Incompetence! The salesman couldn't calculate the sales tax correct for out of state buyers. Had to make several trips there. So wonder they had a 2022 model forever! Stay away!

Prices are still high. This dealer was notorious for marking up above msrp during covid. It's gonna be hard on them the next few years.

Buying process is easy. Service is worst ever. Took vehicle in for 30 month inspection and an oil change. The oil change got done. 30 month inspection was not. They didn't notice leak on passenger Axel. Had to call another dealer to schedule that repair. Manager called me 2 days after left them a voicemail and didn't have an answer as to why service not done even thou I scheduled appointment before vehicle was brought in. They act like we have nothing better to do then bring in vehicle multiple times for service. Sorry wasn't done while you took half day off work to come in but bring it back in so we can take a look at it. If you don't plan to spend your entire years vacation taking your vehicle in for service you may want to find a different service department.

This place won t call me back! They won t explain anything. I paid 7000.00 down on a 16,500 vehicle. I still owe 22,000?? When I left and got 30 miles from this dealership and the vehicle was making a knocking noise. I contacted sell s man they gave me a rental and then I got vehicle back cause the part they claimed this was took a week to order. They returned car unfixed. I ve been made aware my vehicle didn t even have a carrier barring that they claim is the issue and they want me to purchase a warranty so they can back date it?? It happened the day of purchase. when the Illinois law states theirs a 15 day 500 mile warranty that goes with buying a used vehicle. Looking at the paper work I was already charged for a 4 yr warranty we didn t want this place is a joke unprofessional and greedy they profit u suffer never again sales ppl are con artist lookin to get over on people like me and my 67 yr old father

We recently bought a used car at Holzhauer. We had heard good things so we drove an hour to check them out. Brock was our salesman and he was awesome. He didn't pressure us at all and really listened to what we were looking for. All in all we had a fantastic experience!

Literally i just call to ask about about 2022 3500 Doge ram. Edmunds shows the stock number 295578And the guy who answer the phone didn't have the willing to help he try for few minutes and said i can't found the stock number and he hang up the phone which is very rude and impolite if are are working as a sales man. He's customer service is one of the worse i have seen recently I'll never ever going deal with this people and will not going to recommend it to other people.

I bought a used Ram. Good truck, service Dept. Is a joke. They told me I needed a new air filter. I said I'll get that online myself for cheaper and change it soon. I got home, popped the hood, and looked at the air filter...not only was it CLEAN, they NEVER ACTUALLY CHECKED IT! the air box on the outside was very dusty...and absolutely no evidence of finger prints to release the clips in the dust.,they never looked at the air filter...how could they possibly know if I need a new one? They tried to sell me something I didn't need. Business here lost forever.

My car had an electrical problem. Had it at another shop and they couldn't find the problem after 2 weeks. Holzhauers came and towed it for free and amazingly repaired it the same day!!! I have finally found a place with great technicians...

This is a great dealership to buy a car they have salesman tripping over each other to help you but if you need service or repair forget it you will be on hold for the rest of your life they will not answer the phone and when they do work on your vehicle they do not fix it right actually they made it worse

Like most dealerships it's varies in experience, but this one seems to be shady straight across.We came to look at a 2020 Jeep Renegade Latitude in orange with the powered panoramic moonroof. I have talked to 4 additional Jeep dealerships prior to coming there due to they had exactly what we were looking for. Every dealerships said I would at least qualify for 4 different rebates. Since the rebate codes works by zipcode.$3000 - 2020 National Retail Consumer Cash 20CL1. Exp. 08/31/2020 <---OK$500 - Midwest 2020 Bonus Cash MWCLA. Exp. 08/31/2020 <--- OK$500 - Midwest 2020 Retail Bonus Cash MWCLA1. Exp. 08/31/2020 <--- OK$750 - Chrysler Capital 2020 Bonus Cash 20CL5. Exp. 08/31/2020 <--- Only if you finance with Chrysler CapitalI showed them the screenshot but they say the system won't take it. Again my local dealer was able to use all those rebate codes.I said that's fine, let's continue to work on the those numbers. I bought a friend with us so we can qualify for the non-prime rebates that Jeep/Chrysler is offering.$1500 - CCAP Non-Prime Retail Bonus Cash 39CLN. Exp. 08/31/2020 <--- For 620 FICO Score or lower$750 - National 2020 Non-Prime Retail Bonus Cash 20CL1V. Exp. 08/31/2020 <--- For 620 FICO Score or lowerPrimary has a FICO of 725 and co-signer has a FICO of 470. They come back saying it's too low. We can't qualify for the non-prime. Now I am starting to be very angry. I am thinking either 1) the dealership don't want us to use those rebates or 2) Jeep/Chrysler uses baiting tactics to get people in there only to deny them of anything.At this point we are only down with the $3000 + $750. Sales guy said that let's see what the primary can get with Chrysler Capital. Sales guy comes back and says, "uhmmm we ran the primary by themselves the score is great but the rates is too high... but if you give us to Monday maybe we can run some credit unions or some local banks:". At this point I was so mad. Because we already have a pre-approval from another bank at a rate of 4.47% @ 60mons or 5.35% @ 72mons. I told the sales person just that and they are being shady. Trying to say all our rebates don't work, then come back with some ridiculous rates at (my calculation) 7%-7.25% @ 84mons. Since he only gave me a proximate of $511/mon.I told the sales person that it is nothing personal but your dealership is super shady. Trying to take away all our rebates and then try to finance through your over priced banks.We all walked out.If you are stuck with this dealership (since it's a small town) make sure you shop for interest rates and make sure what type of rebates you are qualify for. Talk to other dealerships to verify! Also DON'T EVER go there without a pre-approved loan with rate! These people are SHADY!

last week me and my wife went there rode my Harley trike over from highland Illinois just to go look at some of the new Dodge ram pickups by the time we left we owned a brand new Dodge silver limited edition ram pickupbut why we were waiting on the paperwork to finalized we went over and looked at the new Can-Am spiders the rt limited we were so impressed with them that we decided to trade in our 2018 Harley trike Rodger was our salesnever have I had such a good experience I bought many many used and new cars and bikes I've owned or different Harley's but I've never had such a good experience no BS straight-to-the-point very knowledgeable and I can say the same thing about Mark this sold me my new these guys are realprofessionals I've owned a different brand new Dodge products they have a a customer for life wasn't able to pick up my trike can't wait to get back home to pick it up over-the-road trucker thanks Mark and Rodger

Wanted just to look to see if they had anything one Sunday, drove an hour. Locked and blocked gates. Really? Never seen any dealership do that. Guess you missed this girls business. I wanted to find something BEFORE being pressured or approached by sales person.
