford Dealership with $2400 in repairs to be done. It s a used car so we knew we were going to have some maintenance to do but $19,000 for a vehicle we ve drove under 1500 miles in is crazy. As Trent and Stephanie said time will tell , well time told us we got ripped off and nothing done to help us. We won t recommend here ever.

Bought a 2007 Ford Explorer from Trent and Stephanie to replace mine that was in an head-on collision with a drunk driver. The owners are great people and treated us fairly. When we test drove the Explorer we found it had something that needed repair. They fixed it and we bought it without charging any more than originally stated. If we need another used auto we will definitely come back. Would and have recommended them to anyone. Great car dealership!

Trent and Linda are great. They were very helpful when I was looking for a vehicle to buy and I felt extremely comfortable doing business with them especially since I don't live far from this location. It feels great knowing there's somebody you can trust to take your vehicle to for repairs as well.
