I had a great experience dealing with Vaughn Vallett the owner of SI Vallett s sales in Nashville IL. I had a super nice trans am I wanted to trade due to needing a truck for my business. I knew Vaughn had a classic car dealership and would possibly be interested in my vehicle, which he was. He told me he had a few trucks on the lot that might meet my needs. I decided on a super nice dodge Ram 1500 Laramie Limited. He was super patient with me because I kept going back and forth as to if I wanted to get rid of my low mile TA for a used truck. No pressure at all from him and when I was ready he gave me a fair trade for my car toward the truck. I absolutely love the truck and I appreciate Vaughn s patients and willingness to deal with my classic car on a trade. I would definitely do business with him again and recommend him to friends and family. Whether it be a classic or modern used car. Thanks Vaughn!

Gets a gold star for their over the top excellent customer service!Made a bad situation right...A bad head gasket is not something anyone wants on a used car purchase. Not even the dealer!But it CAN happen, and when it happened to me, I started to think the worst, but Si vallett Auto sales went out of their way to make it RIGHT!Covering what is indeed an expensive repair while also providing me with a suitable loaner vehicle while my usual mechanic made the repairs.Making a bad situation RIGHT!I've been a long time customer and have been happy with all my purchases here, despite the rare problem that happened, its good to know Si Vallett is a dealer I can trust and would be happy to do business with again.

Worked with Vaughn specifically from start to finish. Regardless of the hurdle he was willing and able to walk me through it to make sure I was being treated fair and getting great service. Would definitely recommend

In August of 2022 I was in desperate need of a car with great gas mileage. My grandfather suggested SI Vallett in Nashville, a place he had purchased from before a long time ago. It was quite the drive from where we live but we went down there. Upon arrival I was surprised to see the lot full of a mix of modern and vintage used cars. I was skeptical, but immediately my eyes landed on a 2013 Chevrolet Sonic RS with a manual transmission. I was very interested, so we went inside where we worked with Jeff. He was rather polite and helpful. I took the car on a test drive and found it satisfying to drive and in great shape, with wonderful gas mileage to boot! Upon returning, we settled on a good price and a solid warranty. Jeff was once again very polite and we came to a deal. The car has had some issues (to be expected with a car a decade old and with 130k miles) but only after me putting on thousands more miles and the warranty has covered what was reasonable. Overall, after owning it for nearly a year I have to say my experience with SI Vallett was quite good! While I certainly would recommend the normal amount of caution when buying a used car, I have to say this place exceeded my expectations. I would certainly buy from here again!

I've been looking for a nice used single cab long bed for a few months. Si Valletta had exactly what I wanted. 2012 Silverado reg cab the color, bed. 5.3 everything. Excellent family owned and worked with us on the good deal.

I recently purchased a 1984 Jeep CJ7 from Vaughn's Classic Cars (SI Vallett Auto Sales INC.) and highly recommend this dealership. The process was seamless! Vaughn was east to talk to and very informative! The communication was great and Vaughn always responded to my calls and texts without hesitation. Vaughn arranged for the vehicle to be shipped to my home in Florida and saved me time. I am very disappointed with Jeff who said he was the sales manager.After I ask about my car title. I was told I would get a call back.After an hour Jeff called me back and said my car tittle is sitting on his desk in front of him.I asked what happened why is my title with you? He said it was send certify and was not pick up. I was disappointed as I was not told it would be a certify letter. I was told my paperwork NOT TITTLE, would be mailed. I asked Jeff can he mailed my title please. Jeff said NO if I wanted it I would have to drive to the dealership and pick it up. I told Jeff I live in Arkansas now and can t drive 10 hours can he just mail it not certified as well. Jeff refuses again and when I ask to speak with a manager above him he laughed and said they are in vacation. I said ok can they call me back when they get back he said sure in DECEMBER . This guy is a rude old guy. Can a member of the management team besides Jeff please reach out to me as the email address Jeff gave me is not valid.

They were very friendly and easy to work with. And the vehicle? At first it was great. For a few days. Then caliper came apart due to completely worn brake pads in the rear, because the other side was locked up. No worries, they said they just got it. Put it on the rack and looked it over but hadn't done anything. Maybe they just missed it. I fixed it myself as it's a long drive back to Nashville to get it repaired and I couldn't afford to be off work. A couple days later I notice it says I have low tire pressure but they are all fine. Bad sensor I figure it happens. Not a biggie. I take it on a drive two hours away and in the middle of trip, it starts having random lights come on and go out and then it sometimes it randomly shuts off going down the road. Almost caused an accident. Also it doesn't want to go into reverse without a fight and sometimes pops out of gear going down the road. Has an open recall for exploding airbags that was never resolved. I got the notice from Stellantis because it flagged the vin when it was sold. The horn doesn't work, and not that it has anything to do with safety, but the radio is a touch screen and it doesn't work either. A very expensive vehicle to be so unreliable and dangerous. I don't know that they did it intentionally, it may be due to the fact that they turned it around so fast. I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt and say that in the future they need to go over these things better before they release them for sale.

Me and my family had purchased a used vehicle from S I Vallet and we are pleased with the service and quality of the vehicle. All other car sales places are always in your face trying to push you into something without taking your opinions into the matter. S I let us make our own decisions at our own pace. Any questions we had they answered without hesitation. Their prompt service and quality of work when working on someones car or truck is top notch. Their staff is friendly and ready to help. I even locked my keys in my other car and they helped me retrieve them. I highly recommend S I Vallet to others.

I traded in my Dodge Challenger for something that gets better gas mileage. Let me say first that I was skeptical about trading in a car for fear of losing value. They saw that my car was very well taken care of and offered more than I was expecting for trade in value! Karla responded to my inquiry first thing after checking to see if they had what I wanted in stock. I arrived the following morning and Karla met me on the lot. Im giving this place 5 stars because there was no hassle what so ever! These people are different from the giant dealership system where they send you from person to person. Karla took me through the whole process and made it into a worry free trade. All the staff are personable not to mention some of the pretty sweet classics they have for sale. Thanks Karla and SI Vallett for the help.

I had an excellent experience doing business with S I Vallett. The staff were very joyful and helpful. My new car was delivered to my home and everything was as expected. I will call them again and again if I need another car. I highly recommend them to anybody who wants a good business.

I thought everything was great. When I got the car there had to be multiple things fixed in order for my car to pass inspection. They told me I can bring my car back once my parts come in that it needed to be fixed. A few days have passed and I realized when I needed to use the horn it wasnt working. I called them about it and they said that they would fix that as well. When I get my car back only 1/4 things were fixed. They told me they had fixed the fog light that needed to be replaced and it wasn't fixed. Another part that needed to be replaced, they said they were going to order the part it needed before I came and they still needed to order it when I came back. The other 2 things I mentioned they didn't know they had to fix when I specifically called and told them about it almost 2 weeks prior that I had to wait for. It is very disappointing especially when it is preventing me from passing an inspection and I even paid for the car in full and this is how business is handled. I decided I won't even come back and just go somewhere where they will fix everything because I'm tired of waiting and things not getting done. I can't believe they would sell a car with no horn.

This lot will do as much as they can to get you in a vehicle and get you into low payments as well. I showed up with 2 vehicles in mind. When I saw the selection I had to stay focused on what I came for because there was such a variety to choose from. Even though it was 94� outside the salesman was very patient and friendly. We drove both trucks I had in mind and they let me take my time and decide what I wanted to do. Everyone inside smiled, and acknowledged I was there and even got a hello from the owner. This dealer is very relaxed and respectful at the same time. I would definitely consider buying from Si Vallett Auto Sales again.

This dealership is top notch. I bought a car from them about 3 months ago, there were some issues with the car that i had to get fixed. They honored the warranty 100% and even went above and beyond the conditions of the warranty. I love my car and have absolutely no regrets doing businness with this dealership, i would highly recommend them to anybody! Thank you Si Vallett for being honorable and reliable!

Kim at Si Vallett Auto Sales is so amazing!!! The whole experience was perfect, and they were able to pre approve me so I was in and out with a new car in 45 minutes. Everyone there treats you like family, and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great and reliable car. The drive was totally worth it, and I know I will be back.

Terrible place. Do not buy from here. Will sell you a car without inspection. Bought a car that needed $3,000 worth of work done to it just to be safe enough to drive. This place will fail to let you know just how terrible the quality of their cars were. My advice is to please know what you are getting before even giving them a dime towards a vehicle. Not worth it and steer clear.

I went through several big name dealerships before coming to SI Vallet, and purchased my vehicles here right away. The thing that sets this place apart is fair prices, fast service, NO pressure, and sales people who actually know cars. A lot of other dealerships just hire sales people who are clueless about vehicles, and I'm never comfortable buying a product from someone who doesn't understand it.They answered all of my questions, went over the documentation with me, and made me feel comfortable. SI Vallet cares more about selling a good vehicle that suits you than anywhere else does. I will be recommending them to people and will be there for any future vehicle purchasing or trade-in needs.

We purchased a vehicle and UTV from this company and any problem we found they fixed immediately and also was kind and caring enough to give us a loaner vehicle when they did not have to do so.!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BUYING FROM VALLETT, Vaughn is super caring about his customers and their needs.!!!This is the only place we will shop for any vehicles needed or wanted in the future!!!

It was one of the worst experiences at a dealership iv ever had . The "sales lady" acted like she didn't care about selling cars . She didn't want to come outside to show us the car because it was raining. One suv we looked at was not detailed it had dog hair everywhere and smelt like a wet dog and they wanted 10 k for it the other suv we looked and wouldn't start.

The best place to buy a car hands down bun will get you whatever you need if he don't have it he'll find it All the cars I have bought from him have been great He's good at finding them and good at picking them out Great customer service even after the sale when you buy a side valet auto sales you don't have to worry it takes that out of it makes it easy buying and smooth sailing no matter what you buy Great place great atmosphere great cars and great people always never had a problem buying here . Oh and by the way you know that autograph I got you elio's probably going to need that back if he wins again one more time then he'll be the king lol.. just kidding but I bet you're glad I got it for you because I think he could do it again.

Bought a used car ehh 8 months ago had to replace a lot ,electrical problems, leaks etc. Yes it is my fault not completely looking over it but they said it was solid. Nothing but problems about to junk and buy just a new vehicle for my daughter.

The vehicle advertised was apparently sold a week ago, tried passing off a different vehicle with more miles and terrible shape as the one advertised. When I confronted them about bait and switch response was "we don't normally bait and switch" then was told it was an advertisement mistake. We have screen shot proof of admission. Sad thing is I always spoke highly of them due to a past experience.

I wasn't able to get the vehicle I really wanted due to the fact I owed more than what mine was worth, but I really appreciate the honesty, will recommend anyone going there for honest and friendly service because in the end, that's what makes a wonderful dealership gets you the returning customers!

Place is great and there's always something new on the lot old muscle cars old camero and trans am there is a extreamly nice Corvair there this week. Just baight my first care from there a 2009 mustang convertible my fox body's are in need of a lot more time than I haveStop by I bet you will get out and look at some

I paid 3300 of 3500 cash down for a SUV all I owed was for the tax and title I was two weeks late on the Only payment I owed from being in jail !!! When I got out of jail I find out they came and took my truck and had it up for sale again to double there cash on it kinda of a bogus move on them lol..... Really over a couple hundred bucks u go guys u do ur people rite ....
