They did a great job on my Jeep! They replaced both drive shafts!! My Jeep has never ran this great since I put the lift in! Great work!! They were also very understanding and determined to give me the best deal and quality possible!! I enjoyed working with the manager on the phone as well as in store. The staff in the store was also very accommodating.I had to come from a little over 3 hours away due to a warranty situation which made things a little stressful since the company switched from 4WP to Total Off Road.. with that being said.. Everyone was very polite! Again I appreciated the work and customer service and I would bring my Jeep here for future repairs! Thanks y all :)

Omar at Total off road is an awesome guy . Helped me choose some top of the line rims and tires for my jeep grand Cherokee. Even after the tires ended up being to big he exchanged them for me without hesitation. And now i love my jeep . You need anything from there make sure you ask for Roman . I bought the metal bumper side steps rims and tires .

Awesome experience installing new suspension, UCAs and rear trailing kit. Easy to order, scheduled quickly and install was done in a day.Walked me through everything.Jon and his team know what s up.Way better experience than other shops I ve been to.

Edit (01/24/18): I was here to day to get a followup inspection done today for some gears and ball joints I had installed last week. Alec and Tom checked me in and handled all my questions. Inspection took about an hour and they did a great job taking care of my jeep! Easily one of the best customer service experiences you'll ever have if you decide to come here.I was at this location yesterday, had an install. Everything went smoothly. Thomas took care of me at the front desk, and I actually spook to him today for another product I'll be getting later this week. This location has gone above and beyond with their customer service!

Love this place for my Jeep. Fixed my front end, and eliminated the death wobble. Also added new flares. Jeep looks amazing.

First, let me start by saying I m a truck noob. I ve had my 18 GMC Canyon for 4 years now, just turned 50k miles, and was ready for some new tires and wheels. Being a noob, I know nothing about truck tires, wheels, lifts, leveling kits, etc. Armed with this apprehension, I walked into 4-Wheel Parts ready to declare I have no idea what I m doing, but I need help! and was ready for the eye rolls. I met with John, who proceeded to spend over an hour giving and showing me ideas, figuring out what I liked, what worked best for me and my truck, explaining everything, and most of all, demonstrating patience and understanding. Got my truck back yesterday, and I absolutely love it! Already had 3 people at work ask if I got a new truck. John and the crew s patience and attention to detail were unmatched. Thanks for the great work!!

Steve was beyond phenomenal. I brought in my Wrangler and Steve took his time examining my vehicle, explaining in detail what was wrong, and was super friendly/funny. Would come back to request Steve to get work done on my Jeep regardless of where I live because Steve s someone I can trust to do the job right and be honest about the work. Thought I had put Steve s name down in my phone to know who to request next time but it didn t save so I m glad he gave me his card to reference or if a friend ever needs work done on their car. Come to this location and request Steve!

Sent in my truck for a brush guard and leveling kit installation.Brush good looks great and was installed properly and is still how it should be.Leveling kit was installed incorrectly, causing the bolts to damage CV-axles. Shredded the axles and cost $2000+ to replace. When I inquired about the improper installation, was told to fix it myself.

STAY AWAYScheduled 2 weeks in advance for an Inspection, an install of LED lights, and a few other parts. Day of my appointment they call 15min before appointment time to make sure I'm still coming in. I thought that was kind of awesome to verify. After leaving my truck here for 7 hours I get a phone call saying their tech had a medical emergency and had to leave. Ok, things happen. But to have my vehicle for 7 hours and not get one thing done is ridiculous. I was also told I would receive a call from a manager. It's been a week and no phone call. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I live and work in Chicago where there aren't many shops that can do the work this one said they could. Great salespeople, absolutely horrible service.

Car places can be a toss up on service but I was pleasantly surprised that when I called Four Wheels, that they were kind and patient over the phone.I have an appointment coming up for mounting tires and an alignment, but today, when I got fed up with getting my stuck doors off, I called and they told me to come over.When I arrived, a couple guys (Steve and (I ll update when I go back, I didn t get his name!)) came out and helped me loosen the doors so I could go home and take them off myself. They were kind, patient, understanding, and most of all, after getting the doors on and off and lubing them up, they left me with my dignity so I could go home and do it myself lol.I will surely update my review after the tires, but I was incredibly thankful for their help in getting these doors off so I can get a head start on enjoying this awesome weather!

Really nice place the employees are able too communicate properly with their customers, Lots of cool aftermarket products that they carry. I stopped in for my vehicle appointment and was in and out in a timely manner.Nice staff second time going did a fast job removing my side steps on the jeep.

Hands down the absolutely best place in the area to get an alignment! I cant say enough about how happy I am with my vehicle after they did the alignment, I highly recommend them! Great customer service, honest, and deliver quality! I've had nothing but bad experiences with other places since all my vehicles have altered or aftermarket suspensions installed. Brought my Land Cruiser in and it drives perfectly straight!

These fellers did my F350 right. After messing around with local tire shops I decided to call the pros at 4 wheel parts. From Carlos up front to the crew in back. My truck with a new leveling kit and new 35 tires came out awesome. The whole experience was great and they really helped lock in my decision, which was super helpful with all the options out there . Thanks again guys. I m so happy with the work ya ll did. I ll be back and also would say highly recommend for all you 4x4 needs. Ride on !!!

Wow! I used to drive by this place thinking they throw body lifts on Jeeps and trucks, I was wrong. About 6 months ago I purchased tires for my truck from 4WP in Naperville and discovered they were much more than a bolt on Jeep shop. I returned a few months later to have new springs installed on my truck and then ended up upgrading shortly after to Fox Racing Series shocks front and rear. Steve, the shop foreman is experienced, knowledgable and provides great customer service. Most recently I had him install a frame cut front bumper and intercooler. Steve's attention to detail and custom fab work with custom recovery points on the front of my truck are awesome. Great to have an off road shop in the Chicago area that knows what they're doing.

Brought my 13 Jeep Wrangler unlimited here last week for a vehicle inspection. The staff are super knowledgeable and the customer service is great, Bobbie and Steve helped me out and they were awesome. I ended up replacing my shocks, upgraded tie rod and drag links, and they did some work on my axle seals also. I would definitely recommend 4WP to anyone looking to get work done on their Jeep or any kind of 4x4 truck. I ll definitely be back for any other Jeep needs I have in the future.

I am new to the Jeep accessory world. With that said, I could not have asked for better guides. Tom, and all the guys at 4 Wheel Parts, have become my 4x4 gurus. Tom has taken the time to explain things to me, and helped me make the right choices for me. There is never any pressure, just patience and helpfulness, and their customer service is awesome. I would recommend this store, and these guys to everyone. I am definitely glad I found it.

I was so happy when 4 wheel parts came to Naperville. The store is nice and clean. The only complaints I have are most of the stuff in stock are for Jeeps (which doesn t bring the stars down but makes me sad) and the employees behind the counter were not very positive. I almost felt like I shouldn t ask a question, because the guy behind the counter would make me feel like a idiot for asking. It might have been a bad day I will not hold my one trip against 1 guy. Next time I go in hopefully I will be able to give them more stars.2/15/19 Edit: adding a star. I went in to pick up a S&B air intake for my Ram 2500.. surprisingly they had it in stock. I heard the someone there was supposed to put it in his truck and decided not to.. lucky for me! Called ahead to make sure it was inventory.. guy on the phone was good. He put hands on it and held it that day till I got there later.. check was much better. Super nice guys. The first time I was there might have been just a bad day. Happy with this last experience.. still leaving 1 star out because of their Jeep thing. I understand that is just because Jeeps are most common.. I am just stubborn.

The place has good gear, and the salesmen seem to know what they're talking about. Sometimes they get busy, though, and they'll work with costumers in depth (which is a great thing) so sometimes a 5-10 minute wait is necessary (which isn't the greatest, but not bad at all since i just check out all the gear until it's my turn)

I purchased 4 Procomp MT2 37x12.50r18 tires from their Ebay shop early March. Only 3 of the 4 tires showed up and when I opened a claim on Ebay about it they tried to contact you guys with no response. Ebay then told me to file a police report... I asked them how exactly do go about filing a police report for an Ebay purchase which I got no answer. Ebay closed the case without trying to speak with me again and now won't do anything about their 'guarantee'. I called 4WD and their system tells me that I have to call Ebay about it. This is an absolute joke. Next call is VISA.

update - Tom from 4WP reached out to me to see if they were able to see the vehicle again to inspect it free of charge. Also informed me that the $138 charge before was a standard inspection fee and not related to the movement of the stabilizer. Appreciate his candor and willingness to help remedy and give a twice over on the vehicle!Got charged $138 to have my steering stabilizer adjusted 1 inch... I wasn't even informed that it was going to be a charge. Went in for a tire rotation, and asked to look at if there's a reason why my steering feels tight on one side. 2 hours later, my vehicles ready for pickup, and oh yeah, there's a bill.

Great group of guys. Tom was very helpful with my online order and he was truly helpful when I came into the store. Gave me a lot of advice on a winch and what to look for when weighing my options. Ended up buying a winch from them just because of the great customer service. Thanks again Tom!

These guys are great. I worked with Alec and he walked me through everything they were doing with my Jeep. Extremely fair priced and great crew. Not a ton of peopleI trust with my wrangler but these guys can be trusted.
