Paint Boss auto reconditioning did a great job from start to finish managing the relationship with the insurance company, keeping me informed of the progress. They were great and my car looked like nothing happened to it, even better than before the accident. The paint is perfect, every single detail was touched up. They went above and beyond, and treated me like a true VIP. The place is spotless, the work is top notch and I know I can trust these guys with other issues that will come up. My car got rear ended. I went to them to get the bumper fixed. It took them 3 days to get it fixed, which is understandable. However, they never called me to tell me that my car is completely fixed. When I called them to see if the car is ready, Dom was like: "yeah, you can come now." I'm like, what? If the car is finished, why didn't you call me? Unbelievable.Also, Dom or someone else drove my car for over 10 miles, which is a bit weird because I don't know why you would need to drive the car if you're just fixing the rear bumper.Regarding the repairs, it was ok. The bumper color doesn't really match to the body of the car, and there were some light scratches on it on the other parts of the car.Fortunately, they were all buffed out (by myself), but still. Shoddy work honestly.Also, before they went to fix my car, there is a scratch on the rear window of my car. I told Dom about it, and he told me he'll get it fixed. He circled the scratch with a white pen. I thought that he'll for sure get it fixed. Well... he did not. The scratch was still there and it looked like nothing was done to it at all. Really? What a great service.I don't know what happened to this place, but the service/quality is just unacceptable in my eyes.It seems that Dom won't take criticisms well because he thinks he is perfect and that everyone else is to blame. That is NOT how customer service works.Paint boss is not a great place for repairs based on my personal experience. Glad it's gone.Service: Body & Trim

I had a few air pockets in my Challenger Shaker stripe that kept having issues at high speeds. I saw some videos on YouTube that recommended using a hairdryer on my hood of my car and peeling off the stripes. That seemed too risky to ruin the fine paint.I went to see owner Dominic who did a great job removing the hood stripe with a heat lamp, adhesive remover, and a fine buff. You can t even see any stripe images and the hood looks great. The job was done while I waited at the coffee shop with a loaner car. A got a great deal too and was back on the road by 10am. Someone had hit me & scraped some of the paint off my 4 month old Tucson while I was at work. I was impressed with how many good reviews Paint Boss had. I m so glad I checked them out. Dom is amazing. I got an very fair estimate on Friday. I was able to take it in for repair on Monday. By Wednesday, my vehicle is like brand new when I picked it up. Dom is the man. He took great care of my car and did a phenomenal job on my front end damage vehicle. Car looked totaled yet he used his boss skills to repair it. Looks brand new now. Highly satisfied with the work. He worked with my insurance company and had the car repaired in a timely manner. Very professional staff and a great person to work with. 5 stars. Highly recommend Paint Boss for all auto repair and paint work. This past week I got a deep scratch on my car and I went to get three estimates from different body shops in the area for this singular deep scratch near my tail light. The first two repair shops I went to simply looked at my car, gave me an estimate that was way out of my budget for a single scratch, and sent me on my way without explaining their price or maintenance procedures. One body shop even told us the next appointment we could get would be over two months! Dom at Paint Boss was the first person to explain what he was going to do to fix the scratch and what services he would be charging us for. Dom was even able to get us in within a few days of our initial walk-in estimate and got the fixed car back to us only after two and a half days in the shop. The estimate was extremely reasonable for the quality of the service and it was so nice for Dom to take the time to simply explain his maintenance process instead of just shoving an estimate in my hands. When we got the car back there was no trace of the scratch and Paint Boss even washed off my car leaving it in better condition than I had left it. Paint Boss was very affordable for such a deep scratch and Dom pledged a life time warranty if any paint chips in the area they had touched up. Dom has been in the business for over 30 years and we will be using paint boss again for any future paint jobs. We had an extremely positive experience at Paint Boss and would eagerly recommend to anybody who lives in the area!Service: Paint repair

Day after I purchased my 2021 Ford Explorer an 18 inch scratch appeared on the driver's side back door. Needless to say I was very angry and not looking forward to what I thought it would cost me to have it repaired. To my surprise it was far cheaper than I expected, the door looks perfect again and they even touched up two nicks on the driver's door edge for me. Very pleased with the process, price, and outcome. This was a few months back but I had a scrape down the side of my fairly new blue mustang across the back left from going downtown. I called up Paint Boss the next day and they scheduled me in right away. 2 days later the car was ready. The repair was absolutely immaculate. I am not over exaggerating when I tell you I couldn't even tell where I had scrapped it (and ti was VERY noticeable beforehand). There are a lot of sketchy auto shops out there so I think I really lucked out with Paint Boss.Also for anyone skeptical, while I was picking up my Mustang I saw they also had a Mustang Type R there getting serviced and an old late 60s chevy receiving extensive work. If Paint Boss can be trusted with such nice cars as those they can probably be trusted with anything.Service: Painting

I brought my 2016 Ford Mustang in for a few cosmetic touch ups and was introduced to Dom Paint Boss and the lovely Mrs. Paint Boss. They made me feel like family, and took care of my car at very reasonable prices and quickly got the job done.The took care of the minor scuffs, chips and small blemishes to make my car look brand new. Someone smashed into the side of my car and took of my passenger seat mirror. It was a hit and run!Someone at my work place suggested that I use "Paint Boss" to get my car fixed....since some of my work colleagues have had great experiences with "Paint Boss".My big dilemma was that I was driving my car to see my mom in Colorado, since she was put on "hospice"....and I needed to get to my mom ASAP! I had already set out a date when I would be driving over to see her.I called the boss "Dom" at Paint Boss and explained my situation to him. He got the ball rolling right away! He contacted my insurance company and set it all up with them right away!I dropped off my car at Paint Boss and within 5 days it was fixed and it looked brand new!!! I was able to drive my car to see my mom on my scheduled day because of Dom keeping his word to get it fixed ASAP!! He and his team even worked over the weekend to get my car ready!I was so pleasantly surprised when I picked up my car because they detailed my car inside...which no other body shop has EVER done for me!!! My car literally looked brand new on the outside as well as the inside!!I give Paint Boss 5 stars! And I will recommend this awesome auto reconditioning business to everyone!!!Paint Boss is exceptional and is all about Customer Service!! I can't express enough how excited I am to receive my X5 BMW back after only three days. It's absolutely beautiful my husband Shannon and I love it, the guys at Paint Boss Auto Reconditioning really done an excellent job. We would like to thank Charlie for all the hard work that he performed on my vehicle. Charlie said that I would love it once I see it again and he was right I do, the rims and headlight covers looks really good Charlie did his thing thanks again Charlie. Also thanks to Dom, and his lovely sweet wife Erin they're a power couple that treat their customers great. Dom said he would get the job done and he did, his wife Erin said you're going to love it and I do. My vehicle was badly sun damaged on the hood, and some on the fender as well and bumper was dull with small dents on the door. Now after the work performed on my vehicle my baby looks brand new. We will most definitely use Paint Boss again for any paint job needed in the future. Thanks you guys you're the BEST!!! May God continue to bless you and your business!! We were very impressed with the quality of work and speed of service when our daughter s car was rear ended recently. Would highly recommend Paint Boss for paint repairs and quality of work but the office side could do with a bit more efficiency - we have never received a copy of our paid invoice despite several requests and promises from the office to email or mail it. Other than that top class service!

Stop looking and go to Dom at paint boss, I searched for 6 months to have work on my 2001 zinc yellow mustang cobra done. Half of the places I looked wouldn't touch my car because of its color. Not only did Dom match the color it looks like it just came off the showroom floor. He does fantastic work at a reasonable price and with fast turn around time.Tell him the yellow cobra guy sent you!! you won't be sorry..Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Paint repair

I found Paint Boss when I needed to fix the chipping paint on the bumper of my car. They repainted the whole bumper and the results exceeded my expectations. The paint was an identical match to the rest of the body and the finish was so smooth. These were my two biggest concerns when painting the bumper. The guys are really knowledgeable. They work fast and diligently which I really appreciated. I would definitely come back here for my next paint repair.Service: Paint repair

Dom was extremely helpful from the very beginning! I was considering a car purchase and called him for an estimate to get a better understanding of whether the car was worth buying. Not only did he give me an estimate (which he honored without even seeing the car) he also Facetimed with me and provided some valuable insight as we looked over the car together. After purchasing the car, I brought it to him and he dropped the price lower than he originally quoted after seeing it. Not only was the quality of work awesome, but the level of service was even better. I will continue using Paint Boss for any body work that I need in the future. Thanks for everything, Dom!

This guy and place is great. When my Mother died, I took her 2003 Cambry, it still rides and drives rest!!!!! This guy painted a new rear view and fixed some paint damage. They did great, he's been painting cars for 40 years, he can match anything. Highly recommend, do what they say they'll do at a fair price!!!!Service: PaintingService: Painting

My wife and I took our car to paint boss due to vandalism to our vehicle. The owner Dom explained the process from the estimate to the finish. He was very accessible and detailed about the work he would do and what it would look like afterwards...he even repaired damages that the insurance company did not want to cover. By the time we received our vehicle back it looked like a brand new car. Thank you Dom and Paint Boss for all your hard work and especially dealing with that pesky insurance company!I will be recommending you and using you again in the future if needed.

Amazing family business!! They worked with a difficult insurance company to make sure my car was fixed the right way and safe to drive and not the easy quick way. So happy with how my car turned out.. they do amazing work! I ll recommend them to anyone who asks. They set my rental up for me so all i had to do was drop my car off and trade keys. Great people, great work, great shop.

Paint Boss is the best! My Monte Carlo SS is 30yrs old and the paint was beginning to look dull. I took it to Dom at Paint Boss and the Monte is now shining like a new penny! They are professional, detailed, reasonably priced, and strive to provide the best overall experience. I will not go anywhere else for paint work ever again! If you need paint work done, come here. You will not be disappointed!

I went in for a quote for rust repair on my Ford F-150. Someone who I assumed worked there took down a bunch of information and pictures. He said he had to talk to someone else for a quote and assured me that someone would call me the next day. I waited 2 weeks and no one ever called me. Very unprofessional, but I am glad I got this red flag. If they can t properly handle a simple quote they certainly wouldn t be able to handle the repair on my truck. Stay far away from this place. I ended up going to Art's Body Shop in Aurora. See my review of Art's Body shop.

My front bumper got scratches and cracks. I checked online to see which auto body shop has good reviews so I found The Paint Boss!! Yes, the team is great! They are friendly, they did excellent job, they completed work quickly with superb result! I highly recommend The Paint Boss!!!

Took my Mazda 6 in to have the roof painted due to poor quality control on the part of Mazda. The results are fantastic! The service was fast and of high quality. And the pricing was fair and honest. Many thanks to Dom and crew!

I had an accident and they picked my undrivable car in a short while and did an excellent job with my insurance company. They were assuring and knew exactly what to do. They even arranged for a loaner car and fixed my car like it was brand new. No problems or issues whatsoever ever. I called after closing on a Saturday to ask if they could perform a miracle and fix damage to my son's surprise birthday present just 48 hours later. Without hesitating Dominic went out of his way to get it done with time to spare. The car looks amazing, and the price was incredibly reasonable! They are the best!

This place and the people fantastic. I brought a car that I dinged up in and they thoroughly discussed my options. After settling on an agreement I dropped off the car and when he said 3 days he meant 3 days. He even went above and touched up a couple of chips I had. Needed a couple small cosmetic fixes to my vehicle. Dom was able to get everything done in one day. Not only was the work very well done but the service was even better.
