I hesitated to write this review, but the more I look at the newly installed 3M ceramic tint on my passenger window; I have to speak up about the horrible workmanship and lackluster customer service.The other day I had my front windows tinted at Z-Tech, when they were done they pulled the car up and handed me the keys. Ok, I accepted that since my last three tint experiences were flawless from my previous retail installer. However while driving home I noticed a slit� in the film on the passenger side window. It was very obvious in direct sunlight. I immediately returned to the shop and had the film on that side replaced. Once again, the installer handed me my keys and walked away. So I looked over the tint reinstall myself and didn't see anything since that side of the car wasn't exposed to the sun, so I drove off. Well once the sun hit the passenger side of the car where they replaced the first film, there was a new problem. Now there is a pox mark bottom center of the window. Once you see it , it cannot be unseen.It's window tint, not rocket science. I shouldn't have had to return the first time to get it corrected, so I'm not returning a second time. I will have my previous tint installer replace the passenger side tint.I could never recommend this business based of their customer service, quality control, and tint quality.

Just got my first car a few weeks ago and I decided I wanted to get my windows tinted. Their communication was super helpful and fast, and once I got there they were all super friendly and were able to answer all my questions before it got tinted. My car looks great and I m really happy with the outcome! Will be recommending to all my friends and family! I also added my before and after!Service: Vehicle window tinting

Great people to do business with! Always do quality work with quality products! Had two of my last three cars tinted here. (The odd one out was because it was tinted before I lived in the area, otherwise I'd have had that one done here too!) Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Easy drop off and pickup. Convenient location.

I have had five different vehicles tinted here over the past 10 years, most recently, my brand new dodge charger. I have never once had an issue, and they have always taking great care of me and my vehicles. They offer a great array of services, and explain everything fully. Highly recommend.Edit - Just had our 87 Camaro done. Another outstanding job.

I am a repeat customer, with many vehicles tinted at both the Countryside and Naperville locations over the past several years.The 3M tint films used are high quality and the application is flawless. I've been to places where there's puddles of water in the door pockets or cuts in the moldings from careless application techniques. None of that business here.It's definitely worth the cost for a quality product and installation. Your car will look cooler, stay cooler, and you'll have less UV rays making it to the interior. There are several tiers of tint film to choose from, and we usually go with the Color Stable on our cars. It's a good middle ground between the other films offered.From regular cars to supercars, there's always something interesting being worked on in the shop. You get the same quality service no matter what they're working on. Can't recommend this place enough!Service: Vehicle window tinting

My experience started with a phone call. The gentleman on the phone explained all the information I needed to know. I was able to set an appointment over the phone.The salesmen in the store were willing to re-explain all the information once again. They have great visuals located within the store.I was slightly disappointed to see a noticeable seam located towards the top of the window. After doing some research I was informed that this was done to avoid the window tint from peeling off the window. Although the internet suggested the seam could be smaller.The interior of the store was very unattractive. Seems outdated. This most likely won't be a big deal from most since you have the option to come back later for your car. If your ignore this fact my review would be 5 stars

I highly recommend z tech for tinting your car Windows. Oriignaly reached out to them via their website, they were great at answering all questions in advance. Made an appointment and when dropping off the car, they helped me choose the right tint percentage. Service was done quickly but efficiently. I've taken the 4 cars I've owned to Z Tech over the past 15 years for window tinting and other work. DJ is great to work with, and they always do top notch work - great installation and excellent value. Just had the new Tesla tinted and PPF installed and the work done was spectacular. Had my cars windows tinted. I walked in asked if they could squeeze my car in. They pulled it in right away and I was in and out in 2 hrs. They did an amazing job. I will be bringing all my cars here from now on. I also liked the super comfy couches I fell asleep on accident waiting.

I ve been going to Z-Tech for over a decade. The owners are great and the manager DJ, is exceptionally knowledgeable of all the products they offer. I ve recommended and referred at least a dozen friends and family who, like me, have become regulars. No task is too difficult for them, even the remote start on my old mustang with a manual transmission. Window tints is not all they do, but it s certainly their specialty. Lifetime warranty on their work has always given me a piece of mind, though, I have to admit, I ve never used the warranty!! Highly recommend!

Got me in and out within 1.5 hrs. They removed previous tints and installed new ones. Very efficient and looks great. Life time warranty too!

My family has used Z-Tech for years for vehicle tint and remote start. They stand by their work. Occasionally a window will need to be re-done due to an issue and they always find a way to squeeze us in for an appointment. On my most recent car I had an issue where I just felt it needed to be re-done. DJ always wanted to help and even when I felt like one of those customers you hear horror stories about... he told me I was OK to want the issue resolved. So we just bought another car and it will be getting tinted at Z-Tech in a few weeks.Service: Vehicle window tinting

I have taken now 4 vehicles for tinting since 2014 to Z Tech. I have called around and yes, there are lower prices, however, between the customer service of them explaining everything to me and the amazing work they have done for all of the vehicles, I will continue to bring my vehicles and recommend them. Thank you for a great experience every time I get work done by you!!!

EDIT: I've come back for two years now for the touch-ups and it's just as good as new! They even cleaned up my interior.Got my new car tinted and ceramic coating for my exterior paint and interior leather. Being a Z-Tech customer for over 4 years. Got my both Tesla's windows tinted at this place. They take time in explaining the differences between each shades. Would definitely go back in future when I get my CyberTruck :)

I had my Nissan Frontier undercoated and rustproofed. Also had my windows tinted. I'm very happy with everything! Very good workmanship, reasonable pricing, and everything completed in the promised time frame.I'm very happy with this company and absolutely would recommend them to anyone

DJ was super responsive via email and helpful when in the shop dropping off my car. They were very quick turnaround on the car and great price. Couldn t recommend DJ and the team enough.

I ve used ZTech for my last 3 vehicles and each time their work has been superb. Their warranty is backed with no fuss if necessary but generally you won t need to use the warranty due to their craftsmanship.Pricing is competitive and their staff is friendly and professional. I got my Tesla Y windows tinted. I went in thinking I knew what I wanted and then I got there and it became hard. I ended up tinting legal on the front and 70% on the front windshield.

Now that I have skin cancer and keep getting treatments, the sun through the side windows has become quite uncomfortable. I like that the windows aren't very noticeably darker but the UVA and UVB will be less of a problem for me in the future. The vehicle was done as promised and the glass looks almost original.

I was taken care of by Tyler. I called to make an appointment (assuming it would be days to 2weeks to get in). Well, Tyler got me in within 20 minutes after I got off the phone with him. Not only was I able to get in last minute, the process was super fast. Less than an hour on my SUV! It probably would have been faster if I didn't ask so many questions lol. But every question was answered, and explained. I was given options for the types of tints and clear explanations about the differences. I highly recommend this place!Service: Vehicle window tinting

DJ took care of me! I brought my brand new Tesla Model Y in for a PPF Matte + Window tints. The job took 6 days and DJ was texting me with updates throughout the week.
