Brian was so helpful, I came in honestly thinking that I wouldn't find the right car in the right price range and would have to spend several evenings looking at other options. But Brian guided me to such a wonderful car and one that I hadn't considered due to price, but with some fantastic insights, he was able to get the monthly payments comfortably into my budget.Speaking of comfortable, the Envision is such a dream to drive, there has been a very minimal learning curve to driving the car due to it's similarity in size to my previous vehicle, something that was at the top of my list. And the drive is so smooth; there's a bump in the road that is unavoidable on my drive to work, and it is such an aggressive bump as well, but it so unnoticeable in the Envision that I could have been convinced the road had been fixed.Thank you Brain and Woody Buick GMC of Naperville, you made an experience that I was so on edge about so wonderful and seamless.

My last purchase a few days ago I worked with Gene Babb and he was friendly, knowledgeable and listened carefully to our needs. he patiently worked with us through the choices and costs involved. Great dealership. I had the pleasure of working with Bryant and Dell. I had reached out about a preowned vehicle which was still not ready for sale. This is a dealership I have no problem recommending to anyone! Daniel was informative and transparent from the very beginning. I specified what I was looking for and the staff there made it happen for me! I didn t feel pressured at any point which was important for me. I love my Terrain and am so happy I made the switch!! I appreciate the honesty and side by side comparison of difference vehicles within my price range. I also had follow up questions and Daniel was very responsive and accommodating!

We had a great experience here with Alex! When we came in we were looking at the Terrains but didn t know which trim. He helped us look at the ones we were interested in and decide on the perfect one! We were able to get the best price around for the vehicle we got. We re very happy with the end result! I accompanied my wife on her new car purchase quest. We went to four different dealerships around the area. Woody s was the best by far. Daniel was our sales guy and we highly recommend you ask for him. We had a positive experience without all of the negative aspects associated with a new car purchase. Inflation has made the past few years hard to feel like you re getting a good deal, and we left Woody s feeling like we got a great deal! As we were plating it Daniel handed me tickets to the Chicago Auto Show, my dad has been asking to go- so now we definitely will go. We got the 24 Buick Enclave so if you re looking for second row captain s chairs; save your dollars over the competitors at Woody s!

This dealership made my car buying experience easy and enjoyable! Yes! You heard that right! Dealership, easy, and enjoyable in one sentence.I had been looking everywhere for this specific truck and gave them a call telling them what I wanted and asked what the best price they could do. I was impressed by the quick turnaround AND the price that they responded with, which I happily purchased it at. I flew in from out of state to purchased and let me tell you, it was absolutely amazing! From the price to the people, everything was top-notch. Dell, my sales guy, went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable both at the dealership and in my brand new truck. I've bought my fair share of cars, but hands down, this place is the best dealership I've ever worked with.I really want to, again, give a shoutout to Dell, as well as his managers Matt, Will, Mario, Dennis in finance, and the very sweet lady who took my downpayment and kept me company while I called my bank to confirm an out of state large sum payment. Im sorry I can't remember her name.This team made this whole experience the perfect start to my next adventure. I can't thank them enough for making it so memorable. If you're ever in the market for a new ride, I highly recommend Woody GMC. They'll take care of you like no other.

I bought a brand new 2024 GMC Terrain from Woody in Naperville. I was definitely totally satisfied with the whole buying experience. The price was right and my salesman, Gene Babb, was a delight to work with-- a "straight-shooter no pressure" salesman! Since the car I bought was not equipped with remote start I had Woody's Service Department install that less than a week later. The Service rep who greeted me was Joseph Rivera and he was great as well. After a short wait my remote start was installed and works flawlessly. A sincere thank-you to all at Woody Buick GMC!

The process of purchasing a car was extremely easy. Brian sold us an extremely nice 2013 Terrain for my daughter who will be driving soon. She wanted something that will be safe to drive in the crazy weather conditions we have. She also wanted a car that was big enough to carry her sports gear and truck around her border collie to go to forest preserves. Brian listened to our needs and recommended exactly what we needed. Dennis, the manager, helped us swiftly in a caring way while giving us his expert advice. We most definitely will be back in the future.

We had the best car buying experience here! Gene was our salesman. We came with a trade in, and he worked on the trade in value with us until we were happy with the price. He was not pushy and was very personable. I would highly recommend visiting Gene the next time you are looking for a new or used vehicle! 10/10 would recommend!

It was my first time visiting Woody Buick GMC in Naperville. I had Wil Urueta (sales) and he was nothing short of amazing. He was very patient, as I know my dad can be very stubborn and difficult! He wasn t pushy and did all he could to help us get exactly what we were looking for! He was very helpful and took the time to help me figure out all the features on my new 2024 Buick Envore Gx! Would highly recommend!

I came in to the dealership looking to possibly purchase a Buick. Tim approached me in the lot and we had a discussion in regards to what I was looking for and my budget. Tim showed me a 2021 Buick Envision in which I test drove and did purchase! I went to several dealerships prior and did not have the experience that I did at Woody. Tim made the process pristine and answered all of my questions! I am very pleased with my purchase!

Yusif took the appropriate amount of time to explain to me what services that my 2017 Sierra needed and the costs involved. He also gave me an additional discount on my final bill total for being a loyal Woody Buick/GMC customer. I would also like to give praise to the two lady s in the cashier Dept., because when I tried to pay my bill with my debit card the payment wouldn t go through because of automatic fraud protection. They tried putting it through many times and I finally had to call the bank to have them straighten things out. The lady s were more than patient with me. Thank you!

I comprehend that this service proves beneficial for those with new cars under warranty. However, if you own an older car and have to cover their hourly rate, it becomes less worthwhile. Additionally, the staff appears indifferent, with plants scattered around neglected, as nobody takes the initiative to water them. It's a rather disheartening situation.

Tim was very laid back and cool during the sale. He let us test drive the same truck a couple times so we could feel comfortable with our decision. He even checked on us and hung out to talk while we waited for thr finance guy to become available. Good experience, would recommend to others, especially for the truck selection and pricing.

My wife and I visited Woody Buick/GMC on Wednesday March 20th to see an GMC Acadia new 2023 SUV. We met salesperson Daniel Vinhal and introduced himself and was very pleasantWe found a car we liked and went into the show room at his desk. He was very knowledge and discussed all the cars features and discussed the price. Was not pushy and shared options and was very patient why we questioned are different issues. When we accepted the final price he didn t pushed any extra other produces which was appreciated. When we came to pick up the car Daniel was so patient with the papers we needed to sign. He also helped help us pot the GMC appOn our phones! He also assisted in getting an additional discount on the price as I am a Navy Veteran! He also took time to show us the cars systems and how they work. Again appreciate his time! He was outstanding and made the purchase easy. So a great salesperson!,

I recently had a fantastic experience at the dealership. Despite driving for two hours to get there, we were pleasantly surprised to find the sales Manny waiting for us. Not only that, but he had already started the car we were interested in for the test drive.While my overall experience at the dealership was positive, there was one aspect that could have been improved. Unfortunately, the finance department took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating considering we had already driven two hours to get there.

Oh where do I begin! I purchased a 2020 Chevy Suburban on December 15. I traded in my 2018 Acadia (Title in hand) and wrote a check for the rest. The Acadia title only had MY name on it. ALL the Suburban paperwork only had MY name on it. Transferred my plates over which only had MY name on it. When my title came in it had my husbands name on it. Not his legal name either but his nickname. The only contact my husband had with them was calling to make an appointment to look at the car and sitting in the financial office with me. While in the financial office Dennis Crocket asked if we wanted both names on the title and we said NO. My husband NEVER signed 1 piece of paper.It s been a nightmare trying to get this dealership to fix this. It s April 1 and I still do not have the title.NOW I have the State of Illinois wanting me to give up MY plates that are personalized or pay a transfer fee because you can t have plates on a car that s not yours. Well the car IS mine.HOW DO YOU PUT SOMEONE ELSES NAME ON A TITLE WHEN THEIR NAME ISN T ON ANY OF THE PAPERWORK?????I ve called so many times only to get the run around. I ve called finance, I ve called Joya and the General Manager. Still no luck. Next step is a lawyer.Not to mention I had to pay to renew my plates before we left that night even tho they didn t expire for 2 months and somehow Dennis failed to give me the sticker that night. Some how it ended up in the file. Took 2 months for them to finally send it to me in the mail.Then let me mention how they scheduled an appointment for them to fix my headlight (which was agreed upon purchase) when they didn t even have the part. Traveled an hour one way to just be told they didn t have the part.
